Wow, I LOOOOVE nuoc mia (sugarcane juice) so so much. I feel like there just aren't a lot of places in Houston that serve them, which makes me crave it even more. I was grocery shopping in the area, and decided to try this place because I was craving nuoc mia. I got the just the regular nuoc mia. It is so good and refreshing. Perfect to grab when it's a hot day (which is very often in Houston). It also has just the right amount of sweetness, in my opinion. I came back a second time and tried the nuoc mia with young coconut in it because I love coconut. I feel like the combination is really good and neither overpowers the other. It's basically nuoc mia with young coconut cubes inside the drink. It's a good substitute for boba. They do give quite a lot of small ice with the drinks, which would probably be my only complaint because when I was trying to drink to get the coconut pieces, I would end up getting ice through the straw instead. Overall though, I would still come back because the flavor was delicious.

They have a great selection of sugarcane blends and also non-sugarcane drinks. I went with the kumquat sugarcane and passionfruit sugarcane drinks. Most of the reviews are pretty accurate and there is an absurd amount of ice that comes with these drinks. It was probably not a good idea to get this when it was slightly snowing / freezing outside. If you do get sugarcane + x fruit/flavor, the x fruit/flavor will dominate the drink. It was more passionfruit-forward and the only reason I could tell that there was sugarcane was because it wasn't too passionfruit sour. Similarly with the other drink, there was more kumquat than sugarcane. Nevertheless, both drinks were refreshing, but if you prefer something more sugarcane-forward, this isn't the place.

Love! Love! Love the fresh sugarcane drinks from here--always so fresh and delicious. They have a great selection of sugarcane drinks, Vietnamese desserts, fresh juices, and smoothies. I have only tried their sugarcane drink with kumquat, but I will definitely be back to try other yummy drinks/desserts. The store has minimal but cute decorations. My only complaint is that they have this gigantic pile of sugarcane they go through as displayed. I understand it showcases the fact that they use fresh sugarcane and lots of them, but esthetically speaking, it doesn't look nice or clean, in my opinion.

Fresh sugar cane juice! I've seen Mia and More back home in Northern VA but a friend recommended trying this place out while visiting Houston. The sugar cane is freshly pressed and you can see the machine juicing the sugar cane. I ordered the kumquat cane and it had a nice citrus note and it didn't overpower the sugar cane flavor. The drink is really refreshing and tasty. You can customize your drink by adding toppings. There's more drinks on the menu to try if you're not a fan of sugar cane. When I return home, I'll definitely be stopping by the location near me.

I love a good and refreshing sugar cane/nuoc mia. We stopped by here after getting dinner in the same plaza. Very spacious interior and plenty of parking in this shopping area. Friendly service and easy to order at the counter. I ordered the young coconut sugarcane. They only have one size for the drink. It was very refreshing but after sipping it for just a few minutes, it was gone. You can then see the amount of ice that was in the cup which was 70% of the drink.I didn't mind paying $7 for the drink but after seeing how much ice it had, it was not worth it. You can adjust the ice level with additional cost of $1-2. Sugar cane has become quite popular in the area and I prefer to get mine somewhere else.

The sugarcane craze is in full swing in Houston. A few years back sugar cane juice was hard to find now there are multiple stores pumping it out in. High volumes. This is one of the newest contenders and they are doing a solid job. They have the coconut/sugar cane version and the kumquat and sugar cane version which are both delicious. My only complaint with these sugarcane places is the amount of ice. But I get it, ingredients are expensive.I really like this place because in the coconut version they give you small chunks of fresh coconut.I took a picture of the piles upon piles of sugarcane they go through.

I was happy to see more of fresh sugar cane drink pops up in H-Town.The place is spacious.I ordered the typical sugarcane with kumquat.Drink was refreshing since it was fresh squeezed but the taste was a bit weird, it tasted more as sour taste than sugary. They have a lot of Vietnamese desserts beside the sugarcane drinks. Can't say this is the best I had.

The nuoc mia here is very tasty and the mia they use is top notch. Nuoc mia is a pretty expensive drink though, but the prices are pretty similar to other nuoc mia places around. Even when the ice dilutes, you still get good flavor from the nuoc mia. I really like that they let you put boba or crystal boba in your nuoc mia as well. I haven't been to a nuoc mia place that let you do this. They have really unique flavors for nuoc mia. I tried the nuoc mia with coconut milk (it's like the coconut milk in the cans that you put in che) and my friend said you couldn't really taste the nuoc mia as much, but it was still really good. I liked the creaminess of it with the nuoc mia. It was like having che and nuoc mia at the same time.

First time visiting this cute shop in the corner of the viet bellaire strip. There's construction currently around the parking lot but you won't miss the big green "mia" sign. The front desk greeted us and summarized their menu which was is always nice. The place itself is very spacious, enough for a group of six to hang out and chat. I'm not a big fan of sugar cane lol, so I went with something totally off brand and ordered the tofu ginger soya with reduced sugar. My mom on the other hand is obsessed so she got the durian sugar cane blend. Our orders were ready pretty quick. At first, I was confused why my tofu ginger pudding had a layer of white on top then realized it was coconut milk. Again, I promise I'm not a picky eater D: but I am usually not a big fan of coconut milk lol so I wished they specified that on the desert menu so I could've requested it off. Regardless, I gave it a shot and this time it did not miss. The ginger soya tasted pretty awesome in the summer heat. My mom also liked her durian blend and her only suggestion was, "ích đá" (less ice). This visit won't be the last. Try it out!

I came here with my Yelp friend after my vegan lunch meetup event. I thought to check out a Sugarcane restaurant because summer is coming up and sugarcane juice has been a thirst quencher for me. I was glad Mia & More is in my part of town. It's easy reach with plenty of parking and spacious interior. The restaurant looks and feels new. The grinding machine adds the freshness to my juice. I ordered durian sugarcane juice. It was little too sweet for me. I think they use durian syrup (update: owner says it's fresh durian). I also ordered a durian tofu dessert to share. The sweetness and the silky tofu balanced well. I would definitely return for other drinks. Durian or not. I'm in.
