Krafty's Burgers And Brews

Just popped into Kraftys for my first time after walking by it everytime I saw a movie and I have to say I was impressed. The room was inviting and interesting with a variety of decor. Molly was our server and she made us feel comfortable with quick witty jokes and great recommendations. The service was great and the food was even better. My sister had sweet Thai chili wings and they were cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful. I had a Krafty dog (Cheese, ketchup, mustard) and a Chicago beef sandwich and both were great. Never had a Chicago beef sandwich so I was skeptical but I would definitely order it again! For drinks we had a long island and a Lemon drop martini. They were alright the martini was strong and the long island was a little weak but it didnt take away from the great experience. I will definitely stop in before or after movies more often

It wasn't horrible but don't think we'll be back. The burger we got was mediocre, I disliked it the more I ate it. The fish and chips were alright. Not over cooked, but just wasn't great. Onion rings were beer battered, and could have been good, but it was very greasy.. like they haven't changed the oil in a while. The pretzel was the most decent thing but the longer it sat, the harder it got. The grilled cheese was not melted at all. They gave me a cheese sandwich, buttered the bread but barely toasted. Meh.

First time here and likely won't be back. Chicken club sandwich had a lot of potential but wasn't very good. The bread and chicken weren't bad, but the lettuce/tomato/pickle was pathetic. Barely anything (as seen by the lettuce scraps pictured). Server was good and kept our waters full. But overall, the restaurant just had weird vibes.

This was the best Reuben we have ever had but now we call it the hit or Miss Rubin. Sometimes it's absolutely incredible. Sometimes it's very disappointing. I wish this place had better quality control. It's a shame because when the Ruben is grilled and the meat is grilled and the cheese is melted. It's phenomenal, but sometimes you get it. The bread is not even toasted. Cheese isn't even melted and the meats not even hot. Very huge disappointment.

We waited 45 minutes for our food and it was not good. Burgers were overcooked a dry, avocado sandwich didn't have any avocado, and chicken was dry. I guess it is a good place to watch games if you are only drinking.

I have been to this restaurant several times and all times the food and service were top notch but when my husband and I went there on 1/27/2024 it was so horrible we could even eat it! We ordered a jumbo pretzel which came out sitting in a plate of grease and over cooked so much it was so hard we couldn't even eat it, we did tell our waitress and she offer to give us another one but we said no. Then after a very long wait, our meals came outI ordered a chicken club and my husband ordered a Philly The Philly was nothing but grizzly over cooked beef which was inedible, my chicken club can out with over overcooked and dry chicken I couldn't even eat it ( although my dogs enjoyed it) then to add insult to injury they charge a 3% fee for using a credit card which they had not done in the past. I will say the beer we had was nice and cold . The service we received was fine I think I all the problem was in the kitchen today. We are very laid back ppl and don't complain as things happen but when you spend 70 on a meal you didn't eat, didn't set to wellI hope this was just a fluke, but we won't be back and can't recommend which is a sham since there a very few Good Smaller tavern restaurants in the area.

With a name like "kraftys burger bar" you would think that they would be good at at least burgers lol. But they are not

Food was a huge disappointment. Service was great, staff was friendly. Ordered the fried pickles and they were soggy, breading was falling off. Ordered a burger with egg and while the burger was cooked perfect, the egg was overcooked and it all lacked flavor. Expensive and not worth it.

My partner and I usually love to go to Kraftys after a movie food is usually good. Today I witnessed a whole different establishment the smell of the place should've been the first red flag. Second waited forever for our food witnesses the server apologize to another customer for given them the wrong food(my sandwich), No acknowledgment to us for the wait or the mistake. I've had this server multiple times she normally pretty good, ppl have bad day that forgivable. I ordered the chicken avocado sandwich it was tasteless, fries were delicious though. My partner ordered a salad that was warm probably from sitting in the window while they remade my food and she said that was just blah, but the avocado on it was gross. Idk I expect better when you drop 60$ for a meal and the credit card fee would've been nice to know about before sitting down.
