The best sichuan hot pot! Authentic taste! Perfect service! Highly recommend! The environment here is beautiful, the food is fresh, the service is particularly thoughtful, the taste is very delicious, the hot pot has different soup bases, the dishes are also very rich. I love to eat rice cake, beef, and free dessert, so delicious! We also love to eat Haidilao in China, the taste here in the United States and China a touch of the same, very authentic!

Went here with a few of my friends and it was absolutely delicious! The server was super nice and walked us through how everything works because some of us were beginners. The interior was very bright and clean. They also had a really cute robot that brings the ordered items to your table! We had the split broth: Kimchi pork and Shrimp Tomyum. Both broths were super flavorful but our favorite was the kimchi pork. It was not too spicy and there was a lot of kimchi in there too. Everything there was fresh and delicious! Definitely recommend!

First I want to thank Khang for his excellent service! I had never had hot pot before, and he helped me and my family throughout our dinner - from ordering through sauces through cooking to packaging our remaining broth to take home. The tom yum broth was especially delicious for me, very reminiscent of Thai flavors as I would expect, but my family seemed to prefer the spicy pork broth. Both complemented our additions beautifully (beef, chicken, meatballs, dumplings, enoki, and bok choy). We had a wonderful time and came away very happy and satisfied! And the restaurant itself was bright, clean, and cheerful, especially the very attentive servers and the adorable service robot.Again let me say this was our first time, which we told both the host and Khang when we came in - and Khang offered me a hair tie for my long hair, an apron (I am rather clumsy, which he couldn't know, but I appreciated it!), and even little baggies for our phones in the event that we wanted to post an Instagram from our table (which I didn't because I'm outside that demographic!). I can't say whether everyone receives so much help and attention, but I can say that Khang gave us exactly the help we needed without seeming to hover over us; he was just there when we had a question or needed advice.

Let me put you on some gooood hotpot.Apparently Haidilao is even fancier and more popular in china which is hard to imagine bc it already stands out amongst the other hot pot franchises here in TX.I've been to the location in Frisco (in the Dallas area) which I love but I've been to the Katy location 2-3 times now. This time I came with my dad, brother and husband and we had a freaking blast. You can't control the poor etiquette of other customers blocking you off from getting dipping sauce but the restaurant can implement a better system so that people don't have to wait so long and fight to make some sauce. But besides that- the meat quality is pricey but superb. So much better than Little Lamb. I love the meat broth it is so nice and light and fragrant - and I eat so many veggies and mushrooms when I eat here which is hard to do otherwise if you don't have such good soup and seasonings.Since this was Christmas time we all got extra little gifts which was sweet and they had an employee dress up as Santa and let customers spin the wheel to win prizes how fun!Everything was so delicious and tasty. Pro tip end the night with noodles and you have a whole dish of noodle soup!Wish they had desserts here but hey not complaining.I can't recommend haidilao enough. Ask for the noodle dance and if you're lucky you will have a pro like we did who flawlessly danced with the noodle. So amazing and fun. Although we did wait an hour for him to comSpecial shoutout to our amazing server. This gentleman was so nice and patient and was on top of the service even when it got busy. And he gave us a free refill of the watermelon juice. It made us feel so special and appreciated. 10/10

Came here for lunch during the weekend after making a reservation. Despite being open for a while, the restaurant remains popular and packed and still requires long wait time if you didn't call ahead. This a la carte Chinese hot pot chain is known for its exceptional food quality, outstanding service and complimentary snacks and side dishes. The interior is modern and clean. You can order everything from soup base, meat and veggies to desserts on the iPad. A robot goes around and delivers the dishes. There's also a self serve condiment/side dish bar. The food selection and qualities are definitely better than other AYCE hot pot spots in town, and the soup base tasted authentic, however it is on the pricier side (a typical visit will end up to be north of $50 per person). If you have want some authentic Chinese hot pot experience, I would definitely recommend this place.

My husband and I were apartment hunting in the area and discovered Asian Town Katy right behind the complex we just finished looking at. He remembered I was craving some hot pot and we stumbled upon this place while we were walking around. It's not too big of a restaurant, and it was very busy upon arrival, but we were seated right away. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful, he brought us water while we were looking over the menu. You order through a tablet and it was not AYCE. They have a good amount of soup bases to choose from, tomato, classic spicy, filtered spicy, pork bone, spicy pork, mushroom, Sichuan spicy, green pepper, Thai tom yum, three delicacies, pork tripe and chicken, and water base. You can pick just one broth or pick up to four of them, it is additional cost the more you order. We had the Thai Tom yum, which was just the perfect amount of spice and heat for both of us. They have a variety of selections, your meats, pork brain, pork kidney, boneless duck feet, duck tongue, crispy sausage, spam, chicken, Kurobuta pork shoulder, New Zealand Lamb shoulder, Angus brisket, Kobe beef, USDA prime Angus ribeye, beef tongue, Angus boneless short ribs, and Miyazaki A5 wagyu ribeye. Their signature dishes, dancing noodle, their special marinated beef tenderloin, their thousand layered tripe, Lao-style black beef tripe, duck intestine, beef aorta, boneless basa fish filet, and their special shrimp paste. They also have beef cheese, imitation crab sticks, fish tofu, fish balls, jumbo shrimp, fried bean curd rolls, fresh tofu skin, and of course their vegetables of crown daisy, spinach, lettuce, bok choy, corn, enoki, and shiitake mushrooms. They also have a sauce station to, of course create your own for dipping. I just didn't feel like it was a large selection, they really only had soy sauce, sesame paste, Chilli flakes, sweet and sour, Chilli oil, crushed peanuts, green onions, and garlic. At that same station they also offered some fresh fruit like oranges and melon.Other than getting up to create your own dipping sauce, there's a cute little robot cat that brings your order to your table and your waiter/waitress sets them down at your table. The broth arrives first at your table that the water/waitress brings out, obviously so it can warm up while your waiting for your meats and veggies. They place the meats on your table and then for the veggies/sides, they have a small shelf on the wall of your table that they place those on. I must say, I was very impressed with the service and how quick they are to clear your table once you're finished with a meat tray, we tried to keep one to put our Cobb ears in, and they would immediately clear your table so it's nice and clean. I did enjoy the food and the atmosphere, but with everything being al a carte, you have to really be conscious of what you're ordering, you can easily run up a $300 bill.. and that's just for lunch!

Absolutely love the service at Haidilao! Everything is so fun at this authentic Taiwanese Hotpot restaurant. We especially love the Tom Kha and tomatoe broths. Hsuan (Roxy) is such a friendly and attentive server. This was our second time seeing her and she remembered the kids and made them feel special. Truly enjoy the food, service and ambiance. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
