I've died and gone to Heaven. And yes...Heaven is an Italian deli!!For the life of me, I have no idea how an authentic New York Italian Deli ended up in downtown Angier. And at the moment, I don't care...because I'm so happy!!!!Okay. It's New York. I hear ya saying...cut to the chase already!!The Sandwich: I had the Glendale. Think of it as your classic Italian cold cut with red onions, shredded lettuce, and sliced tomatoes. And all their subs are served on imported REAL New York hero rolls. Perfection!!The Shop: Spacious and beautifully decorated! The counter is in the back with cold cases and shelves that house a small but well appointed Italian market. The Staff: In a word...WONDERFUL!! The owner is a lovely lady from Astoria and everyone is welcoming and inviting. The feeling I got was they just want for my happiness. And like I said...they got it!!In fact, I couldn't be happier right now. A classic, fully legit Italian Sub is in my belly, washed down with a true Italian grapefruit soda. What more could a guy want?

I was dying to eat here. My local family members raved about the place.Not sure it even deserved 3 stars, but the service was very good. The lady who waited on us was great.I asked for bread not toasted. After all they get it from NY. Was told is better toasted.That's what you say when bread is not fresh.Is very easy to get good par baked bread and bake it as the day goes on.A little skimpy on the meat.Bread was absolutely not the NY Italian bread I was expecting. Huge disappointment.Do better

The smell when you walk into this Italian market is amazing. We are before finding this place but couldn't leave empty handed. We ordered the Laura's Favorite to go. The staff was so kind and attentive. They out the toppings on the side so we could eat it later. We also got a loaf of bread. I absolutely love finding a good Italian market!!

We just stopped here for breakfast because we have had such good experiences with their amazing deli sandwiches. They have bagels flown in from NY and we wanted to try them. Well, it wasn't a good experience. The bagels were cold, barely toasted, and the cream cheese must be in a large square block and they just sliced thick slices and slapped them on the bagel. I ate one bite and threw mine away. My boyfriend did the same. We'll just stick with their sandwiches from now on. Bagels = 1 star and deli sandwiches = 5 stars.

First time trying Giuseppe's and it did not disappoint! I picked up my order and the inside was very clean, and the staff was nice. I ordered the create your own sub and it was a pretty good size. All my tops tasted fresh and the lettuce wasn't welted or old! I normally don't like my bread toasted on my sandwiches but this bread in particular was actually really good. Definitely will be ordering from here again :)

Is the best sandwich I buy thank you so much is so delicious, the bread is real from nyc we buy 5 different and all is incredible thank you Giuseppe's for made everyone happy

Service was great! and food was delicious, the girl at the counter was very friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommend "the big boy" sub, it was very tasty. Knowing that they import their bread from NY makes a huge difference, couldn't be any happier!

Hi me and my family when for vacation iin north caroline we were hungry and we pass by to that place l was in sock everything is so delicious and flavorful, jsut like new york around the corner, bagels form new york , italian sub gelato ice cream and the cannoli are the best ,we really enjoy to be there , taanks for the good moments

Wow. I cannot wait to go back and explore more of the menu, The sandwich was off the charts. The pasta and tomato mozzarella salad are incredible. I ate so much I had to leave the tiramisu slice 'til tomorrow. The service was great, everyone was friendly. I'm not leaving next time without some of the amazing cheeses and salami that they offer

Great sandwiches. Really happy to have a legit NY/Jersey/Philly type Italian deli turning out this level of food. Lady, who I assume runs the joint, is awesome. All the sandwiches are great but in my opinion so far, "The Queens" sub is special. Cutlets, high quality prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, arugula and a real nice balsamic finish it. Will always be back! As a newcomer to the area, this place gives me a taste of home.
