Gom Shabu-Shabu

The ambiance is amazing. Cute stalls, and the lightings are very aesthetically pleasing. The server was amazing too, she was very explanatory and help make the sauces for you.However the reason why the rating is a 3/5 is due to the food. The choices were broad and some food are vegan friendly. But for the beef (both brisket and premium) and vegetables (lettuce) had black spots on it.I googled it and for the meat, its due to micro-organisms and the vegetables were due to mold. I tried to give the business a benefit-of-the-doubt and asked the server if it was pepper but she just said no and took the plate away.

Solid. Not too bad. They give a GOOD amount of meat which was a plus but there was nothing too special about it. Broth is standard and dipping sauce they make it for you as standard as well. The veggie plate had a lot of variety which was great as well. The restaurant itself could be a bit more clean but servers were pretty attentive. However, there were only 3 groups including my group so I expected them to have fast service considering it being slow. Quick - lower cost than normal shabu fix.

Delicious! Fresh!! Healthy!!! Tasty!!!!These're Gom Shabu Shabu in Duluth to me!Every vegetable is very fresh-- It's very good!Basic soup itself tastes good without any other sauce like my mom's soup. I can trust foods in Gom Shabu Shabu in Duluth!Also the sauce tastes very special!It has five different types. I prefer mild one. It's perfect for me. Using sauce bar, I can make my own sauce as well.Anyway It's best place if you want to try healthy, tasty and special food! :)

"Like it"Not a big fan of hot pot, but I think Gom Shabu Shabu is average. I didn't like that they only had one type of broth, veggie. It was hard to keep a consistent temperature on my burner. It was either too hot or luke warm. Selection of meats and items were pretty good. Utensils didn't bother me as much, but my wife stated she would have liked a strainer of some sort for the noodles. Service was good at first but as they got busy they didn't really care for us. No refill on broth. Refill on sauce and water whenever requested. Saw their eyes start to roll after the third time I requested for sauce.

The best shabu shabu in the area!!! Everything is very fresh and workers are so nice and friendly. They also provide togo! Highly recommended

The sauce, broth, veggies, and meat are so fresh for $20!! Honestly if you want a healthy, good quality hot pot, this is the place. I love Korean hot pot!

So happy to have a location closer to home!You can select a variety of broths and house sauces in addition to the sauce bar! Great options for the AYCE the whole family can enjoy.

What a yummy place to have lunch! Food is fresh and tasty!! I had never been to a hot pot restaurant before but loved it!

Went on a busy Sunday with my fiance and there was only on server.She was amazing!The restaurant was packed and she handled everyone alone.I was worried that she would be forget things as she didn't write things down, but she handled it all.Half of the conversation I had with my fiance during that meal was how amazing she was.The food was great as always, by the way.
