Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

Jeni's ice cream never disappoints. Their flavors are unique and it's so fun to try a new one each time we go. I tried the gooey butter cake flavor this time and omg it was delicious. I wish I had gotten all one flavor instead. I also tried it with the salted caramel flavor which was just ok. The waffle cone is made in house and so delicious. The person serving the ice cream was so kind and went over multiple flavors with us as well as giving us her recommendations. We loved the tips and look forward to coming back!

I came to my comfort shop Jeni's after watching Asteroid City at night two weeks ago. I got the Rainbow Fro-yo scoops as well as two pints: a Buttercream Birthday Cake and the Gooey Butter Cake. The fro-yo was refreshing but still a little too citrusy/sour for my taste. I took the birthday cake pint home and promptly finished it within a week and a half, at most. I tried the gooey butter cake but the cream cheese ice cream wasn't my favorite. They had two staff serving customers that night and both were very friendly and patient, despite the large crowd coming from the Plaza's showing of Barbie.

This was our chosen spot to try in Krog market, and I'm so glad we did. They had maybe around 25 flavors, basic, fun, and some a little odd. We waited for about 10 minutes before being able to order, but honestly nothing to complain about. We tried a couple flavors before deciding on boston cream pie. It was rich and tasted exactly like the donut. Great ice cream and the flavors make it all the more fun! The vibe of Krog is lively but casual which we loved, to be expected when entering a food market. Would definitely recommend!

Delicious icecream. I love the unique flavors and the option to test try them out. The line was rather long but that was expected for the area.

So happy to have vegan (dairy free) option! I tried all three available for scooping and they were each unique and delicious. Worth the price I would say. Although I'm not much of a coffee person I was pleasantly surprised by the consistency and taste of the cold brew one. And although I'm not much of a chocolate icecream person the Texas sheet cake was yummy too! Only downside is there is no outdoor or indoor seating.

This location is really convenient and unique. It is a walk up Jeni's. The service was great and there were a lot of flavors to choose from. Parking is limited.

Came here to try the ice cream. Walk up window service only. Ordered a scoopOf salted caramel ice cream and the berry ice cream. Both pretty good. Was it the best ever? Probably not but still was good.

I've always been to the other Jeni's locations in Atlanta so I was super surprised by the walk-up window aspect! There's a good amount of parking available and the line here for a chilly, sprinkly Saturday night was minimal compared to other Jeni's locations for sure.Jeni's ALWAYS delivers on flavors and customer service and this location was just as quality and nice as all the others! This scoop location has humongous scoops too!

Another great treat stop. This location is a convenient walk up location, although now the parking lot adjacent requires parking fees or possibly being booted. . Today was hot and busy for an ice cream treat. There was only one person working. Some woman kept interrupting her by coming i. And out of the store but not helping with the line of customers waiting for the delicious cold treat. Thanks for the patience and courtesy of the singular worker.

Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream - A Disappointing ExperienceMy experience at Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream was far from positive. Instead, I felt overworked and unappreciated, and the lack of genuine employee support was disheartening.One of the most demoralizing experiences was being given an ultimatum between my job and my Islamic faith. Despite requesting reasonable accommodations for my religious practices, I was forced into an impossible choice, which made it clear that the company did not respect or value diversity as much as it claimed. This was not just disappointing but also deeply disrespectful.My growth was stunted during my time there. After taking over a store that was in upheaval and successfully turning it around, I still faced unfair treatment and a lack of recognition for my efforts. Rather than fostering a supportive environment where employees could thrive, I found that the culture at Jeni's prioritized the company's image over the well-being of its workers.Overall, I cannot recommend Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream as a place to work, especially for those who value inclusion, fair treatment, and personal growth.
