This is easily one of the best Chinese places in Goldsboro. It can be a a little hit or miss sometimes but overall I am consistently happy with the food and prices here

As far as Chinese goes....they are one of the BEST in Goldsboro. Always fresh and delicious....and lots of choices! Not a huge fan of the egg rolls or crab Rangoon...but the meat options are legit.

The food is good and flavorful, unfortunately the customer service provided by the teenie-bopper servers is dreadfully poor. As I approached the counter the server was too busy talking to her 'friends' to greet or serve. When they were finally done with their conversation, I asked that my portion of "rice" be a mix of fried/steamed; she couldn't comprehend my request and said she would have to charge me extra $ for the 'extra' side. My attempt to explain my request at her was futile. Kudos for the good food...but improvement is much needed for the front staff.

A nice restaurant located in the Berkley Mall. As I was reading the daily specials on the menu, I was given samples. I ordered the Bourbon chicken with rice and a soda. The service was fast, friendly and answered questions that suited my dietary needs. My Bourbon chicken was delicious, hot, and seasoned just right. The table and area I sat at was clean and cozy. I'll definitely visit there again.

Mall food obviously isn't going to get 5 stars but Jade Express is as good as mall food in goldsboro is going to get. The amount of food you get for the money amazing and they do a military discount. You doing some shopping at the mall...hit this place up!

As far as standard Chinese/Asian takeout cuisine goes- this was the worst I have ever encountered. Lo mein was oily/watery and noodles had a spaghetti like consistency with terrible flavor. My Bourbon chicken was full of tendons and gristle, and the tables were not very clean. My husband and I both felt sick after eating the food, we will not be returning and I would definitely not recommend eating here.

The food is good but there attitudes aren't, the tables are never clean and when I ask them to clean it they act as if they didn't kno English!!! Ugh then on top of that a bug was in my food and they wouldn't give me back my money but said that I can get a credit for a plate..... No no no I called the health inspector of Wayne county

The service was completely slow. We couldn't hear the 2 employees from them mumbling. It took 30 minutes to receive our 2 boba teas. I hope they get better employees with customers service skills that don't look like they are constantly annoyed with people breathing.
