The answer is YES, you want to eat here. And when you do, I have 3 words for you: Ask for Logan! He was a fantastic server and I'll be looking for him when I return. My friend and I had Hawkers on our list of places to try for months and it did not disappoint. The small plate options and the entrees were all delicious. Your food comes to the table when it's ready which was great because we got 2 appetizers at a time. Here's a rundown of what we ordered: Lamb skewers Twice fried wingsCrispy pork bellyChicken egg rollsCKT (entree)Duck fried rice (entree)Drinks: Malaysian mule, Kentucky mule, Thai basil Paloma We sat outside near the bar. The area is very cute, especially if you enjoy people watching. We will absolutely be back!

Came here on a weeknight and it was busy inside, but our waiter took care of us throughout the evening.Inside it was loud, high ceilings, with a modern fusion feel. Tried a number of different items from noodle dishes to boas to edamame, and the food was good, nothing amazing, but I thought the portion sizes were small considering the price. I like the idea of sharing small bites, but not at these prices.

E X P E R I E N C E we came on a monday night at 5pm. there were maybe 5-6 tables already occupiedF O O D spicy kimchi: not bad, not authenticroast duck bao: it's ok, not as well balanced. the bread was dryedemame: its ok, not much flavor, has great sesame oil flavor but needs more saltGreen papaya salad: asked for sauce on the side and it's soo good!! korean twice fried wings: wow so juicy and beautifully fried. the flavor is so good with that Korean twang. so much dimension here fried tofu: my fave thing here. it's almost like a tempura batter. it's so lightly fried and tasty margaritawinenone of the food was overly salty or oily. none of the food was too spicy (except for the papaya salad- if you can't handle spice, don't get this!). I'm thoroughly impressed there's a cool bar area! create any drink you like!S E R V I C E thaben was our server. he checked on us from time to time and clarified what we ordered as well. the food arrived quickly!I N T E R I O R such a hip restaurant. cool seating and decor. clean. well keptB A T H R O O M Sseveral single bathrooms. First off, I loved the decor inside the restaurant. We went on a Saturday and were seated almost immediately. The 2 of us shared 4 items, The Chinese BBQ Pork Bao, Korean Twice Fried Wings, Yaki Udon, and the Soup Dumplings. Everything was good, but the Bao buns and Wings were definitely the best. Both were extremely flavorful and satisfying. The other two items were good but a little underwhelming in terms of flavor. They offer a wide variety of dishes so I want to come back to try more!

Sooooooo yummy. I know my meal is good when I want to go back more than one time in a week. We started with the roti canai and wings. The roti canai was so tasty - I wish I had the recipe to make it myself at home. Wings were also pretty good!We also had kimchi beef fried rice and the yaki soba noodles. The kimchi fried rice was a let down and lacked flavor but the yaki soba noodles made up for it. They were so flavorful and the perfect texture! We also ordered Thai tea. I liked that it came with whipped cream but I found it to be a little watery.

The ambiance on a weekday night was very chill. We called ahead but there were plenty of seats. Parking was easy. I found street parking and my aunt found garage parking. We sat on the patio which I thought was reallly cute because they have a bar seating option out there too. Hawkers is across from culinary dropout and they share a cute courtyard with seating and a fountain. This was our first time here. We ordered a few things and shared. We ordered Korean Twice fried wings- they were great. Great crunch and flavor. The 5 spice green beans seemed like they were missing something- like a dipping sauce. The CKT noodles were great. They had pork, shrimp and chicken. The wide rice noodles are my favorite. We also ordered a kids meals with dumplings and it comes with two sides. We also ordered regular dumplings. The texture was perfect, imo. We will be back. Our server was nice. The table next to us had a dog and he was begging for food at our table. It annoyed my aunt and she gestured to the dog owner who had an attitude- to watch him more closely. So beware that dogs are allowed on the patio. I'll definitely be back for their happy hour and or for dinner.

I went back to Hawkers recently when I had friends in town visiting, and we all loved it. We shared a few different plates for lunch, and sat outside on the patio. It was a beautiful day and our server was so nice and helped us decide what to order. We had the chicken dumplings, BBQ pork bao buns, bulgogi steak, and a side of rice. The bulgogi and bao buns were my favorite!

The restaurant is located inside the square with other restaurants & a cute green space, so it's a perfect place to go & hang out with family or friends. The inside was pretty spacious & we were able to get immediate seating. The server was very nice & attentive & made sure we were taken care of. The drinks were nice & the server was nice enough to make me another drink when I didn't read & see that the margarita was spicy. The food was real good. I got the bulgogi steak with a side of rice & was very pleased. My friend got the crispy wings & loved them. The plates are small, but they definitely fill them up. We came after another happy hour so that was fine with us. I'll absolutely be back here soon!

If you've never had the real Char Kweh Teow, then maybe this very tastes authentic to you. I ordered CKT because it was they specialty. First, it was too oily, it had a lot of Chinese sausage and not enough of others like 2 more shrimp perhaps? a few more pieces of chicken? Then it was too salty, CKT should not only have a savory taste, it should also have a little sweetness from the - sweet black sauce - kichap manis. I couldn't taste any of that sauce. Thirdly, it did not have any appropriate chilli sambal that compliments the CKT. They had sriracha or the Chinese vinegary chilli sauce, both of which are not CKT chilli sauce. I was disappointed. I've tried Hawkers both in Florida (food was good), I was excited when I heard from the staff that there were plans to open operations in Atlanta. And now that it's here, I can honestly say it's not the same as the one in St. Petersburg, Florida. I've been to the Hawker at the beltline, that was a disappointment, now this?! Sorry guys, going elsewhere.
