Il Bolognese Italian Restaurant Miami Beach

We had dinner yesterday, and we were also in time for the 2 for 1 happy hour. Sofia was our watress. She was the best, she gave wonderful suggestions, continuously checked on us and made sure that we had everything we needed. We ordered: Clam linguine Prosciutto arugula pizzaWatermelon martiniCucumber martiniThe clams were very fresh, the pasta was al dente, the sauce we was light and aromatic. The pizza was cooked perfectly crispy with the right amount of meats and greens ratio. I suggest fresh parmesen and black. The food was so flavorful, we will definitely recommend and return. The drinks were very refreshing, I wished we could have tried more, but we were too full!If you are by Ocean Street, this is a great Italian place to try!

Horrendous serviceInside is a lobbyWaited over ten minutes then they started taking the order for the table next to us.No water, only realized after we left and tried to apologize. Highly disorganized for such a small place with what appears to be plenty of staff

The waiter took advantage of my teenager who was seated by herself while I went to the bathroom upon being seated. My daughter was asked what we wanted to drink and she responded, "probably just water." The waiter returned with a large glass bottle of acqua panna water. When I came back to the table and sat down, my daughter said this was just what he brought. I look around at all the other tables, and see just regular glasses with ice water. No large bottled glasses. When the waiter returns, I asked him if they had just regular ice water with lemon. He then insists to me that "the water here isn't good for my hair." Really puzzled, I then ask him what the price was for the bottled water which was $10. I ask him if he can take the acqua panna and just get us regular tap ice water with lemon. We dine a lot of places and all over. This was an odd new experience for us. This waiter was trying to charge us $10 for water and assumed a teen would just take it. So beware that they are not only auto charging 20% onto your bill but they're also trying to rack it up as much as they can. Very slimey. The waiter did end up apologizing to me because what he had done was very obvious but ew. In fairness, the gnocchi and caprese salad were good but beware here.

I got the vodka pasta which was recommended with fettuccini pasta & my friend had the bolognese pasta. They were both really good! This place is right on the beach so it had a nice view & the staff were super friendly & attentive.

This place is outstanding! The food was amazing and delicious. Our server was Maria P. She was very sweet and courteous. She's knowledgeable of the menu and great with recommendations! Y'all need to get here and try the great food...just ask for Maria!

Great times at IL Bolognese located in Winter Haven Hotel in South Beach! Spent a lot of time at the bar and Aldair is truly an amazing mixologist! Every drink I had was fantastic. Will be back!

First time in Miami from San Francisco - and boy I was pleasantly surprised at the seafood quality not just here - but all around! This particular spot is located at the fun and festive south beach promenade w/ great people watching & super friendly staff. Although I just ordered the ceviche - it was good: juicy , tender and not to sour. The real star tho was my waitress - a lovely gal w tons of energy and great vibes- and also the champagne mimosa - *chefs kiss* . I scoped put what others were enjoying - and from tacos to gigantic margaritas - everyone was enjoying themselves and their dishes.

A fabulous ding experience! Starting with the octopus appetizer and onto the special cacio e pepe with burrata cheese and truffles prepared in a large cheese wheel table-side. Surreal. My server, Bruno, set the standard. Priceless!

Came during lunch with group and had nice ambience and Clams and mussels sautés was pretty good. But waiter was little rude so didn't like the service

Food was excellent, I loved the Linguine Carbonara with truffles and fresh burrata! Sooo good! The ambience is nice and the service was excellent! I highly recommend!!!
