I get it, it's a new restaurant, but service should hardly take a backseat to bad planning. This restaurant's dining area was empty and there was no customers inside. I was the only car in the drive thru, it seemed. Just about every car that pulled in was asked to pull into a parking space and wait. I can to realize that I was among at least four other vehicles waiting for food. There were three young people behind the counter and I'm not sure that they had this all planned out. A six minute wait in spicy chicken tenders warped into about a ten minute wait. It isn't a huge deal, but it seemed like forever.A plus was that the food was good and hot!

While I was waiting I looked at my receipt and noticed that I was charged 26 extra for a drink. When I inquired the young man said he charged extra because I got a medium drink. I asked him to provide the drink that comes with the combo and he said "he had been charging extra all day because they were out of LIDS for the drink that goes with the combo." I told him that was unethical and he should either tell the customers or comp the up charge. He became angry and asked me what I wanted to do. I said this is why I don't go to Popeyes and he said then why was I there. The manger came out apologized, and said he would coach the team member. My ENTIRE MEAL WAS COLD; fries, nuggets, chicken, rice, and the apple pie. The worst part was the soda was flat and not as cold as the food. The quality of the food has declined and the customer service is poor to say the least. My order number was 72. I WILL NOT RETURN. (EVER)

Customer service was good at the drive thru; however, I ordered a two piece spicy with mash potatoes and extra gravy. The receipt has dark meat, but I received a breast (white meat) and a drum (dark meat). The chicken was over cooked and dry making it difficult to chew and I didn't receive the extra gravy. The biscuit was dry and hard so it had to be thrown away. I was extremely disappointed with this meal. Would recommend that you check your food before driving off.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this establishment. The workers were incredibly rude, and to top it off, they made us wait for an hour before our food arrived, despite ordering online. It's frustrating to see others who ordered after us receiving their food first. It's unacceptable and left me feeling extremely frustrated.

This popeyes chicken has the worst customer service. Place was empty. I waited for 10 minutes, I was only person waiting. No one asked If they could help me until I was headed toward the exit. Too bad for them, I had an order for 9 employees. Wendy's next door filled my orders quickly and efficiently. This chicken brand will never again get my moola.

Ehhh, not the best Popeyes location. Even though it's fairly new, service has always been something for them to work on, I think it's caused most of them are young and don't care at all about the job of customers. I've been here about 3-4 times and they've all been a bad experience. The workers are pretty slow and always saying "pull up to the front of the parking lot and we will come outside to give it to you when it's done". I usually have to wait for awhile even when there's NO other customers. They've been rude every time I've been here and I don't plan on giving this place another shot.

Took them about 10 minutes to service us(indoor registers), didn't have honey packets, also given very little napkins. The food taste mid, which we were disappointed because it's usually pretty good(at different locations). It was pretty clean at our table which I'll give them that. But overall pretty disappointing with the food and service.

Order family meals at least 10x now, and each time they forgot my fries and charge extra fees for no reason, until I realize it's was too late many time. After the longest time I sworn not to buy fromThem again, last time I order was online, order one hour before drive thru pick up, drove up to the window the guys say, they ran out of chicken and I have to waited another 20 mins, it' was way late than I expected that why I place the order an hour ago. The guy at the window try to reason to that the chicken might get cold and I might make them redo the chicken, and they're closing in 10minutes...... doesn't make sense but whatever. Then he ask.... If we still want the foods, after I order an hour ago and prepaid already.... Wow this business customer service is just keep getting worst and worst. Late time and never again! So much Patient for expensive unhealthy fast foods......

Worst Popeyes in this area. Go to the hwy6 one. Chronically understaffed. Took 5 mins for them to come to the counter when they only had 1 drive thru order. Manager is like a chicken with its head cutoff. Then they didn't have any of the 2 items that was ordered online. Been there only 2 times and both times there were issues.

Terrible food and customer service. Spent $60 a month ago on some dried chicken and messed up chicken sandwiches. Called and spoke with customer service, got connect to store and was told to come back when you are in the mood for fried chicken and we replace it. Fast forward a month later and I go back only to be told I have two weeks. Best the guy would do is a chicken sandwich. What a complete joke!
