The food was very tasty. Had the bratwurst platter and my son enjoyed the chicken tenders. Beer and pretzel were great.

We came here on a party bus and this place has all the retro vibes! In before 9pm and there is no cover. We got there just in time and the place was already pretty packed. Getting drinks was easy, but getting a table was not. You put your name in with the host and a table never became available the whole night. Besides that, the service was great!Moving onto the dance floor, this is where the party was at! It was packed and the music was old school hits from back in the day. The singular disco ball is a classic and you cannot take your drink on the dance floor, strictly enforced. They announce birthdays, anniversaries, etc. like at the roller skating rink. The drinks here are strong so be careful...it can creep up on you.The demographic here is great and the people watching can't be beat!

Best Dance Club in Atlanta - 70's VibesJohnny's is a great place to go and soak in the retro atmosphere. It has a distinct feel that is hard to describe. Excellent service and a fun place to strike up a conversation with another of the friendly patrons and also a good place to people watch. They have a DJ and a dance floor that consists of 1970's music. The place might not be for everyone but I thoroughly enjoyed it and chances are you will too. Thanks

I was shocked upon entering Johnny's Hideaway for a celebration of a new Superior Court Judge Alice Benton for Fulton County to be greeted by a tall man with glasses who was watching the front door, with the words, "Hi dear." Hi dear? Who does this greeter think he's talking to? I've never met this man in my life, so how can I be his dear? It made me wonder if he called Judge Alice Benton "dear" as well! How embarrassing for him. And how patronizing to be treated! Luckily, the chicken finger and fries were delicious at the establishment. But, on my way out, the tall man with glasses once again said "Goodbye, dear." Maybe I should have said "Goodbye dear" to him as well.

A bit crowded but they run a good op and the music is what I wanna hear beings that I'm a pretty old man. The 70s and 80s were my high school and college years. I miss them greatly and I just wanna "go back" once in awhile. I just have to escape back. And to the lady that complained about the 3 gals not being able to pay an $18 tab, why didn't you volunteer to pay it since you said you witnessed the whole incident?? I would have paid it. If I had been there. The bartenders are great! Actually knows how to mix a decent drink. Food is standard bar fare. Taste good but not big portions. Over all its a hellova good place to spend an evening. I just wish it wasn't so far from Powder Springs.

Pretty decent place to hang. Music was Ok. Vibe was nice. Bartender was a little rude but lightened up after I only responded with kindeness. Chicken tenders were a little tough but my man ate them. SW egg rolls were bomb.

Came here for a bachelorette party. Waiting staff was amazing. Drinks and food was good. However if you plan on having fun besides sitting down then this place is not for you. Security was really rude and they incredibly rough for no reason. Also no video or pictures on the dance floor! Total buzz kill of the night. We paid our tab and left. So if you are planning on sitting and drinking ONLY this place is for you!

We were treated like second class citizens. We were not given the same customer service nor curtesy as other patriots who came in behind after us. We were a party of two black women who came to enjoy some music and dinner, but were denied the request to change tables when we were seated in the back near the kitchen. When a group of other guest of the lighter persuasion came in and was ushered to the same area, they complained and got to be reseated in a less traffic area. We were stunned, but we let that slide. Then we moved ourselves to one of the six empty tables away from the kitchen, only to be told we had to move back to the back again because those tables were reserved. So we did. Next we were invited by a guest who wanted to give up their table to us so that they could join another party. We thanked them, sat at their table, and began to socialize with them. The waitress brought her bouncer to us to make us move back AGAIN! The staff were relentless in their efforts to mess with us the entire time. We paid for our two drinks at the back table and were interested in buying another round with dinner, but after much harassment, we decided that Chick Fila was more worthy of our dollars. No one wanted to provide me the name of the owner or manager when I asked upon leaving. The only name that I could muster out of anyone was from a young polite black man who told me the manager's name was Edgar as he pointed him out to me. Funny, it was the same guy who originally sat us in the back by the kitchen. Ha! I've spent lots of money at this establishment in the past when I threw a party there, so I am quite surprised at the change in servers and service. They made me feel like people who looked like me weren't of equal value. DON'T WORRY JOHNNY.... YOUR CRAPPY ESTABLISHMENT WILL REMAIN A HIDE AWAY WITH US!!!!!

Love the 70s decor. The people in this venue are weird. Call girls who are bearly dressed in tank tops or a bra. I guess the dress code doesn't apply to them. The men with these women are like 20-30 years older. It's like where men go to cheat on their wives. Strange!Dance floor is great, but you defiantly feel watched from all the men staring. It's fairly small...might fit 20 personnel. Not comfortable at all.The staff is great! Attentive. Drinks are great. Make sure you watch your drink. Don't leave it at the bar!
