I spoke to numerous people on the phone about fulfilling a rather large order in a short time frame, and they were nothing but helpful. The customer service here is unmatched, on top of creating beautiful pieces of art (otherwise known as delicious cookies!)If you are looking to order cookies in the Atlanta area, this is a great option!

Great amazing cookies I got to get last minute for a party! They were well loved! Heidi was lovely and alsp showed me the kitchen working space in the back!

I stopped in around noon & was greeted by Heidi. She & another shop helper offered me samples based on what I liked. They had so many to choose from. I told them if I kept eating samples, I'd have to do a few laps around the building, lol. Found out they're going on 19 yrs of being in business & that Heidi started the company based on her passion. She also donates to local non-profits the battered women & girls. She's also part of a program helping to teach girls about entrepreneurship through be shop. How cool is that. I came here at the beginning of September. Heidi's Heavenly Cookies is tucked away in a business park, but it's easy to find with Waze! Parking was easy to find right in front of the business.I met both Emily and Heidi, and both of them were so nice and answered all of my questions. Based on what both of them said about the flavors and the popularity of the cookies, and, most importantly, what I like, I bought four chocolate chip cookies and four toffee chocolate chip cookies. I didn't mind waiting for them, but when Heidi returned from the production area with a eight cookies, each individually sealed in clear plastic in a clear bag that was very gift-giving worthy, I was so pleased! There were instructions about the cookies on a card included with my cookies. One of the instructions was to either eat the cookies or freeze them within two days, but, since the cookies didn't even last 24 hours after I bought them, I didn't have to worry about that advice. The cookies I bought were perfect! I loved that they weren't too sweet, were on the soft side, were moist, and tasted so good! Even though the chocolate chip cookies were outstanding, the toffee chocolate chip cookies were even better.

OK, they're average and small, except for the pecan pie bar- that was very good, and I can get Ethel's Pecan Dandy in the grocery store and be just as happy for less $ per cookie. The cookies are about 2 1/2 inches across for $2.50-3.25 each. They're the size of the cookies that are in the refrigerated section of the grocery store that you break apart and bake. Not worth it for the size. I prefer the small, but much larger cookies at Great Harvest Bakery. I won't reorder, and doubt I'll finish the box I got for about $50 PLUS shipping, for I think 14 cookies. If you have money to throw away, these are presented well, and shipped safely, though no communication about when things are actually shipped, to be on the lookout for them. The peanut butter didn't have a lot of peanut butter flavor. The toffee chocolate chip was OK- but a bit salty in the toffee 'whatever-it-was' (and I like salted caramel usually). The mint eclipse was meh. The oatmeal raisin was also just an average cookie. The chocolate dipped macaroon was fair. The chocolate ship wasn't even in the top 5 chocolate chip cookies I've had. Most of them tasted processed, and like they have some kind of "industrial" ingredients- not like someone made them in their kitchen with only "grocery store" ingredients for a very good homemade flavor- which is what I want if I'm spending money on a luxury item (disability income- these were supposed to be a huge monthly treat; instead I got a huge lesson on not ordering cookies online). The Southern Pecan Pie bar was very good, but again, overpriced, and grocery store options are available that are just as good if not better. Go to Costco for something more affordable, more for your money, and just as good (so still not great).

There's definitely a little taste of heaven in these cookies! The cookies were full of flavor and so fresh! I love how well wrapped each cookie is and also the nutrient details on the back of each cookie. The owner is lovely. She's been baking for 19 years and have been donating to non-profits that helped batter women. I cannot recommend this place enough!It's in a industrial location but maps will take you to the exact location so no worries!

What do you get your son when he is 100s of miles away? COOKIES! So, I searched for the best reviews for a cookie company that was not a chain and had terrific reviews. I found Heidi's Heavenly Cookies. Heidi did not disappoint!! My son was thrilled! All the cookies were wrapped individually and he was able to share with his co workers. Thank you Heidi for a job well done!

Heidi's did an awesome job on my custom order for wedding dress cookies for my Granddaughter's bridal shower! She was such a pleasure to work with and ensured my order was perfect. She matched the color scheme perfectly. Delicious cookies!

Best cookies ever. My daughter always sends them for my birthday They are always great. I freeze them so I can make them last by only eating one a day.
