I visited today and I was so disappointed!! I hesitated in going because I initially was headed to Taco Cabana. I wish I had kept driving.I order the rib tip sandwich (comes with Lay's potato chips $7.99) and one rib ($4.00). A gentleman picked up his order and it appeared to have weight to it and it smelled good. The young lady told me it was the spicy sausage so I added a spicy sausage sandwich ($5.99 - $6.48 w/tax). When I opened the containers to check my order, I knew I made a mistake. But I held out hope and drove home.Needless to say, the ribs weren't done and had a funny color to them. I told my husband I was throwing it away. He said he would put it in the air fryer. The rib tips were the smallest I have ever seen in my life, not seasoned and mostly fat. The sausage had a great flavor (hence the reason I gave one star) but it wasn't cooked all the way!!! The buns for each sandwich was delicious but to spend money for BBQ but only enjoy the buns, I think not!!!! I will not return and next time I will listen to my 1st mind. Wasted my money today!!!

This was actually my first stop when I made it to Houston because I was craving brisket. It is been three years since I've been to Houston but I remember when this was a food truck and Katy Texas.This is definitely a family run business, the customer service was excellent and they had pretty good sales and discounts going on. So much so I didn't know what to choose. Everything is made to order and very very fresh so you will have a bit of a wait or you can call ahead. Also, you should definitely try the homemade cakes you will not be disappointed. Oh my gosh I forgot the brisket was delicious. The sides were amazing. Just go trust me.

Its alright had better, front service girl got an attitude like she dont wanna be there, gave off a vibe that she dont wanna answer any questions either like the menu isnt really clear either. Sounded rude over the phone with the customers she spoke with, 15min wait time on food cant call to order only in person and online orders. No refunds. Mid all around wont be coming back.

Food was on point, ribs fell off the bone, the brisket was cooked just right. I will definitely be coming back

I decided to write a review based on the service....the lady at the register had no smile no greeting anything!!!!!!! All I ask is that you smile and greet customers!!!! Food was good by the wayyy!!! (Fried Wings/Fries w/ Loaded Mac N Cheese)..

The brisket was top notch. I was definitely impressed and it exceeded my expectations. The owner/pit master was working the cash register and so it was really cool getting to chat with him about his restaurant. Also- Thursdays is half price chicken. I got a quarter of a chicken for $3. It was really good and perfect for a light lunch meal.

I was craving BBQ yesterday and came across this spot. Don't let the area fool you; it was delicious! I ordered the brisket sandwich, potato salad, and loaded Mac and cheese, which was the only thing I wasn't crazy about. They were very friendly and even threw in a bag of chips! I'd definitely return.

I ordered 1/2 chicken, brisket baked beans and grilled green beans. My second order was chicken nachos and that's just what I got. Chicken pieces on top of stale nachos with no lettuce, tomatoes or peppers and a cup with cheese. I didn't receive the 1/2 chicken, only those sweet and horrible tasting bbq beans and the green beans. I ordered through Grubhub. I spent $40 w/tip and notified Grubhub about the order and food quality. They refunded me $14. I ordered Domino's Pizza and spent $27 more since I didn't receive my order. I'm done with Hitters and Grubhub!!

I'm glad I only spent $18 here and I even regret that‍. They got my husband with the deer sausage sandwich "sounds good" but it was DRY DRY DRY. The flavor was good but I was so distracted by how dry it was. Now that dry brisket sandwich. I love me some brisket and I'm sure it probably would've been good if it wasn't so DRY. The buns are good on the sandwiches and the sauce is good. Idk if it was a bad day but I want be going back to find out. The chips are the best thing that I had overall NO

I love their rib tips & brisket and the BBQ sauce is pretty good as well! I'm not a big fan of sauces, but this one is good!
