Traveling with dietary restrictions can be tough, which is why I was so happy to discover Just BE Kitchen on a recent trip to Denver! This is a cute breakfast and lunch spot with a variety of choices. I especially appreciated the clear designations for each meal. The menu stated if a meal was whole 30 compliant, vegan, nut free, etc. Overall, the food was fantastic, the servers were kind and the ambiance was inviting. The only downside in my book was that we had to pay for parking and the lot is relatively small. If you are looking for a healthier option or have dietary restrictions, I'd absolutely add Just BE Kitchen to your list of restaurants to visit in Denver!

As a gluten intolerant vegetarian I was excited to try Just BE, and dearly appreciate their dedication to providing a full gluten free restaurant. Their dish naming convention can be a little difficult so I recommend just using their kiosk/ iPad to order on the right! They have a large selection of coffee drinks to complement the meal and they come in huge mugs! I do wish they had more vegan/ vegetarian protein options or substitutes. Allergy friendly spaces such as these normally attract a lot of vegans and vegetarians who also have allergies- such as myself. I had the breakfast burrito and the tortilla was delicious and huge. However, the filling and the green chili left a little to be desired. I deeply wanted to love this experience but the sweet potato hash inside was undercooked- I would've loved to see a crisp on the hash browns instead of being crunchy still. I also found the green chili to be more like a hot salsa verde that was very acidic. I wish the execution in this dish was a little more thoughtful for the cost, but I do believe they have the potential to really excel. Overall this is a nice intro into GF food, and I will be back to purchase desserts. I would not recommend the breakfast burrito if you are a fanatic such as myself.

Do more with less! As my friend says "ain't no fun if the vegans can't have none" Decorated in blue and white, this place feels like a cloud feast for both your eyeballs and your belly, and a testimste of how much you can do with a little natural light. Guy Fieri was right...the dumplings are so savory! The staff is patient with indecisive guests (ie me), checks in on you, and thanks you for your patronage. You finish your meal without feeling heavy, or overindulgent, and can walk to a handful of hotspots in the surrounding area. I walked to this location, so I cannot speak to parking, but as a non-local I can say, I'd certainly return for a meal and would feel more than comfortable dining solo, for work, or with family.

More like 3.5 stars. The bone broth was good. My two add ons were scallion and sea salt and it could've used a tad more salt. The carrot dip was delicious but the almond flour chips were practically inedible. They were so stale that it was like they had been left out for days. The Mediterranean bowl I got was very good.My husband got the buffalo chicken wrap and the chicken at zero seasoning. We couldn't even taste any sort of buffalo sauce. He also got some cheddar wiz on the side and it wasn't anything close to a cheese replacement.Overall, it was a little disappointing for a $58 dollar meal.

Very cool vibe. Great food. Made in house tortilla was light and tasty. Had the burrito with eggs, ground meat, jalapeños, diced sweet potatoes..... and that sauce, delish! Inspirational sayings throught, happy light blue color on.the walls and a cool outside eating area.

Could have been better. When I saw that the Kombucha was $7 for a small can I should have run. It took over 20 minutes to get my to go order and when they gave me my order my drink was missing, only to find out that they had just sold the last one at the counter. It was confusing that there were computers to self order but other people went to the counter. I feel like they should have given me my drink earlier so it didn't sell out by the time my food was ready. My eggroll innards however was so good. I think I will try again but hope next time to do this in person and not at the self serve counter.

The stars are for the food alone as the service was not ideal at all.My mom and I came in for lunch and both ordered the French toast sliders. Tiny but delicious, but not completely worth the $15.I also ordered the "Gatorade" and the brownie as well. The Gatorade was so beyond salty, I could hardly drink it. The brownie was excellent and prob the most enjoyable thing I ordered, which isn't saying much since it's premade. My mom ordered a chocolate chip cookie that had such a weird flavor, she couldn't eat it. She asked Katie (the woman working) if she could trade it for a brownie and Katie basically snatched it out of her hand while saying it was their most popular menu item as she shook her head. She did bring a brownie back which was nice of her but could've done without the rude attitude. For $25 for lunch, I was as expecting better food and service overall. Sadly do not recommend and won't be returning.

This one is an easy five stars. We discovered Just Be Kitchen before the pandemic and fell in love with the breakfast burritos. We have had many items on the menu and even purchased the make your own brownie mix for home. This is a top notch spot for anyone looking for a fresh made, high quality and ingredient conscious food experience. Everything we have eaten here has always been so perfectly delicious. Breakfast burritos on a weekend morning after a walk around town are perfect. Outdoor seating makes for a great option if the weather is right and a brownie for breakfast is never a bad thing. Great service. High quality ingredients.

Breakfast hours: 8-4pmDinner menu: 4-7pmNew location: Greenwood VillageJBK is your go to place if you want to give your gut a makeover. They only use coconut and olive oil and even diary and legume free. The menu changes often and they post special events on calendar. High quality and small portions is to be expected. Use ToastTab to order takeout.

This place is delusional don't even know where to begin. Prices are insane. $4 to add a tablespoon of bacon to a burrito. $8 latte when the menu on the wall says $6 "oh that's an old menu" said the expo person. Not even counter ordering it's literally seat yourself, order at a kiosk, get your own water, bus your own table, find your own silverware. It's like people wanted to play restaurant. There's no way they last. $78 for a burrito, burger, french toast bites, and 3 coffees.
