We went pretty late on Friday night and there was plenty of seating. The gopchang was really oily and the kimchi fried rice was perfect to cut through it. The cold noodles was a miss. Service was attentive.

We arrived at 9:15pm on a weekday night and they close at 11pm. As soon as we arrived, we could tell the servers were getting ready for closing. The experience was quite disappointing considering it's still a fairly new business. We were given white kimchi, diced radish kimchi, and bean sprouts for side dishes. I was surprised we weren't given the chives as it's usually served with the intestines. They also gave soft tofu stew as service. The portion size and service was what knocked off most of the stars. The picture included is one portion of daechang which is $20.99. Ridiculously overpriced for the portion size. We ordered 3 servings between 2 people and were still hungry when we left. We could tell the servers were just wanting to close up so we felt somewhat rushed to eat quickly and leave. The food itself was very good. It's a shame everything else was not.

Plenty of parking by the restaurant. This is a fairly new place. Inside is pretty big and spacious. All of the staff were wearing masks. We were seating right away when we walked in. The menu isn't too overwhelming, but has a good number of items to chose from.Assorted spicy grilled gopchang: tasted delicious and is a good amount of spicy! Definitely did not need any additional sauce. The side dishes were kind of lacking. As with most Korean restaurants, you can ask for refills for the side dishes. I was surprised there wasn't any rice included in this set. However, you do get a spicy soup too.Honestly, if I knew what gopchang was I probably wouldn't have ordered it. Not a big fan of intestines, but I was pleasantly surprised.Looking forward to going back to try other items too.

I loooove gopchang (intestines), so I was super excited to see this spot open so close to home. They serve exactly what you expect and it doesn't disappoint! The interior is spacious with high ceilings. Plenty of space between the tables. We were having an early dinner, so service was fantastic. The servers were attentive and tended to the grill constantly. We ordered the small and large intestines. They were well cleaned and had no weird taste. Let them get crispy, especially the large intestines! Can't wait to go back!

This is my go to place whenever I crave daechang & makchang. Hands down the best place. Not only is it good, the prices are reasonable, and their stew that comes with it is SO good omg lol I love that we have this place to go to on lawrenceville suwanee rd, I don't have to drive all the way to old peachtree or duluth. The interior is nice, service is nice, food is great, can't ask for more.

I became a fan of the gopchang with this new place! Intestines were all fresh and I very much enjoyed it! Small intestines were filled with gop and rest were chewy and flavorful. Their soondubu and side dishes were also delicious. To top it off, staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, service and food quality were excellent. Would come back again for sure.

I've now been to almost all of the spots in the Gwinnett area that serve offal as their main deal. Now I don't care what people say about eating "chitlins" because the way Koreans do it, it's done right!Offal is basically the innards, the less desired bits, but from a nutrition profile, pack full of fat soluble vitamins, minerals, and of course protein but we in the west don't necessarily like it because... intestines tend to be known as the "poop shoot" so it's not the most appetizing part of the animal, but it is definitely packed full of vitamins and nutrients no one really understands.I love the stuff and offal seems to have experienced a renaissance in the Korean street food scene and when you live near what is regarded as KoreaTown 2.0 here in Gwinnett county, that line of dining option becomes quite clear and it is definitely needed. So see this place open up, I had to come.It used to be where the old Iron Guys Korean BBQ joint was and they flipped it to be able to serve offal. The place is lit in such a way that you can see your food, but also dark enough where it can serve as an intimate date setting and yes, this is a fantastic date spot for those who call themselves "foodies"... if they can't handle offal, they aren't foodies and should take it off their dating profiles! The service is fantastic. They aren't attentive other than to cook the innards but more or less, you really will have all you need. Now that the service and ambiance is out of the way... let's talk about the main deal... the offal. It's literally all the stuff the FDA neglects to tell you about. The small intestines are savory, chewy, and fatty. The large intestines are fatty but if you let it cook long enough, you can add a satisfying crisp to it giving it a crunchy explosion of fat in your mouth that can be an enjoyable experience as well. And yes that is after you dip it in the Thai chili infused soy sauce dipping sauce they give you which adds a spicy savory bite to the tasteless yet tasty bit of large intestine. The abomasum when cooked like they do here is just another texture journey of chewy and fatty. It's like a cooked rubber texture but soaked in animal fat which is fantastic! The beef heart is savory, hearty, and such a textural difference than everything else. The tripe again, another texture difference. Between these various textures, the side dishes are all acidic which affords you the ability to eat more as the acid of the side dishes cuts through the fattiness that will exhaust your palette... so eat your kimchee and your other sides while here because then you can eat more offal!I ordered the set which costs roughly $60 which when you add tax and tip rounds out to about $80. Which might seem expensive but when you are told that going a la carte means dropping $50 plus tax and tip, you might as well drop the extra $10 for the set. It does feed 2 supposedly but I got it myself and downed all the protein just fine. Working out and making this your post workout meal will afford you the ability to consume a set meal all by yourself without a care in the world!Like I stated before, this place is a bit expensive compared to other offal joints as far as I'm aware of. Another popular place is about $7-$10 cheaper so this place is rather pricey hence the 4-star rating due to how it'll cut the wallet value down. But overall... this place is amazing and worth going to. Just come with a party so you can split the bill or come here with an alleged foodie and make them revoke their "foodie" card because they may not be able to handle this!

We ordered the assorted grilled gopchang set. The set was good, but small for the price. We ordered 2 sides of rice which weren't included. The side dishes were particularly spicy but cut through the oily feeling of the intestines.
