"I actually ordered from this place by mistake on Uber Eats a few weeks ago and nowwwww I'm addicted to their frozen hazelnut frappe with coffee jelly. I've had at least 4 and counting. This business is located right next to Katy Kids but it's not highly visible from the street so lookout. Parking stinks but the entire strip is that way. I've only stopped in for a pickup. Inside is modern and very clean. This would be a good place to post up and work for a hour if you're in between destinations with time to kill. The staff is always friendly and informative. They called once to verify details on my order which I appreciated. Drinks 5/5 - obviouslyEgg rolls 3/5 - filling wasn't very flavorful but nice crispFried fish sandwich 2/5 - the fish tasted like it had been frozen for a very long time. The sauce added nothing. The fish texture and bread did not work well together in my opinion it was too much. Maybe if it was on a soft bun instead of baguette. I'll be back for drinks but may pass on the food or try a few other items. Nice local spot."
"After lunch in the Sugarland area, we wanted something to satisfy our sweet tooth that did not include food. Boba was the clear choice so I got on the Yelp app and searched for boba close by. Feng Cha popped up and highly rated. I pulled up into a little shopping area with a variety of different stores. Parking was plentiful. I can't speak on customer service because there was absolutely no interaction with a human on my visit. As soon as you walk in, the ordering kiosk is right there, which created a weird line that was blocking the entrance/exit. I had plenty of time to look over the menu as the line took awhile even though there were only three people ahead of me. I really don't like this option as there were lots of employees back there who could've easily helped new customers who do not know the menu like myself. I went ahead and just chose off their top 5 list. I wish some of the items had descriptions because some were not self explanatory like other drinks were. I was in the mood for something more coffee forward and not so much fruity. I went with the Dirty Boba which was absolutely not coffee forward. That is my own fault as later I did see there was a dirty coffee latte option. The employee called my name, left it on the counter and bounced. Literally no human interaction. I took a few pics and took my first sip in the car. This drink is sweet even with regular sweetness level. The drink tasted like a slightly sweet milk drink. The boba was fresh and had a nice bite to it. This particular drink was just ok to me. My sweet tooth was definitely satisfied.Overall, Feng Cha was alright. I think with more research on my drink order, I might find something that suits my taste buds. I will give them another chance if in the area or next to any of their many locations."

I will have to order them next time. One thing about the menu is that Baoz offers many different combo items, but mainly with bahn mi sandwiches and spring rolls. Dumplings are mostly all by themselves. I would love to see a bahn mi/dumpling combo."
"Nice staff. Tasty drinks with lots of choices and we really enjoyed the Chinese Lunar New Year celebration."
"Ordered the black tea with boba, no sugar, and no ice. Perfect combination for me because the boba is already sweet. The tea flavor is prominent, which I appreciate the most. The boba has a nice chewy consistency, as expected. Overall, a well balanced drink. Well done!I arrived during their grand opening, where they offered a buy one get one deal. This drew large crowed which caused a longer wait time, but surprisingly not as bad I expected. My last BOGO experience was horrific, but this one was well executed. The cashier was friendly and was polite. The staff thanked me on my way out.Interior is typical of a boba shop. Decent amount of seating and clean."
"Why 5 stars? Because my drink hit the absolute spot. --- --- ---After an afternoon of eating a horse-sized portion of BBQ, followed by chasing my son around for 2+ hours, I was dehydrated and this boba was essentially my Gatorade. Who knew boba had electrolytes? (Or at least it felt like it did).We were in the area and Yelp'd a boba place. While this place didn't have the best overall rating, it was convenient, so we swing by. We didn't really do our due diligence beyond seeing where it was located, so we were surprised to find that it was a food truck. I ordered a peach lychee smoothie with rainbow boba and it was as great as I could have hoped for. Pretty sweet but not so overwhelming that it was gross. The rainbow boba was the perfect compliment. We don't live nearby but will definitely come again when we're in the area."
