Gala Restaurant & Muse Bar

The restaurant is located inside of Hilton Aventura. I was lucky that I was staying there for work and got to go to this restaurant twice. Everything I had was absolutely DELICIOUS! you must try their octopus Carpaccio! It was cooked to perfection. Their drinks were also amazing as well. Hotel restaurant could be hit or miss but I would hight recommend this place even if you are not staying in the hotel!

Such a surprising discovery inside the Hilton Aventura. As always when we travel, my man just wants to crash in the room and not go on an adventure to find food...so of course, we end up at the hotel restaurant (nothing wrong with hotel restaurants, but sometimes when it's a brand name hotel, the food isn't always good). And this time...I'm so glad we did. A quick check on yelp and we were sold, again especially because we didn't have to leave the hotel. Rather than wander into the restaurant proper we opted to sit at the bar (it had an added benefit of people watching). As it was about 8pm by the time we sat down for dinner we opted for cocktails and entrees. He ordered the grilled salmon and I had the ceviche as my meal. The couple of bites of the salmon was delicious and I loved the chile morita jam. Like OMG delicious. And the cheviche...soooooooo good. I loved the tomato-habanero broth. So much so that I asked for a spoon. Yum! We also had breakfast the following morning and that was just as good. The avocado toast with the poached egg and added bacon. So good, definitely needed knife and fork to eat it. Sitting at the bar we were definitely well taken care of and for breakfast, while busy and we were slightly rushed, we were also well taken care of. Our servers were funny to chat with, prompt to take our order or refill coffee. Overall an great experience and welcome discovery on our way to our holiday Caribbean cruise.

Gala Muse Bar is a hidden gem in Aventura. Located inside the Hilton Aventura, this modern restaurant is truly a breath of fresh air featuring a gorgeous dining space, fabulous cocktail bar, and also an outdoor area.Let's start with the appetizers. The octopus was perfectly cooked, anticuho skewers were tender and the crab cakes were tasty. Even just the freshly baked bread was good. Of course, the cocktails were just as superb. We had the Effervescence, Chocolate Coconut Old Fashioned, and the Chile-Rita. There's so much more on the cocktail menu but let's move on to the entrees. We both shared the Crispy Skin Red Snapper and Dry Aged Rib Eye. Both were cooked to perfection and beautiful presentation. For dessert, we had Lava Cake and Homemade Flan. No surprise here, both were super flavorful and not too sweet. This place is a must if you're staying at the hotel or a local. Perfect for a date night. Not overcrowded, very romantic and the service is top-notch. Big thanks to our server Claudio for all the recommendations. Everything we ate was excellent from start to finish.

On the eve of Independence Day, I can't think of a better way to celebrate than having a delicious dining experience at Gala. Inside the beautiful Hilton in Aventura, Gala provides a great vibe for group settings and date nights! Outdoor seating right in front of the pool, offers a relaxing setting to dine as well. Exceptional food and the service is above and beyond. The menu is Latin fusion, offering something for everyone.

Good food , exceptional service . Clean and beautiful restaurant. Spanish influences. Fresh spices . Fish is cooked well . Good NY steak . Delish coffee .I don't normally spend that much time at hotel attached restaurant but this was worth it. Very flexible and great at accommodating even late service . Highly recommend the empanadas !Every server we had was great . First night was Tomas. Made me want to come back

Great food and excellent service. Menu changes with the seasons. Fresh and flavorful food. Siva and the rest of the team are always courteous and knowledgeable. We love coming here.

Quiet, beautiful atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious. One day I had the wagu burger. Tonight is the filet. It all is so tasty and priced decently. Service was excellent

I attended the NYE party. The service was great from the beginning. I contacted them before the event to ask some questions because I didn't know the place. They answered all my question by phone and text quickly. The hotel is need, modern and beautiful. The restaurant is pretty cool. The service that night was wonderful!! Our waiter was super friendly and attentive. He made the night even more fun. The food was excellent!!! We really enjoyed everything. The party was good we had great time at this event. Thank you Gala, super happy to had been here for NYE. Extremely friendly staff!!

Meh. Must be hotel staff leaving this reviews. The staff is great. Food is off a Sysco truck.Fries were previously frozen and the burger patty manufactured. Pass!

Enjoyed lunch on the patio - a lovely spot. Service a tad slow...but it's Miami lol. Burger was good and it got the job done. VERY fresh side salad greens. Overall not bad at all.
