In my family, we are all big Golden Seafood fans. We usually go to The Heights location, along with the one in Katy, and we honestly didn't know this location existed (thanks, Yelp!).This Golden has all the same menu offerings, just some items we noticed were prepared different. The usual grilled salmon we get came with a vegetable gravy; my ceviche tostada, I was not a fan of. It hardly had any ceviche, came with the unexpected imitation crab and shaved lettuce. At $6, not worth it. What you should order? Salmon was still good; oysters; micheladas (best in town); fried shrimp; fried fish...There is a separate room with a few games for kids and or large parties.

Went to try out this seafood place and it was totally worth it. They have some great prices and great service. Had the Ceviche as an appetizer and it was really fresh with great lemon flavor. Then I shared a 9 piece fried shrimp and a Shrimp Cancun. Both were really good and flavorful. The shrimp fried rice is one of the best I've tasted. Will definitely be back to try a few other things on the menu.

The manager is rude i paid 71 dollars for 3 cheese burgers with fries and i hade to pay gratuity even after i told the rude lady that i left the tip on the table she said to go get it because she had to charge gratuity never will i ever go back if i could give a 0 star i would....most expensive burgers ever!!!!!

Best ceviche? YES.Best combination fried rice with bomb spicy sauce? YES!Best family platter with fried shrimp, fish, rice? YEESSS!!!I have been going here since the mid 2000s and there is something for everyone here. My dad loves the grilled fish. I love Everything!! Come with an apetite as all the dishes are large portioned, and you'll end up like me, trying to eat all your favorites at once!

LOVE this place!!! I have been coming here since I was a little girl and now I bring my children here. The food is always fresh and consistent. It has grown over the years but you can always count on amazing food, flavors, service, and reasonable prices. This is my go to for seafood. Family owned restaurant that had a very relaxing ambiance and is good for groups and a casual hang. Busy on the weekends but I would wait for up to an hour to be seated (the food is that good) and I don't like to wait (who does?!).

The Micheladas are good here; I'm definitely going back. I got the fried shrimp and fish, and it was delicious. The fries are really yummy too. They have a hot sauce on the table that's also bomb. The servers were attentive, even though we went a little late. The ambiance was good; I was enjoying my fries and jamming to the music.

I have been coming to this Golden location for the past 15 years. It's always been the best fried rice in town. Things have changed....prices have gone way high and the quality and taste of food has gone way down. I don't mind paying more if it's good food.I paid extra to have my fried rice fresh made. It was not delicious like it should be. No salt, no flavor and it tasted old. I'm never returning to this location.

We had a party of nine, including two kids. I ordered a "small" side of shrimp fried rice. It was fresh, just made, and flavorful. I had to take half of it home. The Lo Mein was delicious and huge. The child's fish plate was plenty, and could have fed an adult. A normally choosy child ate every bite. Ceviche was excellent, and Frog legs were also very good. Broccoli in several dishes was fresh and excellent. The coffee was really good! Served in a beautiful ceramic mug and kept full. We didn't order fajitas, because those seemed expensive. There was plenty else on the menu to choose from, though. Food came out in the order it had been ordered, so my shrimp fried rice was last, as I was last to place my order. Thought maybe they'd forgotten me. Turned out it was worth waiting for. Place was packed, so things took a while, but not excessively long, and the waiter was attentive. It's an hour from our house, and we will be back.

Too bad I can't give 0 stars. I ordered to go. I checked online before I ordered and the prices for the items I ordered are not the same as the prices they charge you at the register. When I got there no one greeted me. I stood there for a few minutes while servers passed right by me and didn't even let me know they would be right with me. The whole time I'm waiting there's an order ready bagged up by the register. When I finally get helped she hands me the order that was already there so I don't even know how long it had been sitting there for.Well, where do I start? They have the most expensive burnt cheeseburgers I've ever had. I ordered 3 cheeseburgers and the meat was burnt in all 3. The fries were cold and hard, I'm sure that had a-lot to do with the food sitting there for a while. The chicken nuggets were also burnt and hard. The egg rolls were ok. Oh and to top it off I'm still not sure what it was but when my hubby was eating his fried rice it sounded like he bit a rock. At first he said he thought it was a tooth but we looked and it looks like a rock. I called to let them know n the lady I spoke to was talking over me and basically calling me a liar. She said there was no way that could happen because they make their rice fresh every day and she didn't know how it got in there so I had to be lying because she couldn't see it in front of her.Y'all be careful when y'all go eat there.
