There was absolutely no seasoning on my food. The portion size was nice, but the food was the worth the money because there was no seasoning on my food. I don't want to add anything to my food. He did say that they were coming up with new menu options real soon. Maybe I'll check it out another time.

What a great find! I've had this place bookmarked for quite some time because of all the reviews I've seen for this place on yelp. This is a small mom and pops type of establishment that could easily be missed when driving by due to the location and signage. We kind of had to search for it even though we mapped it out. It's located in the same center as the Valero and the Pizza Hut, directly across from the Stripes gas station. For starters, we had the boudin and the dumplings. Both items were pretty darn good and looked way better than pictured. We also tried the hush puppies, fish tacos, fried platter combo with the fried oysters, fried shrimp, and stuffed crab. All of the items were phenomenal. Their breading was light, crispy and well seasoned. One of my friends said that the tartar sauce was like crack. I thought it was just okay. Portions were huge and way more than we expected. We had quite a bit of leftovers to take home. Can't wait to return!

Small homeworked establishment. The guy was nice and the ladies were as well. Went here because we were looking for crawfish in the area. The crawfish were a dry rub with season on top. Dry, not moist if you like them wet. The pounds get cheaper as you go up. I'm just not a fan of dry rub crawfish.

I honestly have to say that I support this community business & their hard work to bring seafood in this area/location. The cooking technique, quality of food, fast service & cordial demeanor keep me coming back. The homemade tartar sauce is out of this world too. I'm a sauce person, it's good. Everything always prepared fresh never sitting around old. Enjoy.

Next door to the best pedicure I've ever had, this seafood cafe has the magic! Worth the drive from wherever you are-if you like delicious fish! Ever since I tasted fresh fish the first time so many years ago, I have wanted each fish meal to taste like this one does!

I had a great experience. Nothing fancy, just a small place and as my friend mentioned..kinda a hole in the wall. Lots of seafood and asian options. They have several fried items on the menu and I was trying to eat a little more healthy. I opted for the grilled shrimp and tilapia, which comes with a salad or grilled veggies. I went for the salad. All for about $12ish. When my food came out my eyes popped out of my head because the portions where HUGE! And yes I was hungry and had every intent on cleaning my plate. I did! The tilapia and grilled shrimp were very good and my salad was so large. I was a happy camper!I watched as other dishes were brought out. Their fried rice would serve a family of 4! Next time maybe I will order. TV on the wall so you can watch the game. Extremely friendly staff who recommended items and were very helpful explaining their dishes. I did use their restroom facilities and they were VERY clean! If I am ever in this neck of the woods I would have no hesitation to come back! I am a fan!

This little hole-in-the-wall place has decent food at a good price. The fried fish was quite good especially the tartar sauce, the fried shrimp was average oh, and I wasn't a big fan of the fried oysters. I have the small Texas by there for about ten bucks it came at the sampling of all this and fries. The crinkle cut fries reminded me of elementary school, straight out of the bag into the fryer. they were a good texture but could have used some flavor. If you live in the area it's worth checking this place out, but I wouldn't drive across town for it.

I'm updating my review of K&S from several years ago. About 2 years ago this restaurant was sold to new owners. While it still offers seafood it has also added Mexican food to the menu. It is a counter service eatery at the end of a small strip center with parking in front.Probably my favorite two menu items are their shrimp po boy meal with a side for ($13) and the seafood gumbo for $10. I have not tried their Mexican food as it is a new addition. With every meal they do provide chips and salsa.Everything here is acceptable.
