First off I love the ambiance great place for a date or somewhere chill. Service was great definitely ask for him his name is James he was awesome had amazing service. The Kung Pao calamari dish is amazing. So many complexed flavors oh yes loved it !!!!The blue fruity drink was not good at first I don't like strong drinks so the waiter asked if I like it I said not really he asked if I'd like for him to make it sweeter I didn't know you could do that I said yes he came back and I drank the whole thing. Bacon wrapped shrimp and grits had a great base just needed like a little bit more seasoning not much more but great flavor. The thing that hurt my heart was the pork chop it was dry and not well seasoned didn't really taste the espresso on it. Beautiful plate tho just season better and find a way to not dry it out. Overall I liked this place a lot the service was really good and I'll definitely be back. P.s. ask to sit outside on the balcony great scenery while eating

This place has been on my bucket list for an incredibly long time. Atmosphere- 5 stars, looking out at the waterway. Great, softly playing music, where you can carry on a conversation with someone. Clean restaurant and restroom areas. Service- absolutely 5 stars. The gentleman who helped me was fantastic. Incredibly positive attitude. Food- 4 stars for me. Gouda mac and cheese was hit and enjoyable. Exactly what you would be expecting in taste. I would recommend this. Cheesecake appetizer was a winner. Came with a red tangy like hot / sour sauce on the side. I would recommend this. Wagu cheese burger was a bust for me. Ordered rare and it was definitely medium or more. Waiter told me rare would get you medium rare. Kitchen needs better direction in this area. I didn't finish it. Pity. Would not order again. Bon appetite

It's in a great location on the Waterway and, like the original location downtown, Hearsay offers eclectic comfort food and the usual classics like steaks, beef short rib, and seared salmon. We dined on the patio overlooking the waterway, and the view was excellent. There was a long table of women on one side of the patio that was verrrrrrry loud... annoyingly so.We started with the generous Texas Charcuterie Board and enjoyed the offerings, especially the jalapeño sausage. We also shared the kung pao shrimp & calamari, which was a tad too sweet for my liking. For entrees, I had the Hearsay cheeseburger, and others had the ribeye, the blackened redfish tacos, and the beef short rib. My burger was very large, and the flavor was pretty good. The meat was well seasoned, which I appreciated. The friends who ordered the short rib and ribeye enjoyed their dishes; however, the one who had the fish tacos said it was nothing special, and she wouldn't order it again.Service was friendly and efficient. I may come back to try their brunch menu.

This is one of my favorite lunch spots around The Woodlands Mall. Everything I've tried has been delicious and fresh. The servers have always been friendly and although the inside can feel a bit cozy, their outside sitting area is great and provides a nice view of the waterway. I especially recommend their Chicken Milanese dish and the spinach, jalapeño and artichoke dip.

I was on a business trip and wanted a steak. Morton's was down the street but was a little outside my per diem. Hearsay fit the bill. The Old Fashioned I had was spot on. The dinner I had was a sirloin steak with a tasty fresh peppercorn sauce. It was served with delicious mashed potatoes and sauteed green beans. Both were both outstanding. I even splurged a little and had a wedge salad to start, also really good. The service was a little slow at the bar but to Hearsay's credit, the place was packed. I really like it when a high-end restaurant can serve a steak for around 40 bucks and doesn't nickel and dime you with ala carte sides. Hearsay gets it and I'm sure I'll be back.

I guess I'm so behind on reviews, but this one really stands out. The food here is amazing. I've had brunch here and I've had lunch here. They were both top-notch. The customer service is great, the food is great, the views are great.Food: the first time I stopped here was for brunch and we absolutely loved our meal. The second time I stopped here I got the gumbo and let me tell you what the gumbo from here is top-notch. I got to give it to them because they are doing something very special with their gumbo on the menu. It said it was award-winning and I assume that was some sort of market now I have to believe they won some sort of award because that's a very great gumbo. I would come back for that dish. I can't wait to try more things off their menu. The customer service is great as well. Everyone that works here is very friendly and they do a great job and getting your food out at a timely manner. I'll be back soon.

Visiting Houston from out of state and this place looked good based on local reviews. I sat on the patio during a beautiful spring evening, listening to the running water nearby as I ate. I had a calamari and shrimp with peppers appetizer which was better than expected! For my main course, I ordered the Ahi Tuna tacos with the street corn casserole. The tacos were delicious, but the street corn took the prize. Friendly staff who checked on me frequently, not too heavy of a meal on the stomach and on the wallet. I'm glad I came!

This restaurant is very lively. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was good but not great. The short ribs were very dry. I had to ask for extra jus. Creme brûlée and bread pudding were delicious.

The service and happy hour is good! The salmon wasn't as seasoned as I'd like and smaller than expected, but the vinaigrette dressing made the entire salad taste good. It was a nice portion for someone who wants to eat light. The beef tacos were ok, but not as seasoned. The tacos on happy hour is only $8 for an order of 3. The happy hour drinks are $10 and the Whitney is the most popular. The restaurant sits next to water, so it's a nice view. I would come back to try some more items on the menu.

For the vibes on the waterway and the price point, this place is fantastic! My Tuscan chicken pasta was $23 and it was very delicious and filling. Tuscan chicken Pasta - 4.5/5 Slightly too spicy for my taste but spice lovers would eat this up and enjoy it. There were complex tomato flavors and the chicken was cooked very soft. Overall a delicious dish at a great price with a wonderful view.
