Fuya Cafe

We tried this for the first time last night. We ordered the Sizzling Seafood, Flat Rice Noodles with Beef, and had the Crispy Milk for dessert.Overall, the food was alright. The Sizzling Seafood had an excess of bell peppers and onions and had very little seafood in it aside from calamari rings, a few shrimp, and three thin slices of scallop. I don't think it was worth $16. The Flat Rice Noodles with Beef were pretty good--they were a bit different than traditional flat rice noodles with beef, but it was flavorful and cooked well. The Crispy Milk was more crunchy than crispy, but the flavor was pleasant.The service was fine. The two waitresses were quick and checked on us throughout our evening. We noticed, however, that the owner seemed to be checking on other tables making small talk, asking how they liked it, but didn't seem to bother checking on us.The restaurant itself was new, clean, and well-decorated with grey and tangerine colored seating. Not much to say about it.

Loved this cozy neighborhood spot close to Sienna. The dishes were flavorful and authentic and portion sizes were generous. The staff was very attentive. We will definitely be frequenting!

This is a new restaurant and so worth coming here. We tried the fried dumplings as an appetizer and they were delicious. Hubby had chili beef and I had tangerine beef. Hubby's was a tad spicy. Mine was also spicy but the tangerine sauce was sweet and countered the spice. So so so good. Both dishes had enough that we took some home. There were not a lot of customers inside (too bad cuz I like to look at the other dishes) but lots of take outs. Our server, Chen, was professional and friendly and attentive (but not overly). The music was not blasting so we ate in relative peace. I love this place. We will definitely be back.

Tried the food via GrubHub and it was excellent!! I ordered the wontons in red chile oil, the orange chicken (which came with rice) and the stir fry string beans (which also came with rice). The food arrived super hot and tasted fresh and delicious. I look forward to eating in house!!

The food here is great. Just open and great services. Tried out several of their dishes and mostly good. Pad tai was a little sweet for me but wasn't bad. I like the chili chicken with lots of onions with lots of sliced chicken. I would have to go back and try more of their dishes. The ambiance was nicely decorated and doesn't feel like a cheap restaurant.

Food was hot and tasty. Service was good. Restaurant was very clean and nice, although the room temperature was a little on the chilly side.

We tried the Fuya Cafe in Missouri City today for the first time. The restaurant was trendy, clean, and very nicely decorated. We had the peking duck, duck soup, soup bao pork, Szechuan dry hot pot, and orange chicken. Everything was absolutely delicious. The duck was tender and flavorful, the duck soup was creamy, light, but hearty. The soup bao pork was meaty and flavorful. The Szechuan dry hot pot (with Lotus root and cauliflower) was spicy, but also very delicious. The orange chicken was great and wasn't caked in sauce like other restaurants like to do. All in all we were very happy. The food and service were on point. Glad to have this gem in our neighborhood and it's now my new favorite asian restaurant!

Ordered online and was user friendly and easy to place my order.Food was ready when I arrived and the customer service from the guy at the register (I believe he was the owner) was great. The inside of the restaurant looked clean and I hope to go back to dine in.

This wasn't just your average suburb Chinese fast food restaurant. It was like the authentic Chinese restaurants in Chinatown!We were craving some dumplings, so we tried out the pan fried beef bao, steamed pork dumplings, and the pan fried pork dumplings. We really liked the pan fried beef bao and pan fried pork dumplings. Really good with the chili oil and the other sauce that they give. The general Tso's chicken and steamed rice was also pretty good. Good service by our waiter.

Always hot and fresh. Service is very fast and people are nice. I would recommend trying a little of everything! Restaurant is clean.Ambiance is nice