"Dun Huang Plaza has become a pseudo epicenter of bubble tea in recent years, housing nearly a dozen boba spots that are in constant competition with each other. Yum Cha faces Bellaire Blvd on the outer edge of the plaza, and has been one of my more reliable spots to quench my never-ending thirst for milk tea.I appreciate the literalness of the name (#1) and love a lot of what they offer. For starters, the interior is on the nicer side, more so than some of the other bubble tea spots. It's bright, somewhat spacious, and has a quality lounge space for groups or for folks looking to knock out a little work. The WiFi is on point and it always smells good in here. Bonus points for a clean bathroom as well and the very eye-catching IG wall. The service has been a slight lowlight at times, but thankfully they have a self-service kiosk to make things easier. I have been fond of their milk tea choices and especially anything with cheese foam. Their fruit teas have been a hit with folks, especially the supreme strawberry and grapefruit. The passion fruit is a sleeper, as is the peach oolong.Parking can be problematic since Dun Huang is perpetually busy, however, I've always managed to find a spot parking inside and not directly in front of the store. There is always a good, young crowd here, and I am likely to be chillin with the WiFi or getting a handful of drinks for takeout.__________(#1) 飲茶 (Yum Cha): to drink tea in Cantonese."
"Ordered Jasmine Green Tea w/ boba & Brown sugar boba milk. Shortly after waiting I was told that they were out of boba for my jasmine drink and they only had about half a scoop or less and if I'd like a different topping. Boba is my fave and what I was wanting so I was fine with the last half scoop of boba. The person was super kind and apologetic. The only reason I give less stars is because I think they should've monitored the boba more closely as it gets older and closer to the end because it seems as if the boba had broken down into the sauce making the sauce SO stringy with a weird mucus like texture. It was so unpleasant to drink. We honestly couldn't drink them because of how thick, stringy, sticky and mucus like the boba syrup was."
"This location is hidden in the Chinatown area & honestly it's not the best spot to have a tea house if you want it popping. It use to be Presotea & now it's Partea's house. The decor was cute, the place was clean & Ann was very knowledgeable, kind & patient because I took forever to pick a drink. Here's what I ordered. * Signature Milk Tea with crème brûlée- Amazing is one word I can describe this drink. Nice balance of sweetness along with the crème brûlée which uplifted the drink. I was told that the brûlée was made in house & I don't doubt it. It was more rich than what I get at other boba spots, just wish they would've gave me more. 4.6/5 * Passion fruit green tea- it was refreshing, it also had a nice tartness from the passion fruit & I definitely tasted the tea as well. 4.5/5Overall, it was a great experience. This place is a gem & I hope it gets on the map because they deserve it. I appreciate Ann for her hospitality & making the drinks to perfection. Will I come back? Sure will. Tip: they also have karaoke as well, so if you wanna sing your life away. They got it all set up."
"Went on a banh mi tour around the south belt area and stopped by pho vì-vì with the misses. Banh mi was good but it wasn't great, would I try it again probably maybe but I've tried other food off their menu which was better. Come go your support if you're in the area!"
"I got the roasted brown sugar drink with milk and boba. I enjoyed it but didn't really notice the roasted part vs the normal version. I do enjoy their boba as it's the right amount of chewy. They are fairly quick, but the pricing is a bit on the high side."

Brown sugar milk tea with boba is the best. Wanted to love the chicken wings, but a bit undercooked for my liking. Will give it another try & ask for well done

I love the simplicity of Baoz- they have dumplings, a few side soups, banh mi, bubble tea, and spring rolls. But they do them ALL well in my opinion. Really I could just throw a dart at the board and like whatever they serve. I do wish there was a way to appease my "low waste" tendencies by using less plastic and styrofoam when eating here but that's a problem anywhere you get food in the tunnels since its all "takeout".My favorite is still the lemongrass tofu spring rolls but oftentimes they're out of them and I have to wait a few minutes for them to make them from scratch, but they're always super accommodating. The tempo of the place is fast since they're used to churning out customers but anytime I've come here with someone for the first time they are able to slow down the pace (albeit for only a minute or two).

The service is amazing and love they're starting to do bingo night every first Wednesday of the month. I only drink the Earl Grey w/ 3 J's (no boba), 50% sweet. I prefer the Earl grey here compared to other boba shops bc the Earl grey flavor is strong and not watered down. Would recommend going down a sugar level bc the jellies make it sweeter.

It's always great to get a new boba shop in Sugar Land!I ordered the mango milk tea, which is made with real mango purée. I was excited about this since most places only use mango syrup. The drink had a decent mango flavor - I got it with no sugar added which was just right for me, sweetness wise. The boba was a nice, chewy consistency but lacked sweetness. The mango tea itself though lacked a bit of something, maybe a bit more mango flavor? It wasn't bad, but I wouldn't order it again.I tried my husband's black milk tea and it was SO good! The tea flavor was very apparent. I would definitely get this instead next time.

