I went through the drive thru ordered my food which was a salad and tenders. After about 15 minutes my food never came. So I went to the window and they asked me to wait an additional few minutes while they prepare my food fresh. I asked for My refund because it was clear that they forgot my order and also you don't go to a fast food drive thru to wait 20 minutes for a salad. These occurrences are becoming common for a company that prided itself on customer service.

This once was a nice Chick-fil-A that lived up to the reputation, but over the last 2 years this location has gone downhill. This is the only Chick-fil-A that serves this area on or near highway 6 (mission bend, four corners, end of Alief). The chicken isn't as fresh, 3 times out of 5 I'm missing a nugget, fries are cold, side salads are wilted and soggy, and they forget something, like my drink this last time, which finally prompted me to write this review, but mostly it's the sauce or other condiments. Chick-fil-A was one place that I rarely ever had to check my food, but at this location...YOU BETTER CHECK YOUR BAG! You're probably thinking - who would have ever thought you'd have to read or write a Chick-fil-A review?! I know, sad. But here I am writing this in hopes that someone of authority sees this and implements and immediate change! What was once a quality place has slowly diminished, but not too far gone to recover.Don't believe me, look at the reviews from just the last 6mo-1yr

This chick fa a's customer service is top-tier. Whenever you come in, all of the staff greets you by saying, "welcome to chick fa a!" It's feels so welcoming .
