Good stuff at this brand new Jersey Mike's on Forestville Road.It's what you expect... Freshly sliced meat, dressed to order... With a dash of "juice". There's a full team working and they're well trained and eager to please. I was in and out in 10 minutes, even with a few others in line. It'll be interesting to see who wins the sub wars around here since Publix is at the other end of the Plaza... And we all know the reputation of the Pub Sub. Tough choice... And I like 'em both!

Walked in today around 1pm while this place was in complete free fall. There were about 30 people in there. Half waiting on online orders that apparently were never made. This created a line for walk ins that was went to the door. I turned around and walked right out. Walked 50 feet to Publix's got a sandwich made in 5 mins (for cheaper) and went home. Might try this place again but they need training or systems or something. Not good

A very convenient location with friendly staff but it has its issues. When ordering mobile the orders are normally ready around ten minutes past the estimated time. All places get busy I understand, but half the time the order is wrong. Ordering a simple turkey and provolone without any toppings seems to come with ALL the toppings and sauces. With ordering 4 subs there is normally a 50% chance they are all correct. Though the sweet smiley faces on the bags are noticed and appreciated :)

Went during a rush. Red shirt was absolutely killing running the brand new kitchen and training employees. Employees were making five subs at once confidently and accurately. Everyone was pleasant. Areas getting cleaned as they could between people. Very impressive store opening.
