The first restaurant and networking space for a southern lifestyle magazine by the same name, G&G definitely adds a classy flair to the battery dining scene. Cocktails were refreshing and not too sweet. The fried green tomato was well balanced with cottage cheese and sweet pepper jelly. The salmon was also good, but the accompanied Brussels sprouts stole the show. It was crispy, saucy, and flavorful. Service was also warm and attentive. Definitely will be back. I just wish the food menu is more extensive.

Just tried Garden and Gun Club. They have a pretty small menu for lunch but what we order was very good. Devil Eggs: the best I have ever had. Fried green tomatoes with grits: fantastic. Fried Shrimp: great. We had the hibiscus margarita which for me was missing lime juice. The place is small but cute, both inside and outside. It's somehow elegant. I was not impressed with the service in general.

Came here with my mom before going overseas for a month. It's located in the batter right across from Yard House and Live at the Battery. The place is very small but gives an exclusive feel and has a speakeasy vibe. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather.Service was good too and the best part is they are all dressed nicely. Jeans and collard shirts. Highly recommend this for lunch and try the salmon and get the green tomatoes for an appetizer.

So looking at other reviewers photos they got more than one deviled egg. We literally got one on a plate not worth the $16 we paid to have one deviled egg when the menu clearly states EGGS! it was a basic deviled egg with too much sweet chili sauce! Then the server was not great she seemed annoyed she had to take our order! the table next to us asked us if she was not happy to be there. I get it we our all human and have off days but it takes the fun out of the experience when you gHave bad service! The food was okay not a lot of flavor. Only thing that makes this place good is its view of the stadium. Like they say if it's an attraction spot the food is never good and now i stand by that saying

Garden & Gun Club (no membership required!) is across from Yard House and next to Antico at The Battery. We popped in on Sunday for lunch - beautiful day and the Braves were away, making it easier to score a patio seat. We ordered side salads and burgers with fries. The salads came with fresh cucumbers and grape tomatoes. We asked for our burgers with no Mayo or special sauce. Everything was delicious! Note: The burger is so big I could only eat half, but husband easily finished his - ha! Our waitress, Erin, was so kind - very attentive and helpful. The restaurant closes at 2 pm. We arrived at 1 pm and felt welcomed and never rushed. The menu isn't overly robust. I've attached photos to help you plan ahead. Cheers and Go Braves!

Very nice place with friendly service nestled in a comfortably, upscale setting. Full service bar, super southern, swanky cuisine with a kick and excellent appetizers!

Great place to stop and have a meal or just an appetizer before the game. Seated quickly. Service was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very chic.I went for two apps .. the deviled eggs and the pimento and cheese. Loved both!!! The deviled eggs were smooth with a rich flavoring (truffle, I think) and topped with bacon and chives. The pimento cheese had lots of options to top and not just the usual crackers. Also decided to try the Kentucky tea ... bourbon! Good mix ... sweet flavor.Definitely pricey but seriously recommended.

I think it was about 16 of us that went for a group dinner. Most enjoy drinking as well so that makes for a big part of the experience. I no longer drink alcohol but love the huge variety of non alcoholic beers available these days. I couldn't believe that Garden and Gun Club doesn't offer one single non alcoholic beer. I had to settle for club soda which didn't even include refills. That sucks. We all seemed to agree that the appetizers were pretty good but the entrees were disappointing. Many of us got the Shrimp and Grits and none of us liked that they left the tails on. Why? Nobody wants to deal with that.

Get the burger and you will be happy! It's sooo good! They have good cocktails as well and the braised short rib is pretty good. The menu has recently changed though so I noticed there was no short rib last time. We've always had great service here and love the small, cozy, vibe too. We now know some of the staff by name too and they treat us like regulars. 10/10.

Deviled eggs are amazing. I crave the fried chicken salad! If you want a little snack, the truffle fries are also delicious