Located in a small food truck lot, I often pass by going to and from my daily errands as it's a nice little location on Rayford Rd not far from reaching 99. They have a covered half band shell that offers shade from the sun & a few tables if you come with a group. Makes great seating for my kids as they are often the ones begging for me to stop. Parking is minimal but usually the flow keeps the dirt lot pretty empty. There drinks are good nothing wow compared to other bubble tea places I've had. My kids enjoy the popping pearls (strawberry & blueberry flavors). They also have jelly add ins of various flavors. I'm a traditional boba milk tea fan, and I like them heavy on the tapioca ball side. My last visit I got about a 4th cup of tapioca balls with my black milk tea. Every drink is about $6 bucks (with some add ins costing additional). They have various menus so make sure you take a gander at them all.

Came here for a post UYE that was in the area.I never knew anything about this place? But then again, I am not hip on the boba scene at all, so I wouldn't know.It seemed to be a pretty popular place. Good size crowd for a weeknight.Drink - Thanks to Jando for helping me figure out how to order via the kiosk. I went with the Sparkling drink- pineapple passion since I did not want coffee or tea. I was very curious about the cheese foam, but I didn't order it. Maybe in the future? I was happy with the flavor and taste of my drink. I especially like that you can customize the sweetness level, now that's amazing!

The staff was helpful in getting me something I would like for my first time visiting. Plenty of options to choose from on the milk tea or fruit tea side of the menu. I really like the cups too! Having a high quality cup is such and underrated part of a boba tea. Well lit and not overstimulating seating area is nice too. The drinks were good, but the tapioca is better elsewhere sad to say. I'll check other reviews to see if there was a hidden gem I should try next time.
Visit Restaurant Page"Stopped by since we spotted them from across the street at crawfish cafe! I will say I do enjoy the location and parking situation. The area needs more boba shops so I'm glad Gong Cha is here! Super cute interior and easy to read menu!It was my first time here so I got the earl gray milk tea with 3 Js (grass jelly, egg pudding, and boba). This drink really hit the spot for an afternoon treat. I do also love all these 3 mixins (they're usually my to go tos with boba) so I'm glad they had a drink with all 3! I did get less sweet and less ice which is my usual boba order. The service was super fast and employees were friendly. I will def be back here to try their other drinks!"
"Came for lunch and had the strawberry salad with grilled chicken. It was so amazing good! Hot, fresh chicken, plump, juicy strawberries and balsamic vinaigrette made it even better! I can't wait to come try the choices for breakfast! Cute place with outdoor seating. Only thing I would change is the attitude of the 2 girls behind the counter. The greeting in was dull and ordering our food seemed to frustrate them. When food was brought to our table it was plopped down. Maybe some training in customer service?! Other than that, highly recommend!!!"
"Cute decor, clean space, and friendly staff. We came here after dinner looking for sweets. They had sweet banana chips, Boba, and shaved ice with fruit and ice cream. We had the shaved ice with fruit and ice cream, and it hit the spot. My friend bought the banana chips and let me tell you they're addictive! If you're looking for a sweet drink or a sweet treat i recommend you try this place!"
"I've been to this location a few times now, but I've only recently actually took the time to sit inside and I really enjoyed it.I think that I took a while to get my drinks, more than it does on the other location, but I did realize that they were quite busy so I'm not taking any stars off for that. The Bahn mi tuna sandwich is really good and I would definitely get that again, as is the taro and coconut smoothie with boba.We did not like the chocolate one that much but I think it's because it was so sweet and we didn't realize that we should have asked for a lot of sweetner. I guess now we know for next time."
"Came across this place while we were visiting Houston. Service was awesome and food was great. Portions a large and since we ordered take out they packed it in this cute little bag. We recommended the place to my sister since she's local. Btw, they serve delicious bobas. Definitely a must try."
"Who's ready for ramen and boba?? What an incredible combination to have a perfect marriage of ramen and boba!! They even have vegetarian and gluten free option!! This place is in the heart of Katy community and we love it. They have an amazing decor, modern Asian theme, super friendly workers and the best is the food...a bonus is wifi!! Great place to hang out, study, grab a refreshing drink or drinks and enjoy the food! Come support these local businesses! Chow Chow Time!!"
