Wasn't good. Bratwurst was meh. You had to serve yourself. But then they want a tip. AND- The beer I got was flat. Won't be going back

Great beer selection, great service concept, technology a work in progress. We stopped at H&B on a Thursday after work. The interior space is light and airy, and we can't wait for warmer weather when they can open up the large doors. There are huge TV screens everywhere showing all manner of sports, but the sound is muted completely so if you're not into it, you can easily ignore. The beverage selection is fantastic--81 taps of beer, wine, cider, and hard seltzer. The service concept is innovative and requires a little explaining. When you "check in" they start a tab and give you a little fob. You walk to the taps and start "shopping" for a beverage of your liking; above each tap there's a description. When you make a selection, you grab a glass, tap your fob on the screen, and then start pouring. The screen shows the volume as you pour, including the charge. You can stop pouring whenever you want. Then you pay when you're ready to leave. The beverage system works well: you can sample a small amount of several beverages and still be fit to drive home. And no matter your beverage preference you'll find something to like. The food service technology is a, um, work in progress. You scan a QR code on the table and review the menu on your phone, adding items to the cart. Then, in theory, you check out and your food appears in a few minutes. We had to try three times, and then get help from the check-in desk. (We work in technology so are pretty confident it wasn't operator error.) The food itself is just fine, but the beverages are clearly the star of the show. We're glad H&B finally opened and we'll definitely be back. I think the food tech will eventually be sorted out.

Took the family here for lunch last weekend and had a really great experience. One important thing to note upfront is that if you are not comfortable ordering food from your phone, you may want to go with someone who is... that's how they roll here, and it's much more efficient than traditional wait service. So you go in and go to the front desk and give them your credit card, they give anyone plans to imbibe a bracelet with a scanner that you use at the taps to pour your own beer. Love this concept, makes it a lot easier to get a beer when you want it and pour as much as you want. Of course, you pay by the ounce, so keep that in mind! The TV set up is phenomenal, huge screens abound, a great place to watch a game. They have a great outdoor patio area. Great spaces indoors with tables, high tops, a bar, and a lounge area where you can play any of the many boardgames they have. The food was good. I had wings which were fine, albeit not memorable. We also got the pretzels with the beer cheese. The menu has your standard bar food from what I I can tell. They used disposable plates and utensils, which I do not like and hope they were only doing that because they are still just getting off the ground. If you're going to this place, it's probably not as much for the food as for the atmosphere.Bottom line, this is a great addition to the community and it's about damn time they have a legit sports bar around this area to watch games at!

We tried this place on a Friday night b/c we wanted to see a particular musician (who we have enjoyed several times before). We got there early to snag a good table. Checking in, I thought it was odd that the menu was written out by hand on what looked like cardboard, but ok. The hostess asked if we had been there before. When we said no, she explained how everything worked, including ordering on the app from your table. So far so good. Then we sat down and attempted to use the app. It was a struggle as nothing worked as one would expect. Keep in mind there is no wait staff to ask for help. I struggled and finally made it to a menu. Even then it was difficult to make a selection. FINALLY I had 3 items picked out, selected place order, and got a pop up that the app was down or not working or whatever. At this point it had been at least 15-20 minutes since we sat down so we both were very frustrated. We then took the phone, showing the app message, to a bartender because we didn't know who else to approach...... and we were told the app was down and we needed to place our order at the front during check in. Seriously? You mean like when we checked in 20-30 minutes prior and were told to use the app?! Now the line was out the door. So off my other half went to stand in line to place an order. Then they didn't have what we chose in the app so he quickly made an executive decision and just ordered something. It was edible. Definitely not memorable. The music started and turns out the acoustics are so horrible there, you can't understand a word spoken or sung. If a loud cavernous echo chamber is your thing, have at it. But I will never set foot in that place again, and I would give the experience 0 stars if possible.

Hardly anyone in there tonigh, would have expected better service. . Husband meal came out before my meal by 10 minutes. His chicken sandwich , there was more bun than chicken. Small chicken. Ordered bbq pork sandwich with fries, the fries were cold. Also many flies inside. Also if ordering food with app would be nice to make modifications to order. Waiter thought was a note section on app for ordering but he couldn't find it either.

First time trying this place for dinner with friends. Iced tea did not taste right - very bitter, odd tasting, and zero sweetness to it although they said it was sweet tea. Hot dog and brats were okay but nothing great. Service was awful and so uncoordinated. Don't think we will come back here for a second time with so many other restaurants in the area. Dissapointing experience.

Atmosphere is cool.. but that's about it. Food was really terrible. Ordered a burrito, came with tortilla chips. Nothing to dip the tortilla chips in. Burrito lacked flavor. Also ordered fries for the table. The fries were absolutely in-eatable. Way over salted... I may have just poured spoons of salt in my mouth. Prices for the drinks are over-priced. You self-serve, which is great if you want to try some differed things, but the price per pour is what you would pay at a high end restaurant. If I'm doing the work, I would expect the price to be more palatable.

Cool atmosphere, open and roomy. Fun activity being able to pour your own beer and try without asking a million questions about each one. I wish the food was better. We've tried it 3 times, different items... not so great. They will need to up their game if they want to hang around.

Good location in Mosaic. Service was quick and friendly. We had the BALT (bacon, avacado, lettuce and tomato. It was delicious. There were not too bad people there. Hopefully more will come.

The manager had a shirt that "GO *#!% YOURSELF" on it, which really set a bad tone for our experience. I didn't love the disposable utensils. The food wasn't bad, but was pretty generic and bar-food quality. The live music was overly loud and made it impossible to have a conversation.
