The food here is fine, but the service isn't great. We have been here a few times over the years but have always felt that way. This past time that I actually have pictures of, we came on a Sunday around 2:30pm. We were seated right away but everything after that took forever. It was at least twenty minutes for drink orders, and I was just having a water and my boyfriend was having a beer. Then she took our actual order, and we each ordered one appetizer and one roll. A long time passed again, and she brought all our food out at one time. The food was ok. I know it is a lot of the same things, but I do like the food at the downtown location more. I also ordered key lime pie for dessert, and that actually wasn't very good. It tasted like a frozen store bought one.

Dined here for my dad's bday dinner tonight. The restaurant was spacious with nice decor.Our server was Elizabeth. We could tell she was fairly new as she didn't know the answers to some of our questions but she did her due diligence by going to ask someone. She also brought us out all of the sauces to try when I asked for a sauce to dip my seafood in. She was very patient with my parents who are older and particular about how they like things.Three of us ordered the seafood combo which is cooked on the grill. I had fries and a side salad. The seafood lacked seasoning. The fries were crispy and the ginger dressing was delicious.

I ate here for a work luncheon. The server brought my food and it was very overcooked. The server never came back until he brought the checks. He looked at my full plate and asked if I would like a take out container. I asked him if he noticed that my food was burnt. He did not respond but he did bring the container like I wanted that. I paid, left and threw it away in the parking lot!

My wife and I went here for a date night and were seated really fast. The restaurant has a very nice dining room and I really love the atmosphere. The issue we had was the service. The waiter we had was extremely slow, he went missing for extremely long periods of time and one of my pet peeves is he just dropped off the check without asking if we wanted anything else. This was a date night and we were planning on continuing to drink and weren't through with our second round but he prematurely brought the check. The sushi we had was very good. We had the Atomic roll, DK roll and the Waka Waka roll. The Atomic was my favorite. Would've been five stars if it wasn't for the service.

Food was great BUT service and organization terrible. Party of 7. Manager removed gratuity... waited 40 minutes for bill to divided 2 ways. Server was rude and nothing was timely.

First time eating here the service was very good the Waitress(Brianna) was friendly and professional - the food was really good. I enjoyed Bulgogl Fries and the freshness of the Seafood A very good dining experience.

As I was eating my side salad, I noticed something hard. Spit out what was in my mouth and found a STAPLE. The rest of my meal sucked and they were very stingy in comparison to their other locations.

No cushion in booth seats. Bulgogi was burnt. Eel sushi roll didn't have eel sauce and wife never got her salad. Waitress didn't care when I told her about eel roll. Hot inside building. Will definitely not be back. Wife got a regular margarita that had blue color on the rim that is now on her shirt. This was 3 pm on a Sunday

Food was good looks nice inside... took awhile for the food to come out but it was good... the server was good

The food is so good I can't believe I had doubts. Only because of the name, but oh boy was I wrong. We tried the bibimbop was so delicious. The sushi was amazing too and the appetizers were great. Maria was very super nice and friendly. We will be coming back. We would have taken pictures of the food but we couldn't wait to taste it. Then... it was gone.
