Despite being cancelled on before I booked this company for a large group. Due to a clerical error the booking date was incorrect. I decided to go with the date the company had since my group was expecting the service. Well they decided to book someone else in my spot. Yes the spot that they scheduled me for. The manager sites his reason as not knowing what I wanted to do. I'm not surprised that he was confused as our phone call was mostly comprised of him and his wife arguing about the error. The rude way he handled his wife was extended to me when I offered an apology and tried to explain what he missed while arguing. Things happen and that's ok. But, good customer service is a requirement and domestic disputes shouldn't happen in front of customers.See comments for an email sent after this review to cover their tracks...

If you want some really good fried creole seafood then try this place. The fish was cooked crispy and golden brown with good creole seasoning. The fries was golden brown and tasty but the Boudain balls were a hit and I will be following their location for more.

We booked Kreole Soul for our company Christmas party last month. Mr. Bradley and his family did a fantastic job. Food was cook to order and delicious. Even with Covid and social distancing they were still available to accommodate our request for serving.We definitely recommend them and would use for our next company function.

I visited the Creole Soul Food Truck at Oak Forest Elementary May 7, 2019 and was absolutely AMAZED at the food's taste and quantity served!! I could not stop raving about the red beans and rice and the fried fish. I originally ordered 3 Creole Bowl dinners for myself and 2 other teachers (from a nearby high school). After sharing with my other coworkers, they went back to place their own orders. After we ate our lunch, I IMMEDIATELY called Creole Soul Food to inform them of my satisfaction for the food, the price and for the overall exceptional service. I cannot wait to visit them again.

"Po Boys aren't sandwiches, they're a way of life!"DJ Davis, from Treme..one of my favorite shows.All to often food trucks are just overpriced mashups of different ethnic cuisines, where neither stands out. Kreole Soul is the exact opposite of that. Quick and affordable Po Boys, or fried fish/shrimp baskets. Thats it. Service is fantastic, and really welcoming, food comes out before you know it and everything is fresh and as homemade is it gets. Great soft French baguette for the Po Boys, the hot sausage is ridiculously awesome. Just simple, well priced and really tasty, which is what food trucks need to be. I hope they always set up shop outside my office building from now on.

The food truck pulled up to my apartments today so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the fish and shrimp basket with an order of boudin balls. The catfish was delicious! It was perfectly fried and seasoned. Most importantly it didn't taste like it was straight from the ocean, if you know what I mean. The fried shrimp was very good. Support small businesses and Give this place a try you won't be disappointed.

Kreole Soul came to the building I work in. Customer service was great as well as the food. Fried food tastes so much better when freshly fried and that is exactly what they do. The flavor was great! I definitely would love it if they came back for Food truck Wednesdays!!

Delicious simply put, wowza how did I miss this place before???? The boudain balls with the pepper jack in the middle is a must try. And these folks love what they do you can just tell.

Today I was at the VA Regional Office and this food truck was the only source for lunch, so I decided to give them a try. I ordered the shrimp basket because they ran out of fish and I must admit the shrimp and fries were deliciously seasoned and fresh outta of the fire. The customer service was off the charts and much more than I expected. The young lady was cheerful, smiled and was very professional and the wait was not long at all. They are a tad bit pricey and had the audacity to run out of everything while people were waiting in line and others were pulling up to park. I'm a firm believer that if you know you have a hot commodity don't be afraid to stock up on it and keep it coming. I will definitely eat from this truck again and again and again, but I'm giving them 4 stars because they committed the ultimate sin when they ran out of food.

Tried this place a few days ago. The lady working the window was a sweetheart. I ordered the shrimp and fish platter. It came with fries and a hush puppy. The fish was fried hard and crispy. Everything was really good.
