I had a decent experience here. Ordering system was new for me, but not complicated. You pull up the the big board, pick out what you want, then drive around to the window to place your order and they will give you a buzzer when your food is ready. In all it took maybe 10-15 mins to get our food. I had the "perch" I believe and 10pc shrimp with fries. It's a special they have, 1 pc shrimp and 10 shrimp for around $9.99. The white dust was something new for me but they locals said you should ask for "extra" white dust because it's "good" lol! It didn't necessarily enhance my food, but it didn't taste bad either. My only disdain was that I asked for cocktail sauce and they gave me 2 tubes of hot sauce. I am not a hot sauce girly lol! Overall, I would eat here again, with the white dust on the side so I can see if there is a difference in taste.

This location is fine to go into but don't order via Uber Eats or Door Dash! Whoever handles those orders doesn't read the tickets. They get the basics of the sides right but if you choose "extra seasoning" (which is an option), most likely you'll get none. I chose that option more than once and left notes and still got chicken with nothing on them several times. JJs doesn't provide sides or packets of their signature seasoning so I rely on the staff to add it to my order but that still doesn't happen even with notes. I like JJs but can no longer order it since it automatically chooses this location.

JJ's fish is alway on point. I would recommend this place. The food is always delicious and hot. Love the cold slaw.

I went through the drive through and it was fairly quick. Let me just say, this is some of the best JJ's I've had. I had always heard about JJ's and when I got it before, i thought it was overhyped. When I got it yesterday, it was definitely worth the hype everyone gives it. I got a four piece whole wing combo that came with fries and coleslaw and two pieces of bread for $6.99!! You can't beat that. The sprinkle they put on your food is superb! I would suggest to eat it fresh. It's the best. The service was nice and simple. The guy in the drive thru was quick and was nice.

Usually him have no complaints. I eat here at least 4 times a month. Did you get a new cook? Please retrain because my meal, for the first time in over two years was so salty, I could only eat a bite of fish and a half wing. So disappointed tonight.

Wonderful fish and chicken! They call it "crack" chicken for a reason! I absolutely love the recipe they use to season their chicken and fish! The wait is never too long and the workers are super pleasant! I love visiting JJ Fish and Chicken when I'm in Fayetteville!

Jj's great, foods great. Customer service is ok, food waiting time is short. Definitely a restaurant you need to try this place.

Varies from location to location but overall food is pretty good and tasty. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
