Worst location I've been to. Stingy with the food. Not worth $15 for a bowl.

Not spending here again. Portions have really, really, really gone done. I tried it 2x already and can't again. I had 3!!!! Yes 3!!!! Diced pieces of chicken in my now reduced portions of the bowl w rice and all the veggies. Not worth the price anymore. Sucks cause I really liked this place. Also they need to do a better job of cleaning. Doors were dirty and so were the tables and bathroom. Not sure if this is a new company rule for reduced portions but I have not tried other locations.

This was my first time brining my family ( Me, wife, and 4 kids) to this location since we needed to get groceries after. I have been going to chipotle for over 10 years and I go all over the country. My issues starts when i see the carnitas sitting burned and dry at the bottom of the pan. I asked for it fresh and they just looked at the to-go side and told me that's all they have. I told the manager it looks terrible like that and she told me that's how they make it. This was the first time in over 10yrs I've seen it look old, dry, burned, and just pathetic. I had to get it regardless so my kids to eat and even they didn't care much for it. I decided to go with the steak and what a mistake that was. It seemed to be colder than pico I put on it. It felt like I was eating rubber. To add insult to injury there was no ice for our drinks. It's over 100 degrees and Houston and they have no ice in the entire restaurant. This is unacceptable for an establishment that prides itself of "freshness" and "quality". Please look into to this restaurant and fix it.

As they were building my burrito, I asked for chopped tomatoes. I've asked for it numerous times and I've been accommodated in the but not this time! The girl said that they don't have any chopped tomatoes. I told her that I always get chopped tomatoes, so she went to a manager and I overheard the conversation. The manager says "tell him we don't have any chopped tomatoes". So I repeated to her that I always get chopped tomatoes. She replied with "well today we don't have any." Really? You don't have any chopped tomatoes? I just don't think they want to be bothered.My family and I will head to Freebirds from now on!

Guys why is it every time we order for pickup you put the smallest scoop of meat possible. Can we get a manager to comment cause I am literally looking at my food with all of 3 pieces of meat in a whole bowl of food. See my pics. This is the same bowl scooped out. Like no meat. Please a manager would be great from this place. The food could have been better. I ordered my quesadilla and the cheese was barely melted. I asked for the girl to melt it some more and got nothing but attitude. Customer service sucks here. The tables and drink station were extremely dirty as well. The employees are too busy laughing and flirting with eachother to clean up

first off custome service was TERRIBL. she was rude and i asked for her to put the quesadilla in the over to melt the cheese properly (i do this all the time at my home locatio) but she argued me. just want to remind everyone that if customers don't come in to buy, you do not have a job!!
