Just your regular food truck in a parking lot, but as soon as you get off the vehicle....that great smell takes over your senses!!Service is top notch and the food matched that as well.Wifey had the shrimp poBoy which was amazing but possible a thinner bread would have been better.I had the fish & shrimp w/fries which was great as well.I'm excited to try the boudin balls and fresh Cracklins soon!

I been a fan of the owner since he use to be station in a store. The cracklings and boudin balls are full of flavor. His homemade tarter sauce is great! This is a must visit food truck; trust me you will NOT be disappointed.

This guy's cracklings are the bomb !!! I go every Friday and Saturday to get them. I've tried his boudin and it was great also. I have friends and family that go to him too. Stop by and give them a try, you won't regret it.
