I ordered takeout from House of Indian when a craving hit. In the mood for Paneer, I ordered Mutter Paneer, Vegetable Samosas, and butter Naan. The food came fairly quickly through Door Dash, was packaged well, with no spills, and was still warm when it got to me. In terms of the food itself, the flavor was everything was good. Not too spicy, things were well cooked, so I was cautiously optimistic. The samosas had great flavor and the filling was delicious. The outside, however, was so salty it made them hard to eat. All I could taste was the salt. I ended up scraping the insides out and eating them with a spoon. The flavor of the paneer was good, but instead of the silky creamy texture I expect from this dish it was oily and greasy. The taste was fine, but I couldn't eat much of it due to all the oil. With so many other options for Indian food in the area I'm really not sure if I would order from here again.,

I don't post reviews often .. but me and my family went to this ( I don't want to call it a restaurant ) place for dinner.It' started with the rudest of servers,We placed our drinks and appetizers and asked her politely that we needed more time for main course and she replied ( while looking at her watch ) I'll give you guys 7 minutes. Ok .. I am a calm person and I tried to forget about her rude demeanor.15 min later she returns and has a condescending remark about the quantity of Naan breads we have ordered amongst 5 people ( we ordered 2 ).I didn't bother to look at her anymore.Let's come to the food.I am honestly surprised this place has so many good reviews, the food was dismal, the shrimp and chicken were over cooked to be rubbery and the main entrees were just watery concoctions of god knows what.They also seemed to be defending their concoctions by calling a Punjabi chettinad chicken curry.Safe to say we left most of the food on the table and left after paying our cheque, before my cousin had to say something about this experience, and apparently the owner claimed to have 3 Michelin stars for this restaurants which they don't display for modesty.Well I am actually psyched because this was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had in an eatery. So I would say kudos to the staff here..

Fantastic meal and excellent service! This was the best Indian food since our trip to Pune. The Vegetable Samosa and the Chicken Samosa where a wonderful start followed by an amazing Mixed Tandoori Sizzler platter. Shrimp Biryani, a Chicken Wrap, and Chiicken Tikka Masala with Green Nan took us right to the best Indian food we've ever had! The local Stickman IPA was a perfect pairing.Thank you Sreekanth for professional service and for patiently explaining the menu to us. Loved the ambiance. Felt like we're were transported to Mumbai!Definitely a new favorite!

Pros- food is good, presentation of food is good, ambiance is good.Cons- we went to this place with our friends and kids. Its not a bar but a restaurant so few suggestions i would like to give them to make it little kids friendly -1) To provide with disposable crockery and water cups for kids2) Some printout and colors to keep kids busyWhen my kid was playing with spoon which was of steel and unbreakable, accidentally my 20 months old dropped it. Later the lady working there( assuming owner) picked it and took it with her, when my wife asked to give it back to child to keep him busy she said that its not to play and will get something else. But never returned with anything. Not only that, when we were eating and asked for dessert menu, we were told it will be provided after finishing main course only (as our dirty hands gonna destroy their fancy new menu tablet). Overall it was not at all a good experience/ definitely not welcoming. Being kind and welcoming can take this place for a long run if you guys can take this positively as again i will say your food and ambiance is good.P.s. this was my husband's review on google and their response- "Thanks for your review and suggestions . Food was very bad and the staff was rude. The pakora was oily, malai kofta was really bad and the roti was super brittle. The staff(the lady especially) was very rude and told my kid that the menu is for adult and took it away from her. We know when our kid does something bad and we know when to stop it, we don want the lady to give instructions for us or the kid. The place is not welcoming. Wouldn't recommend this place.
