Love the local Brazilian spots! Homey feel, TV to watch, plenty seating and respectful hosts. Treats are tasty and always a delight!

All these reviews keep saying this place is closed, but I asked someone where they get their brazilian goodies and they said Ipanema...so I took the risk to check it out and lo and behold, it's alive! They were alive and bustling...people were coming in and out constantly while I was there. This is a no frills, authentic Brazilian bakery and cafe and store (3 in 1). Lots of little pastries at the counter, though unfortunately they were all sold out of pao de quiejo by the time I got there. No problem, I still came out with beijinho de coco (not to be confused with brigadeiros), yucca cake, and pan de bono. Everything was really yummy and I'm glad that I have a go to spot where I can get all my Brazilian cravings without going to Marietta! Come on by....they are DEFINITELY still open!

This place is soooo good!!! I first tried some of their more savory delicacies a couple of months ago at a baby shower and was craving the coxinha so much that I knew I had to visit and place a to-go order. The shop is like a small bakery in the front with a smaller aisle in the back of freezer and canned goods. Locals seem to enjoy relaxing with an espresso in this ultra "family vibe" space. There is plenty of parking as it is in a shopping center.I have tried both the pastels (Brazilian empanada) and they have both a large and smaller appetizer size of these items. The large version is literally the size of your head (maybe 2x) and less than $4 including tax. My favorite filling is definitely the beef. The coxhinas, oh my goodness. So good. They have some in the back freezer and also behind the counter but I don't care much for chicken so I ordered the queso and beef. They told me they would be cooking them fresh and there is a minimum of 25/order. Thankfully they freeze well!!! Y'all, these are legit and total price was less than $14 per order. Definitely give these savory items a try. Maybe one day I'll crave the sweets but the coxinha and pastels are the way to go.

Unfortunately they can't keep employees. Turns out the reason is because the manager goes long periods of time without paying them. I know someone that works/worked there that still hasn't received his last paycheck. This is a shame and should be reported somehow.

This is a pity, it looks like they were out of business. They removed the sign outside already.Maybe this is due to COVID-19, I hope they open again.

I wish I could put 0 stars!!!!!! We called the bakery more than once to make us a cake and the owner had refused to make it each time! She is very disrespectful and condescending to her customers and picks and chooses who she wants to give business to. Do not recommend. Take your money elsewhere. You can definitely find better authentic Brazilian bakeries that will treat you with more respect!
