Burger King

I have not eaten Burger King in years because I'm not a fan of the charbroiled taste that they are famous for. However, I observe a few days a week as a vegetarian and I came in to see what all the hype was, concerning the Impossible Burger. The burger was so so and a good option for these days but, let's not bury the lead story. This store is falling apart. Between the raggedy door handles to the restroom and the inside wall covering materials coming off the wall and tacked up haphazardly it's a mess. Upon walking into the restaurant, no one was at the register to greet me and we subsequently found out that the front attend it was in the restroom. Fine, no problem...but and however, she later escaped back to the restaurant restroom to play on her phone (again). When we tried to find a table, the one that was the cleanest (because most were dirty) was right next to a huge strawberry soda spill that nobody was bothering to clean up. There were not that many people in the restaurant who would prevent them from doing this, considering there were 3 workers standing in the kitchen area having a conversation.Do better...Franchisee needs to have corporate come in to clean things up!

We've been through the drive thru at this location a handful of times since living in Pearland. I read so many negative reviews here and haven't had any issues like the ones mentioned. (And for the reviewer who said that he/she waited 20 minutes for fries that came cold and he/she THREW THEM ON THE FLOOR JUST TO HAVE THE WORKERS CLEAN IT UP. SHAME ON YOU! That kind of behavior is disgusting and is just plain rude.)Our orders here typically are nuggets/fries or Whopper Jr./fries. I usually use a coupon because I'm cheap AF. The only mistake had been ordering the burgers without mayo and having mayo on it. NBD, I scraped it off. Food is always PIPING HOT. Like, fries so dang hot, you can't even eat them right away. We actually went through today and got 3 ice cream cones for our kids. $1 each. Workers at the window seem ok. Not overly friendly but not jerks either. 3/5 stars bc nothing great stands out but it's also not terrible. Tho- I am nervous to see what the inside looks like according to some of these reviews tho. I'll just stick to the drive thru for now.

The food is always good. The only gripe I have are the drive-thru staff. Every time I order, they interject with, "Anything else? Would that be all?" as I'm ordering. Literally, I have multiple items to purchase and it's cut off because they are in a RUSH for some reason. This occurs during slow and slammed times in the drive thru. ALSO, they will mix side orders in with a Kids Meal bag to save on paper costs. That is crazy.

Probably the worst fast food service I've ever had... Rude.. No greeting and they're always out of something... Please teach these people customer service or close this location.....

This BK is silly. Who puts the cold chocolate milk in the same bags as the warm burgers and fries?And even though we got two kids meals, their definition of a lot of ketchup is three of the tiny packet

Getting my once in a while fix.Every so often, I make a trip to get an Impossible Whopper, to refresh the memories of when I was excited about wearing the Kings Crown.This was a lunchtime stop for me and my timing couldn't have been any better as there was no wait or line, which allowed for quick drive thru dash. It was bright and sunny outside and drive area was clean of debris. This however was one of the times that I didn't feel so appreciated as a customer, considering the person taking my order seemed very impatient with me. I do understand that you wanted to move customers along, but never at the expense of poor customer service. Plus, I was the only customer online at the time. I am a repeat customer here and will of course return. It was nice to at least get to the window and it be a different person than who took my order. So that did take the edge, considering he was very pleasant. All in all, the meal that I ordered that was comprised of 2 Whoppers turned out to be pretty good. I would definitely be returning. I am highly disappointed in the service I received this morning from the on-site manager, who refused to give me her name. My order was wrong, so I drove back to the location after checking my food.After returning my breakfast sandwiches, I inquired about the procedures for my son's food now that he had to wait even longer to eat, which is now cold. She first suggested that I call the number on the receipt, which was the location's number, for my inquiry. I called, and no answer. I then parked my car and went inside, asking for an explanation. In a rude, discriminatory manner, the manager continued to brush me off because she was busy. I politely asked for clarity on the policies because not only did I desire an answer, but why was the response in the manner it was? Customer service provided from the top will cascade down to the staff, and they will follow his/her lead. The manager did not explain the policy regarding my request and told me to ask the General Manager, pointing her finger at the handwritten Post-it note she had just written on.As a new Texas resident, I felt discriminated against throughout my encounter!The customer service was unacceptable!Staff Training should be held starting from the manager down!I will be contacting the necessary personnel because I take this seriously. I could have been a shopper, and this location would have failed the test!

Very rude staff!!! Whenever I order in the drive thru, I feel like I'm being rushed. Also they don't even bother to acknowledge you once you get to the window and speak to them. Thank goodness I'm not too picky with my sauces because they surely give you whatever they decide to put on the bag and don't even bother to ask what you may want !!!!

Super friendly and always quick. Always get order right and the coke is sweet. Way better than the Kingsley location.

This location is by far the worst location in the area! When I pulled up, the informed me that they were not serving burgers. Wow! Not so "Burger King!" They we're only serving chicken sandwiches and chicken fries or something like that! But not burgers! I thought, it 9pm and maybe they are closing; nope, they close at midnight. This location has a leadership problem that hasn't been addressed. I don't expect perfection, but I should be able to get a burger at Burger "Not so King!" Had to take my business to a better burger place. And I must say, what a burger it was!
