I've been many times for lunch during the work week. Today's order of "orange juice" resulted in my colleague getting carrot juice. Sometimes all you can do is laugh-Kim's is not for the fussy diner who wants everything perfect every time. The staff is always courteous. Today we got a free egg roll accidentally when an order was confused. Not intentional or necessary but I find that Kim's team does want diners to be happy. Restaurant is comfortable and clean like your grandma's dining room. I will be back. I recommend the pork banh mi with the added egg. I also get the veggie tofu G1 soup - which is a pretty neutral vegetarian flavor that's soft.

4.13.22Ordered 2 grilled pork Banh mi, grilled pork spring rolls, grilled pork vermicelli & rice w/ grilled pork. I ordered everything with NO PEANUTS & NO CILANTRO. Due to food allergies. Even the peanut sauce without crushed peanuts added; just plain sauce. I mentioned this 6 times. The lady repeated it to me. They have never got my order wrong so I did not check it before I left. Wrong move....Peanuts were in the sauce. Also, the food did not have any flavor. There was very little meat in the spring rolls. My family all agreed that it was very mediocre. It definitely did NOT taste like it normally does. I learned my lesson...check the food before leaving. But it will be a while before I go back.

All I can say is just get here. Long overdue review. I've randomly hit this place up over time & it's never failed me. The service is always quick & the owner is so sweet. I've had a good portion of the menu & always been satisfied. Fresh ingredients, portions nice, not overpriced & most importantly tasty tasty. Usually do the drive thru, but the times I've gone inside it's been very clean.My recent visit was on my way home after a crazy & stressful day. The owner looked tired as well, but was very cordial. I made it to the drive thru about 15 minutes before closing. I ordered grilled pork banh mi, eggrolls & small pho. It didn't take long to come out. When she gave my order she smiled, said enjoy the food & get rest. I said the same to her.By the time I made it to the crib, my order was just as fresh as if I'd ordered during lunch or so. No skimping or cold broth for pho, banh mi wasn't filled with scraps, eggrolls freshly cooked. Again, I barely made closing time & we know how some places can be when they're ready to shut it down for the day. I love local/small/family businesses like these. It makes you come back over & over. Be nice to people & you get it in return. Check this place out if you're in the area. Yelp on my friends!

Omg..... I'm like a pho connoisseur.. as soon as I walked in it smelled amazing . And was clean and quiet .. walked in asked for menu and sat down .. not even 3 mins and she was ready to take my order I LOVE FAST SERVICE ... 10 mins max went by if that and boom my pho was out ... now I know it's all about the broth which was SOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD ... hot and all I started sipping my broth ... the meat is thick but still sliced nicely but I love my hot hot so I had to add sriracha my broth is always red like lol ... again service was great food was amazing and I will be back .. ps they have a drive thru incase you don't wanna sit down

The spicy beef pho was absolutely amazing like the best pho I've had thus far. The broth was chefs kiss, so much flavor. I'm literally craving it as I type this review. The lady who took my order was also very nice. 5 stars from me!

Someone on yelp told me about the spot and I'm glad I gave them a try.Anytime a restaurant goes out of their way and has something like a drive-through that is an automatic win in my book. You can simply call in your order pick it up in the drive-through and go about your business. I got a deal on door dash so I use my 40% off coupon to try them out. Let me tell you it was worth it.Food: I got the grilled pork with egg and eggrolls. The Vietnamese eggrolls are probably my favorite. They were so fresh and grilled to perfection. They were absolutely amazing. The grilled pork was very good and very fresh but it was not like your typical charbroiled Vietnamese party fine at most to some restaurants. It was thinly slice but it was good and it's on right. Just not what I'm used to getting from Vietnamese restaurants. The rice was good, the egg was good,. I was very happy with the food.The people that work there are extremely nice and very friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and they make sure they take care of your meal exactly like you ordered it. This is a hidden gem. I will definitely go back. Good job guys.

Haven't been back to Kim's in too long and I was glad to be back - never had a mediocre thing here!We picked up some banh mi sandwiches, as well as the pork and the chicken spring rolls, and topped it off with two smoothies - honeydew and avocado (don't knock it 'til you try it!).Kim's beats out the nearby competition for Vietnamese cuisine on account of using super fresh ingredients, friendly and prompt service, and a tremendous value. The bread they use is insanely good. The pork, chicken, and beef were all tender, gristle-free cuts. And that peanut sauce for the spring rolls is super addictive!You'd be hard-pressed to find a fresher, tastier meal from a local spot for the price.

We're never disappointed by Kims. Whether its the Pho, the Bun, or the Shaken Beef with an egg. We recently had the Bahn Mis again and they were great!

The food does not match what you order. I ordered the special chicken teriyaki and once home it looked nothing like to advertised picture. In fact it was dried chicken chunks and nothing near what I ordered. I was not happy after I drove over there to pick it up and was very disappointed with the final product.

I hate to do this. I came here bc of the great reviews, but my experience was not as great as the others. I will say that the lady at the counter is sooo sweet. Despite the food experience, her service was 5 star worthy so I tipped her! Egg rolls came out surprisingly very quick - like within 4 minutes- but they were luke warm (she apologized and replaced them very quickly)Pho- they forgot the brisket (she apologized brought it out in a separate bowl quickly). The brisket she brought out did not look any different from the rare beef. Broth was odd looking, like it was day old broth. Also, unfortunately there was a hair in my food. But she apologized and replaced it quickly. My sister enjoyed her lemongrass vermicelli bowl and my daughter enjoyed her pho.
