Hartz Chicken Buffet

Been coming here for years and never been disappointed with the food or the service. The staff are always very friendly and polite and I really enjoy their fish, it's my local neighborhood go to place.

Fully staffed 5 or 6. New location, one month open, Grand opening. Jessze, Chicken prices are way up no matter where I go. A little bit of a wait on some items. All served hot. Ordered 3 wings-whole, spicy liver and gizzards, not spicy enough for me, but good. My favorite is the Roll. Wing crispy but too much breading for my taste.

Hartz at South Gessner offers great food and the prices are reasonable! They have daily Managers Special and on Sunday they offer a special that's $13.99 and it comes with 12 pieces of dark meat and 4 rolls. I'm definitely rolling into the Superbowl Sunday watch party as the star of the show. I plan to take full advantage of the manager's special. I love their fried drumsticks and their baked chicken. Also, their fish is really good too! I also like how the side options change- it makes it easy to keep coming back to try something new. This location is very bright and welcoming and most importantly clean. Parking is also convenient

The chicken was hot and service was great. Love the gizzards. They make it fresh to order. Definitely will be back!

This is my place to come and eat on Wednesday I have been here 3 times and don't mind love the service. I have been served by Anna which she makes it easy to order on a busy day! She is friendly and doesn't rush you to order.And my order is right I felt like I need to leave a review so she can be recognized for the hard work she is doing. We need more people like her .

First let me say that I am very glad that a location was opened near us. The staff is the very best - kind and thoughtful!My issue was that the last two times we got an order the chicken was different than it had been. It had very little flavor - almost seemed like their recipe had been changed - very little taste. Tasted more like something I would of made and God knows that no one would want that.Going to try again and hopefully will be better!

This place started out great..! Now the food is horrible.. You get it flavorless or burnt. Not sure what's going on but the constant change in staff could be the reason.. Maybe they are not fully trained maybe yet not really sure.. I just know I won't be throwing away another dime dealing with this place.. If you don't want to buy food to throw away go some where else.. p.s my dog wouldn't even eat it smh
