10/10 would highly recommend. My boyfriend and I ate dinner here for his birthday and we both were very satisfied with our meals. The pan seared scallops were made to perfection. The flavor profile with the added corn on top along with the presentation made it a 10/10. The sauce that is also paired with the scallops was really good too! The Chicken Scallopini was amazing -- 10/10. The kale and potatoes were seasoned and everything paired well with each other. My boyfriend enjoyed the chicken very much. He also got the puree potatoes and made the comment "any toddler that would eat this would love it because it is so soft". Those potatoes were whipped to perfection and had great flavor as well. The Lobster Risotto was 10/10. I'm usually not a fan of lobster because it tends to be over cooked and rubbery but that wasn't the case here. The lobster was nice and tender and seasoned very well and the lemon zest added a nice balance with to the lobster and risotto . The risotto was soft but not too soft and was also seasoned very well. The Elotes were a 8/10. They were good, just taste like regular Elotes. The Coconut Three Ways dessert was 10/10. Due to my celiac diet, this was the only option for me but I wasn't mad at it. Everything being made from coconuts and the mango gelée was a great combination with the coconut sorbet and the presentation was so cute. William was our server and he was great! I have celiac disease and he was aware of the fact and made sure to let the kitchen know when preparing my meal, which was greatly appreciated. He also gave us good drink recommendations as well!

I've been wanting to come here since it opened. Our boss invited us to lunch- party of 4. Excited we left in our Uber - we arrived to an empty establishment that holds 500+ patrons. Better for us, since we wanted a quick Miami Spice lunch (last day). Turns out our cold salad took 30 minutes- 40 minutes later our main course arrives- Three burgers - did not include the chopped pickles as described but included fries (nothing as advertised) the 4th dish, a medium rare Beef Wellington. Although everything was cooked as requested it came out cold except for the boiling fries. go figure. Service was snails pace slow. Server never asked us if we needed anything or if everything came out as ordered. Nothing- totally mute.Miami Spice is a time to shine and give it your all. Why? You want return customers. First and last time. Extremely disappointed

Because it's "supposed" to be a Gordon Ramsey restaurant, I had high expectations, perhaps they were too high. Upon arrival, the place is BEAUTIFULLY decorated, designed and clean. The staff were ALL friendly. And the presentation of the food is beautiful. It stops there. Hence my 2 STARS rating. 7 of us went to celebrate my son's 20th birthday. We all got water poured for us to start and eventually our drinks, I ordered Gordon's Note. I expected something awesome. It was my 1st disappointment, I think they filled the cup to the rim with ice, and then poured the drink in after shaking it in ice because it was completely watered down. I am not a drinker, but I was able to sip it as if it was water with a hint of lemon since I couldn't taste anything else, much less any alcohol. I DID tell the waitress about it and she did not offer any resolution, she even made sure it stayed on the bill. I ordered a different drink and asked for less ice, it arrived in a glass half-full and room temperature. Like, seriously? After that, we got our 2nd dish and I got my 2nd disappointment, it was the wagyu meatballs...the ONE thing that had salt, in this case TOO MUCH SALT. It would've been good, had it not been so salty. 3rd disappointment was our meals. I ordered their signature beef Wellington. Again, they're GREAT with the presentation of the food, but it stops there. Huge disappointment!!! For the potato purée, it's basically a spoonful of mashed potatoes swooped across the plate, which looks pretty but it's nothing to eat and enjoy as there's barely any. I got two small round carrots, which were very hard and two radishes, which didn't seem like they were even steamed. The crust was OK to look at, but there was no flavor to it, it had a dough, bland taste. I wasn't the only one who felt that, way my best friend and son also got the same thing and they were not impressed. Now the steak, you would expect it to be flavorful, tender, & delicious, NO! It was none of the above. It was tough to cut, no flavor and my knife tore the meat. I ate a quarter of one and left the other because I was so disappointed. It was nothing to enjoy. We also got the corn Elote and again huge disappointment. The corn was dry as if it was sitting out too long or microwaved. While it looked pretty, it had no flavor, bland, no spice, nothing! I think the best item that we ordered was the mac & cheese. At least that was perfectly cooked and flavorful. We also ordered the fish and that was DRY. My Daughter didn't even eat hers after one bite and packed it to-go. My other best friend got the ribeye and while that was tender, same issue, no flavor, no salt, no pepper...nothing. The dessert, Sticky Toffee was good, the cake was a little dry but the dulce de leche sauce and melted ice cream helped to enjoy it. They were completely out of the vanilla cheesecake, and there was no other substitute so all of us ended up with the sticky toffee and since some in my party wasn't interested in that, they got it to go. All in all, this place was extremely overpriced for bland, tasteless food. I honestly don't think Gordon Ramsay himself would've enjoyed the meal with his high expectations. I would NEVER go back here again AND I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's NOT worth it. At the end of the day you are paying to SAY you ate at Gordon Ramsay's Hells Kitchen, and for the thick, lush napkins in the bathroom. Huge disappointment. There are so many other places I could've gone, paid less or about the same, and enjoyed at least half of not all of the things we ordered. Again, there was seven of us and NONE of us enjoyed our meal 100% and most of us had to-go boxes because it wasn't appetizing. Honestly, this place was a waste of money, and time when so many other places are better. Mr Ramsey would be HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

