Great brunch spot away from downtown.I was looking for a spot to eat brunch before catching a flight back home and this place caught my attention.Located in a little food plaza with lots of parking. Our server was friendly and the food came out super fast.We tried the breakfasts burrito which was packed with flavor.I also had the huevos rancheros which again for me it was delicious. We shared the hotcakes trio which were super sweet.Overall I enjoyed the food and the vibes.

I was real hyped up reading the reviews about this place. But I don't know my experience here wasn't all that I had hoped it would be. First of the most off putting part of it was the noise level. It was so loud I could hardly hear my friend talking across the table. I could hear nearly 100 different conversations throughout the whole the whole restaurant. And then add music to that too. Maybe it's usually like that and it doesn't bother others, or maybe not? The food was great, honestly the flavors were incredible. My friend ordered biscuits & gravy - 10/10. My meal, visually was lacking, it was oddly thin for fried chicken. It was very light in color, so not very crispy but not too soft either. But I would order it again based on taste. It was 100% on the mark for flavor and the "chicken and waffles" concept. Lastly the service was good, but we ordered some of their famous cinnamon rolls to-go (Not pictured) we'd never been here before so we really didn't know what to expect. The cinnamon rolls were MASSIVE (and expensive). We didn't even think to ask how much they were and were shocked when we got the bill. Even more shocking the cinnamon rolls themselves were so big 1 of them could've fed 4 people. It ended up being such a waste of money because no way could we eat all 4 (enough for 16pl) before they went bad. A simple "heads up these are huge" would've been suuuper helpful. They were good, but really really sweet. A couple bites was more than enough for me. The decor and set up was cute. Kind of like a fun and cool, modern diner vibe. Easy and accessible (and free) parking. Overall I'd come back and try some other things.

This is a trendy, casual spot quickly becoming a favorite in the local food scene. Nestled in a laid-back area, the restaurant delivers a creative twist on classic comfort foods, all served in a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. Whether you're there for brunch, lunch, or dinner, you can expect a menu that offers flavor and fun.One of the best things about HashTag is the variety of their offerings. From hearty breakfast dishes like avocado toast and loaded hash browns to unique burgers and sandwiches, there's something to satisfy every craving. Their playful take on comfort food is clear in their use of fresh ingredients and bold flavor combinations. The portions are generous, and everything is beautifully plated, making it a visual and a culinary treat. The vibe is casual but stylish, with modern décor and plenty of natural light. It's a great place to grab a bite after a stroll or have a meal while enjoying the buzz around you. The service is friendly and efficient, with staff who are eager to help and make you feel welcome.Though the place can get busy during peak hours, especially on weekends, the wait is generally worth it. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy a flavorful meal, this is a great spot to check out. Recommended for those seeking a fresh twist on comfort food in a cool, laid-back setting.

We were so hopeful after reading the reviews. WOW was the service slow.....after being seated quickly we waited and waited....finally got water and order taken....then waited and waited for coffee....When we got our food I ordered red sauce and it was delivered when I was almost done eating and I got charged for the red sauce. Since I got it when I was basically done, they took the charge off, but I felt like I had to argue to get the credit. We ordered the breakfast burrito and chilaquiles and both were good. Portions are large. I'm not going to return because there are so many breakfast restaurants in the area that provide excellent and efficient service and delicious food.

Drove 30 minutes outside of denver to meet some friends here for brunch and was quite disappointed with the service, Our server had an attitude, Was very slow & didn't refill my water. Food was pricy for the quality, and overall I probably wouldn't eat here again considering the service is huge and I disliked the fact they had 5 tables and we were not attended to.

HashTAG is a really busy spot, not much seating inside so it's quite noisy and that explains the wait time. We opted to sit outside and the wait staff was super friendly and got our orders to us right away despite being out there. Massive thumbs up to the awesome and friendly staff. I ordered the avocado toast and that was a let down, The avocado was more like a paste vs fresh avocado slices and the bread was mediocre. I've had much better avocado toasts elsewhere and didn't think it was worth the price. I'd like to go back and try something else from the menu next time.

Nice outdoor seating. husband had the huevos rancheros and I had frittata with gruyere cheese and Brussels . It could def have been hotter and the cheese wasn't even melted on top. Seemed a little pre made and they just threw it together, tasted ok just could have been hotter

Decided to come here after flying into Denver early on a random Tuesday. Our server was extremely attentive from the start and gave us some amazing recommendations. We saw the giant cinnamon roll and had to try it. It was good but nothing special and tasted exactly how you would expect. For the main course I ordered the denver omelet and my boyfriend ordered the Tijuana Benedict. I will say it is hard to have an omelet that is above average but this one was! The caramelized onions brought out the flavor of everything. Although it was tasty i was so jealous of what my boyfriend ordered. The Tijuana Benedict was next level. There were so many levels of flavor with a little bit of spicy it all complemented each other very well.Overall the food and service here were excellent. The only thing that kept me from giving this place 5 stars is the price. We paid $75 for all of this which in my opinion is a lot. There were a couple additional fees added on to the receipt which added up.

Another awesome breakfast during our trip to Denver was at HashTAG. The menu was large and had something for every member of our family. I thoroughly enjoyed the French 'wich with bacon, ham, and jack cheddar cheese between French toast served topped with powdered sugar with bacon syrup and hashbrowns on the side ($15). Pretty much a Monte Cristo but the bread they used for the French toast is very good, thick and chewy. My wife loves green chili so it was obvious that she would order the pork green chili omelet with adobo pork shoulder, Anaheim green chilis, mushrooms, caramelized onions, green chili, and jack cheddar cheese served with hashbrowns ($16.50). Wow, what a plate of food she had and I'm told it was all very good. Our son went big with his large hot cake topped with powdered sugar, butter, and chocolate chips ($8.75). I mean just look at the size of that thing! Maybe next time a small might be in order. We had a great breakfast as HashTAG and would definitely stop by again on future trips.
