The Teahouse Tapioca and Tea

I order from here a lot. When they actually get the order right, it's delicious, but they keep messing up my orders. This isn't stuff like missing utensils that can be chalked up to an error on behalf of the app or the delivery person. They'll do things like give me the wrong flavor of chicken, or put ice in the extra teas I've specifically ordered with no ice so I can save them for later. This has happened multiple times. Won't be ordering from here again.

I really love Teahouse. My favorite drink from there is Taro and Coconut tea with tapioca. You can earn rewards that will lead you to getting a free drink. The reason for a missing star is because the customer service at this location was slightly ok, not too bad but they could be more friendly and greet.

I finally made it to this Teahouse location. I love Teahouse (favorite location still remains the one on Shepherd and Westheimer though). My regular orders are the #1 (the classic black cream team), honeydew cream tea (if you are in the mood for something sweet), and wintermelon cream tea (wintermelon tea is herbal, so no caffeine), always with tapoica. They also have a watermelon cream blend that is more like a smoothie that is delicious, but I recommend skipping the tapoica in the frozen drinks, since the tapoica isn't as good frozen (texture is off).I've also had the sweet potato fries at a different Teahouse location, and they were excellent. (But haven't had them here yet.) When I came, their card machine was only taking tap, cash, and Apple Pay (and maybe some other option I am forgetting - I think swipe or chip was working but not both), so just be aware if you have a credit card like mine that is very finickying about the tap option.My drinks were good, and they have this cute wooden swing inside. Seating inside is limited, as you might expect from this smaller location.

Consistency is key, and Teahouse is just that! The teas are fantastic, and Thai tea and the brown sugar cream are my absolute favorites. I love that you can order online or call to order and they'll prepare it for pick-up. Cheers to milk tea perfection at Teahouse!

This is my favorite boba spot around the Heights area. I usually get the green apple gree tea with mixed fruit jelly (they don't skimp) and they never make it too sweet even at 100% sweetness. Sweetness is adjustable for those that prefer less sugar. They also have food items like popcorn chicken and eggrolls that you can pair with your tea if you're feelin extra snackish. A lot of places like to blast the music but this place keeps the music at a reasonable volume. Seating, outlets, and free wifi is also available. Super friendly staff, clean, and they have a cute swing inside

I think the employees are so kind, but let me tell you about the lady that CHAI , who is their manager. She treats her employees like garage , she calls them dumb to their faces while yelling at them. I think the workers would be a lot happier if she wasn't the one managing them , they deserve someone with kindness, the owners so seriously consider removing that lady from the position. Chai should definitely be looked into by HR into how hostile she makes the work environment.

I've been coming here nearly every week because my daughters like the drinks. Drinks are fine. Their rewards program promises a free drink after so many points but when redeemed only takes 95¢ off the total. I pointed it out and was told "that's just how it does it - I don't have any control over it."
