Five reasons why I gave this eatery five stars!1. The place is clean including the bathrooms.2. The food is true Jamaican food cooked to perfection. 3. The fish dishes are always fresh or they won't sell it.4. They have yet to get caught up on raising their prices to satisfy the word recession vs taking care of their community in which they have served and has served them. 5. The staff is very nice and approachable. Never had a rude experience here. I prefer the Red Snapper or the Curry Goat on my days off. If I am working and don't want a heavy meal a cup of soup and a patty will hold me over. Don't forget your Ting.

Food is good, but the service SUCKS!!! I often wonder how they're still open but I guess it's people like myself who "deal with" the lack of service for the sake of the flavorful food...can't we have great food and SERVICE?! Went on a Saturday and waited for them to open at 11am...I walk up expecting the doors to be open since they open at 11am. Nope, I was told the food wasn't ready and was told they'll be opening at 11:30am...so unprofessional and rude!!!

This was worth the drive! Excellent food. So grateful that masks are required. Great service!!

Rice was hard. Food was ok. Don't think I'll be going back. The ginger beer was good tho.

Good morning, so I was told to look at this restaurant to see what they have but I realize you guys do not have DoorDash.

I stopped here because a friend and I was in the area, I walked in glanced over the menu. The lady walks to the back and sends the guys out which was weird and the gentleman proceeded to take my order. I ordered the oxtails over rice and peas with cabbage, four Jamaican beef patties lemonade and a ginger beer totaling $32. The customer service from the two guys were good. The lady however very f**king rude she seems to be the owner and I will not be going back! The attitude and vibe from her was very nasty and unwelcoming. The oxtails was a 6/10, the beef patties were a 7/10.

If I have to call for prices. Business is not being run right. What's up with calling for prices. Why are they changing. It not like your serving in season only meats and vegetables

The food was authentic & real! Good food, had the oxtail, this how oxtail supposed to taste with sauce. Rice soft & flavorful, her cabbage best in Houston, 2nd to my girl only lol. But this place is golden for the ones who know. I'm Caribbean so i know & appreciate this place coming from miami

The food is great, authentic Jamaican cuisine. Now, if only they can open on time and have the food ready when the doors open. I have patronize many Jamaican restaurants in the Houston area but I keep coming back to this one because of the quality of the food. However, it is so disappointing that they do not value their patrons time. I have learned to call first, to inquire if the food is ready before I drive across town. There should not be a trade off, food quantity over service. If the service was good, I would definitely give them five stars! Another good thing is that the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Again to me, Grace's Cafe has the best Jamaican food in the Houston area PERIODT!

I'm very disappointed to pay $20 to have 3 piece wings salad n rice n a soda! Naw man that's not value & no salad dressing not even seasoned! Just very disappointing it was lunch time I got charged dinner!
