Fresh food and delicious! Very professional and friendly. Aim to please. More choices than I can keep up with. The "Firehouse" is always nice and clean.

Ordered online for a specific time since i was in a hurry and when I walked in to pick up they were barely going to start making it when they had half an hour to make it... super disappointing! They should've offered a free drink since I had to sit and wait 15 minutes for my order !! Don't even bother ordering online since it doesn't matter anyways.

The sandwich was great! The reason I left a 1 star is because of the customer service. The owner I believe is really nice and understandable. But the downside to this establishment is the staff that works here. They are rude and unwelcoming, which turn my experience so bad. I always say if you don't want to work then go home. Instead ruining customers experience.

For the past 5 or 6 years, I have gotten a Firehouse sub on my birthday (if you are a rewards member you get a FREE sub on your bday if you didn't know!)With being new to the area, my most recent birthday was my first time visiting this sub shop. Sub was DELISH! I absolutely LOVE subs but don't tend to eat them much because of the carbs. So my free birthday sub is such a nice treat! Staff were awesome like at every other Firehouse I have visited over the years. The order came out fast, was fresh and made to perfection! Can't wait until my next one!

Went in to order sandwich, 545p on 2/5/23. 2 people working. I was told they'll be with me shortly. I stated ok thanks. About 2 mins later, same person tells me it's going to be a while. Asked how much time, like 20 mins? He stated no even longer, very clear didn't want the business. Business 101 you get a solid F! Never will walk in this place again.

I usually do not leave bad reviews but when I do its because they experience was bad, but wow went here for my lunch, and it took almost 40 minutes to get my food. They had 3 workers one being a manager and they were all preoccupied with an order they received. The worst part is not that I am upset that they were taking care of the big order, but they had a worker that has trouble understanding English takign care of their biggest order. They let her be the one making the sandwiches while the others just assisted. If you have a rush hour you get your best employee doing the biggest order and I could hear them saying that it was a complicated order. Like common sense you divide the work, not just stand there and give orders I definitely blame management for this. Never again took my whole lunch hour.

The quality of customer service at this establishment leaves much to be desired, from the managerial level all the way down to the staff. Upon entering, there was an unsettling lack of acknowledgment; the employees seemed preoccupied with their tasks from before my arrival. After an uncomfortable period of waiting, a young lady finally approached to assist me.I explained that I possessed a birthday reward, yet the app was experiencing technical difficulties. I even went so far as to present an email from the app confirming the existence of this reward. Regrettably, the manager declined to help, citing the app's malfunction as a reason to deny me my promised birthday sandwich. When I inquired if I could provide my rewards number as an alternative, his response was disheartening. He conceded that it was possible but framed it as an arduous process he was reluctant to undertake.This entire encounter left me perplexed and disappointed. I have a deep appreciation for Firehouse, but this particular experience on my birthday has left a bitter aftertaste.

Two visits in when I write this review and I have to shout out the customer service at this place. Both times that I came here, I was redeeming a TMobile offer. You all know the craziest that comes with freebies at restaurants--long lines, impatient customers and ticked off crew members that are bothered by a high traffic day, BUT this Firehouse was so cool under pressure both times I came on TMobile free sandwich day. On both occasions, they had a nice sized sign up by the register letting customers know that they could redeem their offer at their location. So appreciate that gesture because honestly that saves everyone time and avoids conflict!Behind the counter were only two people-one working the register and one making the sandwiches, but it was efficient. Even though I encountered a line both visits, I was in and out in 10 minutes tops.Once more, I was greeted sincerely and so nicely by the crew member running the register. I believe I had her as my cashier on both visits because she has a distinctive voice- very sweet and kind. When she asked me if I wanted to round up and donate my change to the foundation, I couldn't say no-she said it so nicely. I felt like they rolled the red carpet out for TMobile customers that day with big open arms. Store is clean and if you so desire, you can dine in and enjoy your meal. Plus, signage in front of the counter announced that Kids 12 and under eat free on Sundays. Such a wonderful gesture-especially for families! I will definetly come by and be a fully paying customer one day soon to this Firehouse who really values their customers!

I have probably eaten at this restaurant at least twice each month for more than a year and each time prior to my last visit I was given a Veterans Discount (which amounted to a free regular drink). However on my last visit when I showed my Veterans ID and asked for the discount the cashier replied in a very demeaning tone "We only do this for Active Duty folks", my response to him was "Sorry to hear that, and I'll not eat here again". to which I received the rude response "So what, for every one of you, there are twenty of them". So I'll urge any veteran to no longer eat at this location.

The food is fine. It's a sandwich. But what makes this place awful is the folks who work here. They are either overworked, under-staffed, tired, or just plain mean. D.C. is a "shift leader" and he's no leader.And three seconds AFTER I posted this review, a woman walked out in disgust about how she was treated. Ask D.C. and his co-worker about this exchange on March 5 at 3:45p. Her husband is still trying to collect a refund.
