I've only had the wings and fries and you really can't go wrong here. It's consistent and delicious. I'd call them the blueprint for good wings. I've never had an issue with service and the ambience is set-up for quick service, just get it and go.

The wings were cooked to my specifications of extra crispy. They are kinda high but so is everyone these days. The wings are small which is fine with me bc I hate GMO wings. Overall I would go back and recommend them.

Beyond the lackluster appearance, the taste of these wings was equally disheartening. The meat remained pink and rubbery, resembling more of a science experiment gone wrong than a delectable dish. It was an assault on my taste buds, as the uncooked flesh emitted a peculiar, unpleasant odor that made me question its freshness. I couldn't help but wonder how such abysmal wings managed to leave the kitchen in the first place.

Location is good. Food is also good. Always comes out correct and hot. Prices are a bit pricey on the wings and fries side, just my opinion. No problem with Customer service as everyone has always been courteous.

Wanted a chicken philly and some wings. We were told on the chickenphilly it would be a half hour wait. No problem. My chicken philly was very salty and to be honest, I saw very little onions and peppers. The wings were a bit salty as well but not like the philly.Overall not satisfied will not be back.

Wow wow wow...my first time trying this spot out and it gets an A+ from me. I placed my order online and got a call a couple minutes later from them asking for clarification on my order... that's customer service! When I arrived to pick up my order, the same cheerful person- Kelly-on the phone greeted me and engaged me as my order was prepared. There were 3-4 others waiting with me. It was pleasant atmosphere and a nice couple of minutes of waiting.I ordered 10 all flats medium with fries and blue cheese... everything was perfectly prepared and seasoned.I will definitely return. And, you, should, too.

The good: We ordered on Uber Eats, and the order was prepared correctly and arrived including all sauces, including the extras we requested, which is super important to us! The food was tasty-- especially the wing sauce. I liked Lemon Pepper Wet. My husband said Three Mile Meltdown tasted good but wasn't extremely spicy like he likes.The bad: The wings are TINY. Like, extremely tiny. Baby chick tiny. I ordered 10 and I probably could have eaten 10 more. Unfortunately, they are almost $1 per wing, which makes them not really worth the price (especially if you are getting celery instead of fries). Bottom line: Tastes good, but order up 5 wings just to feel full. Or, add on a shrimp skewer or chicken fingers (both of which are tasty).

Honestly I've always gone to the one on South Cobb in Smyrna and I will never cheat on them again. The J.R. Crickets on Austell was horrible. Ordered two separate Oder of wings and chicken tenders. Wings are so tiny (pics below). I am not exaggerating whatsoever. Fries were soggy and were in the same foil as the greasy wings. Normally you separate the wings from the fries so the grease isn't mixed. The chicken tenders were the only decent thing and thats why I'm giving one star. I see reviews haven't been done in 3 years. So here is a recent update for those who check reviews prior to. Never again! Go to the Smyrna location if you want real size wings AND separate crispy fries.
