Hyderabadi chai & Grill

I got hospitalized, then was released. I had to stay home. I was an Uber driver. I was not able to work for a while. I had to order food with Uber Eats.I found it here on the Uber Eats app. The reviews were okay. I ordered veggie curry, chai, and 2 nans. It took 45 minutes to deliver to my apartment. I opened the bag. I found a chicken curry bowl that I didn't order. I checked my app. I confirmed that I didn't order. Anyway, I got a free curry bowl. lol.Everything was so tasty. Especially, the curry bowls were awesome. Thank you for helping my recovery. Namaste.

Came here last night and Naeem was taking care of us. Phenomenal service. The nihari, haleem, and chai was just so good. So flavorful and also very fresh! Definitely one of the top desi food spots in Houston.

Delicious and fresh food! We had the daal, goat karahi, white rice, and chapati. We also had chai that was the best we've had in a very long time! It was a pleasant surprise to find such great food in such an unassuming place! Do give it a try!

It's after midnight, and I'm really hungry! After trying a couple of places that were apparently closed, I found this place who is open. I knew I wanted some kind of curry with rice. The guy asked basic questions, such as meat preference and color of the curry (red vs yellow). Based on my preferences, he ordered chicken peshawari for me. It was delicious! At the ends of the meal, I also ate mohan mithai, which is a sweet. This was exactly what I wanted! The restaurant is open until 1AM for dine in and closes at 130AM. The guy at the cash register was super nice and patient. I will be back!

Always amazing food no matter what time you go. Very good control over the spices and also roti is a great option.

I ordered 1 chicken biryani, 1 goat biryani and 1 goat korma. The biryani's were decent but the meat sizes were quiet big. I wish they cut the meat into slightly smaller pieces, especially for the goat biryani. The goat korma however was very disappointing. No flavor in them at all. And OMG, the korma was floating in oil. I never had korma that oily. Could barely eat a tablespoon before i had to trash it. Do not recommend the korma at all!

Where do I begin? I did not get to taste the food except for the garlic naan which tasted very dry. The garlic rice smelled very good but I did not taste it and the other container was supposed to have butter chicken but I have never had butter chicken in a red sauce. This sauce was very greasy and had no meat no chicken chicken in it.

Good food and attentive and nice staff! Place is clean and well maintained. Will definitely come back

Whenever i crave for good desi food i go here the food is really amazing especially green kheema and their akhni pulaav no one can beat them also Aqeel was very helpful and gave us good service
