This place was actually recommended by my parents! Dry Hu tieu go was my favorite midnight snack in Vietnam because that was the only time I hear them sell it outside my house. The taste was just like how I remembered, the broth was sweet from the pork bones. The noodles sauce was sweet and savory with the crispy pork skin on top. Hu tieu go is very different from hu tieu nam vang in terms of toppings/sauce/broth. I miss it so much and I wish they have it here on the east coast!

Their hu tieu are so good. Hu tieu come with cooked bean sprout which is amazing in my opinion. Hot soup and flavorful. The Vietnamese coffee is good too. I like the my hu tieu so much that made me writing this review while eating. The only thing I don't like here is the chicken egg. It's kinda tasteless. It doesn't have the fresh taste and smell kinda weir to me. The price is cheap for 2 eggs at $4 though

This is the only Mi Go in America that will taste like Mi-Go in Saigon.All other noodles house only serve Hong style noodle soup. Trust me, I had tried every possible noodle house in OC California, NYC, DC, Philly etc, nobody can cook this noodle like Hoa Map.

beware if you are allergic to anything. Bad attitude from the owner, very cocky, and not admit fault. I cannot eat garlic and when they make a mistake putting garlic in there. They refused to replace it.A lot of good restaurants in Bellaire Blvd so stay away from this place.