When we knew we were coming to Miami, I knew we'd want to visit the Hells Kitchen that had just opened last year. Because it does have the name branded with its famous chef, Gordon Ramsay, we did have very high expectations coming into it. So we expected prices to be higher, though we were pleasantly surprised to see all the prix fixe options that make trying a bunch of menu items more affordable. We came with a large group and the traffic made us arrive late but thankfully they held our table for us for 25 mins. We paid for valet parking as it was less than $30~~, it was very convenient. We got seated right in front of the open kitchen area so it was very cool to see all the cooks do their thing. We opted for the miami spice dinner prix fixe (ends Sep 30) which was $60 for a three course meal. I ordered the truffle risotto, beef wellington (+$15), and the sticky toffee risotto. Different options my boyfriend got was only the appetizer, the wagyu meatballs (+$3). From the a la carte menu, we also ordered a braised short-rib and pan-seared scallops. The truffle risotto was very good, creamy with the umami taste without the truffle being too overpowering. The wagyu meatballs were good and had a good portion size- this was also the only meat option as a prix fixe appetizer under Miami Spice. I absolutely LOVED the pan seared scallops, they cooked them to perfection. These scallops were topped with pork bacon bits and corn which did add to it. For our main course, the beef wellington was underwhelming to say the least. We did want to try it just because we were told it was the "thing we had to try" but the flaky crust was undercooked, and the jus they added was much too rich of a flavour for my liking. The mashed potato garnish did help to wash out the richness of it all, just wish i had more of it on my plate. The braised short rib was not to my liking- it was dry and also had a similar sauce to the beef wellington. It sat atop a potato cake that i wish was less salty, to more balance the flavours of the rest of the dish. The star was the sticky toffee pudding. When I tell you this saved the whole night- WOW! It doesnt look like much from the photos but it was so moist on the inside, with the toffee sauce not being too sweet at all. The warmth of the cake/brownie part of it complemented the cold ice cream so well. My all time fave dessert. Overall, not terrible but I'd want to come back to try different menu options as my entrees did not hit.

It's not every day that the food of a well known chef and restauranteur puts out remarkable dishes. All around exceptional service, food and ambiance. Great service at the bar and loved that the manager gave a quick tour of their 2nd floor seating. Everything I ordered was delicious. The grilled octopus was my favorite item. I came for Miami Spice and my Bookclub's anniversary dinner and I left pleased. Definitely plan on returning here in the near future and recommend trying them out.

The service here is phenomenal. Everyone is very attentive! Our server Tara was very kind and provided great recommendations throughout our dining experience. The appetizers we started off with were the grilled octopus and lobster risotto which were delicious! Very tender and fresh. The risotto was at room temperature, could've been hotter. It did have great taste though, the lobster had a lemon zest to it. The octopus came on a bed of potatoes and tomatoes. The potatoes were so warm and yummy! As an entree we enjoyed the filet mignon which was cooked exactly how we asked for it. It was so flavorful, it didn't even require the sauce it was accompanied by. The branzino was great, it was topped with a vierge sauce. For the sides we ordered the elote, as well as the baked Mac and cheese. The elote had creama drizzled on top and cojita cheese with some spices. It tasted almost like authentic Mexican elote. The Mac and cheese was super cheesy, I loved that as you entered the fork into it...the cheese would string along. We enjoyed an espresso martini but replaced the mezcal tequila with vodka instead, our server Tara said we can exchange it. It was the perfect amount of foam, it wasn't too sweet and you can really taste the coffee essence. While I had a mock-tail, the hibiscus sour, it tastes more like cranberry juice. I was waiting for that sour kick although, I didn't quite get that as I sipped on it. Overall, we truly enjoyed our experience. The sticky toffee pudding was the dessert of choice. It literally melted in your mouth. The warmth of the cake with the combination of the dulce de leche ice cream was mouthwatering.

