I love this spot!Got a picky eater? No worries, this fusion restaurant has something for everyone! Ranging from sushi dishes to burgers, you'll find something for everyone on this menu!I always go for the sushi here though because it is one point. Always fresh, always made to order. The Goldsbro roll is one of my favorite! The Bulgogi fries are to die for! Also, don't forget to snag the Bulgogi wrap. Omg, chefs kiss This restaurant is definitely one of my top favorites and there is nothing on this menu that you won't love!

Good location, and I liked the atmosphere. However, the food was lacking. The teriyaki chicken was overcooked and dry. The hot chicken lunch special tasted like chicken breast and Sriracha. The hot chicken sandwich was mediocre and not spicy. The tuna roll was pretty good. I think it's a bit ridiculous to pay $13 for a sandwich and then have to pay $5 for fries and $3 for a soda. Overall, I wouldn't return or recommend it, except maybe for the sushi, which looked good but I can't be certain.

What a great idea -burgers & sushi-to accommodate some very different tastes you can have in a group. The food & the service were excellent!! Our server was very attentive & helpful with our menu questions, and accommodating when we had to order something else with changes from the menu for our very picky kid. But the food was the best part- the shrimp tempura appetizer absolutely rocked, and I've never seen a teenager wolf down a burger (pretty girl with wagyu & a pretzel bun) so fast! It had barely hit the table before it was gone. Great poke bowl & liked the "pick 2" lunch option, the sumo roll was tasty & the spicy tuna was actually spicy which surprisingly it sometimes isn't at other restaurants LOL

Firecracker roll is delicious! Bulgogi bowl is also good but rice served with it should just be plain white rice, otherwise too sweet. Love the ginger salad. Miso not consistent, sometimes its great and sometimes it is a bit off-putting and not freshly made taste. Guess it depends on who is cooking...

Word of warning up front: I did not have the sushi. I'm not a sushi fan, so I have no idea how good their sushi is. Their bulgogi beef though is phenomenal! This is a place that I typically would not have tried. However, I went their for a work event. I was poised to order a fairly traditional burger. But the waitress sold me on the bulgogi beef burger. And, boy was it fantastic. We started with a bulgogi plate of fries. It was cheese, jalepenos, sour cream, onions and the bulgogi beef. It was excellent. Somehow, the fries were still crisp, despite being drenched in toppings. Next is the burger. It was basically bulgogi beef (Korean barbecue with a teriyaki flavor) in a patty form. It was on an amazing bun and came with a sunny side up egg on top. I loved every bite! The only down side was the house salad. The ranch was from a bottle. And it was not that impressive. I would recommend a different side if you go. This place won't be for everyone. Notably, people who don't like a little spice may not enjoy it. Also, their aren't a lot of "safe" menu items. My kids would not have enjoyed it. However, if you're a little more adventurous, you won't be disappointed. Oh, by the way, they have a well-stocked bat with plenty of local beers on tap.

As soon as I walked in, I knew I was going to enjoy the food. The new-age vibe of the location really complemented the menu. Our server gave us plenty time to look at the menu, told us of the specials, and was very joyful throughout our entire time. Although I ordered medium and got well-done, the burger was AMAZING! the "pretty girl burger" is such a simple yet delicious combination. overall an unforgettable experience I hope to have again!

Baby, when I heard they had reopened downtown I knew it was a must to come see what has changed. It was a beautiful day so my sister and I wanted to eat outside with our pooch and see the lights on. Goldsboro, get it together, we need more restaurants that are pet-friendly and have seating outside. Well, they were very clean and fast to make sure our expectations and experience were met. The drinks were nice and not watered down. And if you know you know what I'm talking about. The food as you can see was presented on a bed of lettuce and is fresh fresh Look at that sushi and the detail of how it was prepared. If that isn't skill idk what to call it. What you see on the menu is exactly how it is brought to the table, unlike fast food where the ads have the sandwiches looking delicious and the burger comes to you looking like it's been run over by a car a couple of times.Welcome back, Jay's Burgers and Sushi

Excellent first start for my week in Goldsboro. We had a group dinner there and everyone was pleased with the choice of Jay's 108. The sushi and the bulgogi bowl were both excellent and delicious. The service was also great.