"Chicken banh mi is only served for part of the day but it slayed. Also got the coconut cold brew which had coconut bits in it - definitely much sweeter than I expected but I would try it again! Decent place to study but headphones were necessary at the end of the afternoon. Plenty of parking too!"
"This is a beautifully decorated boba store. Nice ambience and inviting. Staff were pleasant and friendly.I had the durian avocado smashed, and the lychee cheeze breeze. I love both drinks. The durian avocado smashed though served only in a small cup, it was packed with yumminess. I never thought durian and avocado would work together, and it did! There were durian bits and avocado pieces in the drink. They also added half of an avocado fruit into the drink. So delicious and filling. The lychee cheeze breeze was also very good. The lychee was prominent in the drink. I asked for 50% sugar but 25% would be enough. Would go back for more boba tea."
"Why 4 stars? Because this is a solid option when a poke bowl is what you're craving. --- --- ---I've had Poke Man bookmarked for a long time and finally stopped in. I initially bookmarked it because I saw that they had sushi burritos, but when I actually visited, I was craving a bowl more than a burrito.I custom built my bowl with all the fixins and was content with it. Was it the most amazing poke bowl I've ever had? No, but it hit the spot with what I was looking for.I also added Gyoza to my order and thought those were very good, as was the mango boba tea, which seemed to be made from real mango, rather than just artificial flavoring. Also, I'll add that the person working here could not have been more friendly and welcoming! The biggest gripe for us was that the plastic spork was really not great for poke consumption. It was just a bit too flimsy to really get much substance when diving in to a jam packed bowl of goodness. This would easily be solved with an upgrade to the plastic cutlery, so not a big problem to overcome.Next time: sushi burritos will be had."
"Tucked away in a small shopping center, this is a great place. It's initially a smaller footprint store, but they are expanding. Nước Mía (sugarcane drink). Let's start with the rare gem. This you MUST get. The flavor of their drink is what you would get in Vietnam. So if you're missing home, this will get you a little closer. There is a small selection of rotating ready made foods which all have been great flavor and quality. (We've been here for quite a few rotations)This is locally owned so you will meet with the owners there. Very kind and attentive folks. Grocery selection has the standard (and very appreciate standard) of Vietnamese staples. What caught my eye is on the end cap by the front has some very classic and nostalgic games for home. One immediately took me back to my childhood. Parking is tough in this narrow lot, but well worth a visit. We went in the morning last time when the other businesses had not started to occupy the lot, and it was great"
"My friends catered from here for their event and Simon himself delivered the food. We didn't know what to expect since the restaurant was brand new. He spoke English, Cantonese, and Mandarin which was helpful. The food was boxed well and organized. The hits of the night were the sweet and sour pork and the spicy fried fish filets. I could've ate multiple plates of both those alone. The noodles were a miss, not much flavor. Great food overall!"
"I went here to try a different kind of tea with my family. When we went in we were greeted right away. The coffee/tea shop is very clean and bright. There's seating along the wall. Not sure what to get we spoke with the person behind the counter. He was very friendly. He answered our questions and recommended the brown sugar boba and fresh milk with tapioca included. It was really good and really sweet."
"Every once in awhile, I find myself in the Humble area visiting family or friends. That long drive back home requires some sustenance so I found Sweetland for a refreshing beverage. I chose to hit up the drive thru and customer service was great. Immediately I spotted the Tropical Mango Smoothie and went with that. I didn't want any dairy so it was more of a slush when I got it. I added mango starfruit gel because why not right? The drink itself was a tad bit too sweet which I'm sure can be altered. Flavor wise it was tasty. The gels gave it a little extra pop of flavor as well. My only complaint was the drink was full of ice chunks which make it slightly harder to drink. Maybe a little longer in the blender would've made it just right. Overall I would come back here again if in the area."
"I found this restaurant purely by accident. I was gonna eat at Ph Lúc Lc next door but it was closed during Lunar New Year weeks. So I walked away disappointed. Suddenly, I looked up at the sign Royal Tropical and and its banh mi menu. After reading some reviews, I decided to check it out. I brought my coworker to sample with me. It's easier to come on Sunday because traffic is a lot lighter than during weekdays. While sitting in here and looking around, I thought it was a Mexican cantina. I am always the only Asian among Hispanic customers. The pale green walls, maroon booths and decorations from the 70's gave me a nostalgic feeling. Folks behind the counter work hard to get food ready really quick. I love it. I've gotta tell you, the drinks and sandwiches were so delicious. My favorite banh mi is BBQ pork. The bun has a crispy shell that doesn't cut my mouth ceiling. All fresh ingredients satisfy my sense of smell and taste. Most of banh mi sandwiches are around $4. With a small boba tea at $3.25, that's a well balanced lunch. It's a true hole-in-the-wall restaurant in Spring Branch West neighborhood. If you are around Kempwood between Blalock and Campbell area, be sure to stop in for a treat."
