Fry Daddy's Fish And Chicken House

Really disappointing and our experience did not meet the prior Yelp reviews. Fried chicken had a 20-minute wait so opted for the fried chicken sandwich. Turns out it was what appeared to be frozen chicken tenders. Fries were cold. Ordered a dozen hush puppies and they all but 3 or 4 came over cooked. I would not have served. The BLT sandwich was fine and the accompanying fried okra were nothing special. The place itself was pretty odd in its layout. We will not return.

Off the beaten path but has some delicious food! My extended family stopped on our travels, 8 in total, and we sat immediately. Our waitress had the Southern charm and very polite! Food was served quickly. We all got something different and we all devoured it!!

My mom is visiting and wanted fish so she found this restaurant on Google. And boy was it a good choice. First, we called our order in and the woman who answered the phone had some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. She was patient as we asked a number of questions and explained the menu. We ordered a fish dinner with green beans, cole slaw and an extra corn on the cob (hold the bacon) and a fish and shrimp dinner with green beans and fried okra. Honestly the portion size was large, food was hot and delicious!! I have found a new spot in Goldsboro for fish!!!My only reason for not giving the final star was the number of workers who did not have their masks covering their noses and lack of gloves as the waitress checked orders. COVID has made me more conscious of this and expect more from businesses!

Food was delicious and they give you a lot. Trout, oysters, and slaw. I thought the shrimp would be bigger but either way it was all good. Staff very friendly.

I will never come to this state without eating here. Out of state and it's on my list of every time restaurants. The food is so refreshing and clean. I've tried all the food so far and nothing has been short of amazing! Love this platter I got for fried catfish!

The food was delicious and freshly prepared. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

This is a great place to eat, food is always good the servers are great and the atmosphere is always good style of music is changed from day to day.. If you have not already been there give them a try at Rosewood or Selma..

Nice service, food it good service. Great wings and burgers. Kind of a tight seating. But over all grand.

It is kind of out of the way but sure locals know it well . Please excuse the appearance of cramped interior the food proved to great . Probably the best hush puppy's I have ever had . The fried chicken was very good and other folks in our party said the catfish was very good as well.

Food and prices are good. Service was good my tea never got below half full. Will go back again.
