If you're craving exceptional BBQ, Honey Pig Korean BBQ is the place to be! The AYCE lunch is $34.99, AYCE dinner is $39.99. They also have combo platter or à la carte options, there's something for everyone. The homemade kimchi was the best part! The lively atmosphere makes it a great spot to gather with friends. Highly recommend if you're in the Duluth area!

We stopped by Honey Pig for lunch this Saturday around 12:30pm. There isn't much left that I recognize from our earlier visit a year or two ago when we visited for dinner. This place was always highly regarded by us previously, but a limited food selection and slow service have dulled this restaurant's luster. Not a busy place--there were only 2 - 3 other tables seated. Very understaffed (only 2 servers who seemed really out of it), limited food options in their "unlimited " meal selection (see photo), and slow service with strange ("only two meats at a time") rules considering that our meal was limited to 2 hours maximum.Barely worth the $35/person that we paid for a table of 4.We won't be back.

One of my new favorite pork belly KBBQ restaurants that happens to be in Duluth. My first time there in years so I enjoyed two thick slabs of their signature thick fresh pork belly with a somaek tower with a friend last Saturday night. Around 7:30 pm, the place was not busy at all with a good mix of people eating AYCE and a la carte. They have tasty side dishes.', especially the kimchi and bean sprouts, so good we ordered extra servings of each. Very good service and attentive servers that know what they are doing. If you need some mouthwash, check out their restroom. Reminds me of a seafood restaurant in Yeosu, South Korea that had that and packaged toothpaste and toothbrushes. Definitely will eat here again!

Honeypig is the first KBBQ experience I've ever had. A long time ago back in VA. There was definitely a sense of nostalgia heading her on Sunday. The decor in the front is full on different renditions of pigs, including custom tee shirts you can buy. So cute and cool! Once seated we decided to go with the all-you-can eat. The reason for this is if you want to select one meat ala carte , it only around $10 or so cheaper than the all-you-can eat. The grills are on very unique large cast iron lids. I have learned these are very prevalent in villages in Korea. The heat is dispersed very evenly and slowly which reduces burning of your food items. Where to start. The brisket and beef belly are thinly sliced very soft. Soft but not too fatty which I prefer but overall it's still very tasty. The regular pork belly is the better between beef and pork here in my opinion. Very thick cut but fatty to where it dissolves in your mouth like a wonderful bite of heaven clouds. The pan Chan includes mashed potatoes, bean sprouts you can grill which is my wife favorite part, and radish slices among some other things. The egg soufflé is fluffy and tasty, and included in the all-you-can eat. The corn cheese was ok nothing special not did they doll it up that way. Rice is unlimited. Overall, I gave 5 stars because it's as good as a KBBQ can reasonably be. We didn't have thick beef but the meats we did have don't get much better in quality maybe slightly more fat on the brisket and beef belly but that's it. Not enough to drop a whole star. Service was impeccable and friendly. Environment was chill and not too loud. I will definitely visit again, can't beat this classic.

Homey pig has gone back to their old menu, ahh so amazing! Not only that but they also went down on their unlimited price by 20%, so it is back to $35 a person! The squid is back among other old items!

Everything is better with butter, especially the many flavors of pork belly!!! I was visiting from California with my friend in Atlanta, and this was such an excellent experience because of Victoria's cheerful service, who cooked our KBBQ with love, finishing the evening off with fried rice on the traditinal bell grill shaped into a heart! yes, I know there are so many other KBBQ restaurants in Duluth and Gwinnett County, so the competition is fierce. What I love about this place is it all you can eat option and delicious pork belly - garlic is the most popular flavor; we also enjoyed curry, regular, wine, frozen, and flower. in my humble opinion, their secret sauce is butter on the grill that looks like an upside down wok. Unlike most KBBQ places that have a grill with a metal grid or holes, this restaurant's grill is solid metal, so they can cook the meats with hot butter! I also enjoyed the cooked kimchi, especially when burnt, too!One idea that might pack the house every night is to have special flavor of the week for pork belly. That could be a yelpers' favorite that could pack the house every night.

Where do I begin with Honey Pig?! I'll start with the service. Our party of 8 walked in without a reservation on a Saturday night. The restaurant was slammed and yet they were still able to seat us rather quickly! None of us had eaten Korean BBQ before and it was quite obvious we had no idea where to begin. Lucky for us, our server was super helpful to our group when we were trying to decide what/how much to order. We opted for the beef set up which states it's for 4-5 people but was more than enough food for our hungry group of 8!! I loved how the server just took control and cooked our meal right before our eyes. Everything from the appeteasers to the main event was delectable. I also absolutely loved that there were multiple types of kimchi (my favorite) served!! This experience really turned me onto Korean BBQ and I cannot wait to check out the restaurant down the street at home.

The foods tasted low quality and not fresh. Meats and squid was not good. Unappetizing. Once you take a bite, you don't want to eat anymore. Made me nauseous. The rice paper was old, dry, rubbery. To make you lose your appetite even more, they have posters of food in the bathroom. The chopsticks were heavy and they are not rounded edges; the flat edges made them hard to use. Tongs were hard to press together and make your hand tired and sore. They only offer basic options like brisket, pork belly, bulgogi and charge $40 for dinner. Other restaurants will offer steak or shrimp for that price. Not worth it. Service was also a bit weird. Some of my meats were still pink and the server would turn the grill heat down or turn it off before i could get my meat crispy or slight burnt to my liking.