First off, I'm a Chef Ramsay fan. My Fav's are Hell's Kitchen and Master Chef. I was also at his Grand Opening for his fish & chip shop in Las Vegas. But my expectations were way too high (shame on me). For whatever reason I was expecting whatever went down on TV to happen here. Lol. Why did I think that? Anyhow, came for the Miami Spice week menu for a $60 dinner. Needless to say, we spent way more than that. They have valet parking in the front. The decor is incredible. It's classy, simple and clean. You walk in and immediately see Ramsay on a screen as well as the winners of Hell's Kitchen on the wall. Our host was friendly and pleasant and gave me options to my seating which was awesome. We selected the table right near the kitchen. Let's talk about the kitchen. Where was the yelling and the fast paced moving? It was quiet in the red and blue kitchen. But the food was hot and delicious and came out in a timely manner, considering the dining room was a bit full. Our server was just alright. She wasn't as engaged as I would like, (a bit stiff), but she did her job. For drinks we ordered the Casa Expresso Martini which was really lovely and the Smoke on the water. Smoke on the water is like a downgraded Old Fashioned. It was good, but not great. For the apps that were included, we had the truffle risotto and the wagyu meatballs. Both delicious and plentiful. So plentiful that we ended up taking our entrees home. For entrees, we ordered the braised short rib and the famous beef Wellington. The rib was tender, flavorful and rich. The Wellington was tasty, but honestly I've had better. Desserts were the lemon blueberry cheesecake and the sticky toffee pudding. Both were good, but the toffee was amazingggg. I'm not a dessert person but I would eat that all day. Please note: 20% is automatically added to the bill. The server told us we should order an app because our meals sides were too small. After they came, we realized that we didn't have too. But we ordered the potato puree. The Wellington had an additional cost to it. Overall, we came for the experience. Would I go back again? I would. I need to try the scallops and the lobster risotto.

I came here with my vegetarian friend to sample their Miami spice lunch menu. Also, this restaurant has been on my radar, as I am English and a Gordon Ramsey fan. The decor is set up, so you feel like you are in the Hells kitchen, ie part of either the red or blue team! The restaurant is rather large and lacks in my opinion a bit of intimacy. Service was efficient and a tad snooty. I sampled the following - Appetizer - Sweet Corn Soup - charred corn, jalapeño cornbread croutons, lime crema, chili oil Veg. This was one of the BEST soups I have ever tried. I am very good at making soups, so I NEVER usually get a soup when dining out. However, I wanted to sample this one, and I am so glad I did. The soup was decadent, rich, smooth and full of flavour. Try it and you will see!Main - Petite Beef Wellington served with potato purée, glazed root vegetables, red wine demi-glace and served medium rare. This was a pleasant looking dish. I really enjoyed it.Dessert - Sticky Toffee Pudding served with an English toffee sauce and a dulce de leche ice cream. This was a decent pudding, although I would say it was too sweet (and I have a sweet tooth let it be known). I think I would have preferred the pudding to have been served with a whipped cream rather than with the ice cream. My friend agreed and could not finish all hers due to the sweetness. The ice cream was wonderful, but served with the pudding, and the sauce it was just too much. The sauce was good, but what was English about it?! No different imo to other toffee sauces. Also, to be noted I sampled another sticky toffee pudding recently in another establishment and that one was better, (Management If you want to know where and why, you are very welcome to email me!)I would have liked to have given a five stars for my review. For my food that I sampled and thoroughly enjoyed I would happily give a 5 star. However, my friend is vegetarian, and it was not until we were sat down and perused the menu that we realised she was unable to choose a main, as there were ZERO vegetarian options. We asked our server was it possible for her to sample two appetizers and then the dessert from the Miami Spice, which we thought was a reasonable request. He said unfortunately no. I do not understand why, as it would not have been a bother, and an appetiser instead of a main is a smaller option too. Therefore, she was disappointed, and I was embarrassed as I had chosen the venue) that she had no choice but to order from the standard menu. Such a shame...

10 out of 10 !!!! If I could give more stars I would! My husband and I are huge Hells Kitchen fans! So when this location opened up we knew we had to add it to our Miami trip itinerary! First and foremost the ambiance : You can tell they took their time to plan every detail! The blue vs red teams were in plain view for everyone to see which I loved! The restaurant is very family friendly! Lots of seating. Two stories and beautiful picture ops! Service: Phenomenal!!! I wish I remember the gentleman name but he was amazing! He made me a skittles drink perfectly as I hate to taste alcohol and my husband a mocktail which he also loved!Food! We did the set menu for $60 a person Appetizer : the famous risotto! When I say it's bursting with flavors I mean BURSTING! Dinner: of course I ordered the beef Wellington . It was good but I don't think I'm a fan of beef Wellington in general the wet crust just didn't do it for me Dessert: tartufo BEST IVE EVER HAD! Overall loved the experience

Parking at the valet area is $28. The downside of this was that it took 20 minutes for us to get our car back. We made a reservation online and came around 30 minutes early and they seated us closer to our reservation time, so come close to your reservation time. It was a nice ambiance that looked sleek and classy. It mimics the TV show showing the chefs wear blue and red bandanas. Service was nice, but I think my expectations was too high coming into it for the food. The beef wellington was good, but nothing spectacular. The braised short rib was too salty and the lobster tail in the risotto was very small and overcooked. My aunt also said the rice in the risotto was undercooked. We really liked the beef tartare and the octopus. It was a good one time experience, but I wouldn't come back especially for the price tag.
