Make sure to stop by this place if you are looking for a liquor store in the Heights/Timbergrove area! Hidden next to the Whataburger on W 18th, Sky Liquor has everything you need from your neighborhood liquor store. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were very competitive to your larger chain stores as well. They do a great job of stocking a wide variety of brands/liquors. The store was very clean and welcoming.

Love this place. It's new and the owner is very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable with anything you need.

I moved to Houston less than a year ago and have tried every liquor store in my area. Once I shopped at Sky Liquor, it became my go-to! Sam is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He makes great suggestions if you're not sure which products best meet your needs. The prices are reasonable and the location is convenient. I recommended this store to my family and neighbors without hesitation.

This is the best liquor store I've found in West Houston ! The prices and deals are super competitive and they're right next to a Whataburger. Lol one stop shopping. Happy to have you guys join the community. I've literally used this place to fund my girls nights every month.

I just did a sampling demo today, and I must say, the guy working (Kana is what my receipt says) was soooo welcoming and nice. He treated me like a guest in his home. I even noticed how he treats his customers like good friends and family. EVERYONE got a big smile and politeness from him. I've been too many of the big brands stores, and none of them come close to how amazing this guy was. I hope I get to come again. And if I'm in the area, I'll definitely stop by to purchase something even if I don't need it just bcz his spirit and energy was so pleasant.

While customers are required to wear a mask in order enter, the two times I've been in the last three months,I haven't seen employees in masks. They're not especially helpful here either. Small/convenient for basic necessities.

We used to love this store, the owner has been very helpful and kind. However, he doesn't wear and neither were any of his customers. As my husband was turning around and exiting promptly, the owner asked if my husband couldn't find what he needed. When my husband said he was leaving because the owner wasn't wearing a mask and neither were ANY of the customers. The owner's reaction: to shrug and ok. If they're not applying the 80 proof to their hands, and masks to their faces, find some place else to shop.

Sam, the owner/manager, is fantastic. Always terrific service, he goes out of his way to make his customers happy which is why I have been coming here for years. This isn't even the closest liquor store to me, but I still come here because of the people.
