Izzio Bakery

So glad I popped over while visiting Denver. The pastries are always very fresh. Try to get in early because many of the items sell out quickly. The bakery is in a marketplace setting with cafeteria style seating available. The line moves quickly and we checked out fast. No real interaction with the staff other than stating which item we wanted.

We saw this place on tik tok and put it at the top of our list to come get breakfast at. We ordered 2 of the la roulettes the chocolate and dulce de leche. Both were amazing and stuffed with filling that oozed out when you bit into it. They were very fresh and huge. It took us a couple days to finish this. We also got the caramel pecan sticky bun. This was completely hardened and stale when we tried to bite into it which is why I'm giving it 3. I get this is not the most viral thing to get there but i was surprised that it was not fresh being that it was from a bakery!Overall the la roulettes were worth the hype. I would be cautious ordering other things from here that may not be as popular/fresh.

heard a lot about Izzio Bakery and it comes up on social media so had to stop by when visiting Denver. I tried the The Crown crème brûlée since this was something lots of ppl buzzed about. After trying it, I felt it was a bit overrated. I liked the croissant flakes and crispness, but i struggled with how sweet the custard was. It was a bit too much for me.However, I did enjoy the pistachio queen because it was not too sweet. It was flaky, light and struck the right balance for me. I also enjoyed the spinach/ricotta croissant which the staff offered to heat up as well. It was nice savory bite that paired well to contrast the sweets we got. Located inside Denver Central market, the vibe was very nice when I went as it wasn't busy but I can image this entire interior space filling up and grab and go to nearby park may be preferred option.

Izzio is one of the stations inside this cool food court. I have had one bad and one good experience at this bakery. The negative one was watching an employee on their phone and touching food without washing their hands. When I brought this to their attention I would have died if looks could kill. Honestly, why do kitchen staff even have a phone in their hands at all? Especially, in an open kitchen layout. The positive visit and the reason for all the stars is the yummy baked goods. Their food is good, so if the service steps up it will be a great place. Dulce de leche croissant is very good! I am scared to find out how many calories it has, but YUM!

Stopped by here during a walk through RiNo. The flavor of everything was great but I just wished the croissant was a little warmer! It was cold and a bit stiff.

The food was very tasty! We both got burritos and both were pretty yummy. Also, the pastries were really good too! All around this is a pretty good spot to stop by. The reason I rate it 4 stars is because it's in this bustling food market, which makes it hard to move around and find seating. I imagine if you get there early you won't have to deal with such things. Otherwise the food is really good just in a really busy spot.

Everything was so delicious!! Loved the croissant and the mango passion fruit pastry.

Been eyeing this place ever since I moved here! It took friend's visit to indulge at this bakery. It would've been dangerous for my health lol. It was super worth though, getting to share this yumminess with friends. We had finished lunch in the Denver Market, so now it was time for sweets. It wasn't too crowded since we had a late lunch and they didn't have everything, but enough for each of us to get something....ahem, two for me lol. I had gotten the creme brulee crown and the matcha roulette. OMG I don't know which I love better!!! However, as I'm typing this I can still take the Matcha roulette, so I know who's the winner!!! Honestly though, they're both very very very scrumptious! The rest ordered a chocolate cake, a cinnamon something, and to be toooooooooooooooooooooooooooootally honest I don't know what else they got!!!! I was too excited about mine!!! I'll be more mindful next time so I can review properly...oopsie! =)Can't wait for the next round.

I always hate going to restaurants or food places right before they close, but my wife and I were starving so we went to Izzio Bakery last night right before they closed. I was expecting the employees to be annoyed that we went literally as they were closing, but it did not bother the girl with black hair that was working one bit! She was still super friendly, helpful, and very patient! Because even though we were starving we had no idea what to get because we had never been there. So we asked her to recommend a few things and everything she recommended was delicious! I can't remember the names of everything we got, but I took a pic of my favorite from her reccomendations. Keep an eye out for this one in particular if you go there!

I'm a regular here due to the fact I work at an office nearby. Nana for over two years has always been kind and sweet and remembers my order and face every time. Sweet, good suggestions, and is a big part of why I always return and can count on the bakery!
