Frenchey's Chicken

I knew I should be wary. I don't know how the city even let them put a drive through here. It's on a small corner lot so if there's more than one car in the drive thru, the remaining cars are literally in the street.There were a hundred flies flying around and in and out the window, I noticed when I picked up my food. The lady even had one in her hair. The green beans were straight out the can, the mashed potatoes were like a hard lump, and the chicken was old and smelled like fish.I supposed they're frying fish and chicken in the same grease. Like, there was an overpowering fish smell. It was just horrible. And of course, I didn't even bother complaining I just tossed the food. The menu is confusing bc the same meal has 5 different names with different prices. One 3 piece wing and drink is 7.99 and another is 10.99. Just an overall NO.

.I stopped by for a quick snack before my meeting tonight. The place is a little small but has a lot of seats. The chicken smells so good. My food came out quickly I arrived at 6:46 walled out the door at 7:02. So I was Lottie late for Mr meeting. The chicken was hot and seasoned so good. And the fries. That's a big reason I stopped here. You got to try the fries. The restrooms were clean the customer were supposed to be cleaned but the cleaner was watching TV. Around the front door needs deep cleaning but it was all good. The staff was real friendly and the food was really good

I will admit I love the taste of Frenchys but they really dont seem to care about customer service. We pulled up to the window at w Orem and no one acknowledged us.. My husband blew the horn and they looked at us and kept talking and laughing. They didn't even bother to come over and say hey I will be with you. As we pulled off, the ladies peeped out window and laughed. Seriously! Its becoming incredibly difficult to support my own black businesses due to ignorance. I guess Frenchys feels.like the customer base is established so damm customer service. I'm just one of customer so I know they wont ne affected...but they wont get another cent from my hard earned money.

Chicken was good, reminded me of breakfast club and Lucille's chicken.. I got the fries they were horrible. The koolaid is standard. The customer service is..... and the speaker doesn't work, with it being on the corner they should put a sign over it so people don't sit there. Like how are the people to know as some places do take a while to come on the speaker... As a first timer I was expecting different service but once it starts moving it's moving.

I normally get Frenchies from the Third Ward location, but this was the closest one to where I was on this particular day. The chicken is usually great, so this review is less about the food and more about the service.I pulled up in the drive thru and looked at the menu while the car in front of me received their order. After that car left, the guy about to take my order waved me to the window. When I got up there, he said that I should have already had my window down. Um, for what? I wasn't ordering and I have eyes and glasses, I can tell when the car in front of me is about to pull off.Anyhow, I ask for a 6 wing combo with red beans & rice. He says "I have wings with fries, rice is extra"... Nowhere on the menu does it say that! Also, the Third Ward location never charged you to change sides, why would this one do that? But he said said "it's just me and you here," like he was doing me a favor.When he gave me my food, I asked if the combo comes with a drink, and he said "no." I was about to ask why other locations give a drink with the combo and they don't, but I just took my food and left. The red beans and rice was very watery for some reason. Chicken was solid. Would I suggest Frenchies again? Yes. Would I suggest this location? Well look at my review as well as some of the other recent ones and check that customer service...

Extremely slow and rude service. Food is mid at best. Would not recommend to anyone plenty of other great chicken spots.

Went after church at my son's request. The female cashier was very rude to customers even though the other cashier made the mistake on the order. She stated that she wanted her money and she wasn't giving out anything free even though the mistake was the fault of her co-worker, not the customer

Today is Sunday the 6th of November,2022. We went to the franchise and the chicken was not cooked thoroughly nor was the peach cobbler.when I called to inform the manager I was told by an employee named Lonnie I complained too much and then he hung up in my face. Please do not eat at this establishment if you don't want salmonella. If you dealing with the Public you should have a better attitude. Thank you for being just the opposite . The tables were torn and the floor was dirty. OK

Service was awful the young man at the window didn't say thank you no smile just handed me my order , the only thing that was hot was the fries they were over seasoned half fried others were halfway done , the chicken tasted old like it had been leftover not even Luke warm I asked if the order of $6.82 came with a drink he just shook his head motion of no. They had no customers and still gave awful service, does any one know has this place been sold? I won't be back