"I loveeeee boba! This boba shop has the freshest boba in the area to me! A lot of flavors to pick from and great tea customer service is always great also."
"KUNG FU Okay sooo this place was , clean, and clutter free. Employees are nice and sweet, they give great advice. We ordered the rose Lemmonade and boy did it make we want to thank my ancestors! This was so good! Small was about $5.11 Will be back!"
"When I saw the words "Korean" "chicken" and "boba" my eyes lit up!! It's rare we get a local Asian restaurant to pop up in the suburbs of Northwest Houston!! My hubs and I decided to make it a dinner date Friday night and check out this new place nestled between a CBD smoke shop and a Mexican frutería place...and a Subway...parking is small and limited...The inside ambiance could use a little pizazz!!! It was definitely lacking decor and really embodied the "hole in the wall" atmosphere! Even though we didn't announce it was our first time, it would've been nice to know what's special or what they are known for since there was a fusion of Vietnamese and Korean food on their menu... Staff was friendly but not really present or seemed excited about their new place... We ordered:-Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Almond Pudding -Mango Passionfruit boba with Lychee Jelly -wish I could've adjusted the ice and sugar levels like other boba places...not sure if it's a thing here or not -6 pc wings (mild) with fries The fries were basic. Salted but no seasoning and nothing special The wings were either mild or spicy (no other flavor options) just sesame chicken/soy sauce style -Medium popcorn chicken Same with the popcorn chicken...flavor wise it was the same as the wings but spicy...lacked crispy-ness and was overly salty...They have a self-service utensils, napkins, and sauce bar but didn't really explain what it was for...All in all, I wished that they would've told us their story and what menu items to try...we do want to go back and try the egg rolls and banh mi...I'd recommend their wings but Not their popcorn chicken....Boba was ok!..."
"I have drove by Domoishi many times when I shop at Royal Oaks H-E-B. I only noticed it recent month. One day, I walked in and saw the friendly menu items smiling at me. I couldn't resist to try something. This restaurant is actually the second one in Houston, UH has it before here. The small footprint reminds me of campus-style food vendor. Talking about all-in-one fast-food joint, they serve Hawaiian poké, Japanese Ramen & rice bowls, Taiwanese boba teas and other finger food, including my favorite Korean style wings.I couldn't find any other places that serves all my favorites at one location. I feel home away from home, Domoishi has become a must-have during my grocery shopping trip.I had a quick chat with the manager. I heard the company is expanding and we're going to see more Domoishi in Houston area in coming years. This chain originated in Richmond Virginia in 2019 by restauranteur Sam Huang, who also founded Sushi King. I like the concept and uniform interior style. You can order at the cashier, self-serve counter, or from an app. My food is normally takeout. I rarely sit in there because I would want to order more food. My favorite is the Poké Bowl. There are so many different ways to make the bowl. They are equally delicious. The shrimps are bigger than other poké restaurants that I've been. They tasted natural and no additive. Rices are cooked perfectly for me. The prices are reasonable for this economy. Food quality and customer service exceeded my normal experience from Houston Chinatown."
"Went on a busy Thursday at lunch - takeout. This place is fairly small - maybe six tables.Place was clean and people were polite.Took a couple minutes to place order as everyone who worked their was busy preparing food then waited about another ten minutes for the food. As crowed as it was, pretty happy with being in and out in 15 minutes. Food travelled well.I opted for the roast pork Bahn mi and two egg rolls. The sandwich was great - pork, vegetables and the bread. The egg rolls had a proportionally high amount of mushrooms, not my favorite but still tasty. Solid meal.Wish you could order ahead online."
"Breeze are like smoothies. The Cheese Milk foam is da bomb. I that's what makes this place different from the thousand other boa ba places who probably otherwise do it better. The 15% Yelp checkin discount wasn't honored. "System problems". Yeah right. Ok whatever. They were quick."
