Came here on Sunday night and the store was so clean and the food was delicious. This location is very cleanly and my fountain drink was delicious! Huge shoutout to Kevin for helping me and my friend, our sandwiches tasted great and he had a great attitude.

I placed an online order and waited inside as three in person orders were done before mine. So in store people get waited on before online orders. Just be aware. Only one employee showed up and the poor sandwich artist was swamped! I feel like the franchise owner should have just closed for the day instead of giving subway such a blackeye.

If I could give no stars I would. They did absolutely terrible on my order. I used doordash and they intentionally made everything incorrectly. Let's start with the sandwich's. Both we're on the incorrect bread, one was missing the added on smashed avocado (which was an additional charge). Asked for Artisan flat bread and was given Italian herb. was also given American cheese when I asked for pepper jack. (This is all listed on the receipt which I have)My sandwich was supposed to be on Italian white bread and I was also given the herb bread. Both sandwich's were missing the spinach. The part of the order that really upset me is how I paid for a box of 6 cookies, chocolate chip, and received 5 cookies and not a single one was chocolate chip. NOT ONE. I was given Three oatmeal raisin and one white chocolate macadamia NUT and one double chocolate chip. I have a nut sensitivity and was give a cookie with nuts in it?! Are you serious? I can't even eat the cookies. what if that had been someone with a severe nut allergy. What a joke, there is no excuse for that. Whoever made this order intentionally did these things incorrectly and that is horrible. This subway is absolutely horrible and my entire meal was ruined. I was willing to understand and get over the sandwich's. However the cookies was very upsetting and my meal was ruined. terrible customer service and etiquette.highly do not recommend to ever order here.

Horrible customer service. When I went up to the line, the girl, who was wearing an AirPod and kept readjusting it while working, said what kind of bread do you want. Not event a welcome, dang. Aren't you supposed to ask what size? 6" or 12"? What if I wanted a wrap? She also didn't cut it in half! The customers in front of me also notified her that the sodas were flat. She looked at them, said nothing, and went back to making the sandwiches. Because she brushed them off, they took a coke from the fridge instead LOL. When they did that, she stopped making the sandwich and stared at them for about 30 seconds. They sat down in the restaurant too. I don't know if this her first job or if she doesn't like working here, but she's not made for customer service. Not to mention the sandwich wasn't good either (bread was dry, cheese looked old, questionable looking proteins, etc.)Sheila Salgado, as an area coach listed on the receipt, please retrain, or train, your employee on basic customer service.

I met a cool man today, his name is Johnny and he is a sandwich artist. I was on a trend of not going to subway because of very poor experiences I've had. I took a chance today and it was a wise decision. Johnny put a lot of love and care into the sand which he made for me. He even skillfully suggested ingredients that would pair well with each other. End result was Johnny made my evening much better, the sandwich was healthy and very well put together, and the restaurant was very clean so I don't mind returning to this location; in fact I know I'll be back.Thank you Johnny and Subway team!

usually really good, but i walked in at 9:20 and they said they were closed early. i work at a similar place so i know what "close early" means. the employee just wants to go home early. if you say you close at 10, then close at 10. slow or not:))

The worker at this subway was the nicest subway worker I've ever met. He was so chill and just made my sandwich with so much care and patience. He truly is a sandwich artist. He was so nice to all the customers and is so patient and kind to all people. This is the best experience I've had at a subway and it's all thanks to that amazing worker!
